Overall beautiful property, with stunning views.

Plenty of space. Well equipped kitchen. Cozy and comfy bedding. Lots of storage for belongings. We did feel that there was a need for bit of TLC/touch ups on the property. Such as weeding outside, the hot tub a good scrub as well as having chlorine already in. Then inside few marks here and there on the walls . The main bathroom water pressure was slower compared to the en-suite, still more then useable, just thought good to be aware of . The shower door in the family bathroom also seemed to come away easily. Would be good to have bigger towels in the bathrooms, as anyone who is slightly larger, it’s like using a hand towel. The shower in en-suite could do with deep clean as lots of mould and scale in the edges and grout. In the external double room would be a nice touch to have some cups in there as there is a kettle. None of the TVs in any of the rooms tuned to any channels through the aerial , we did different tunings etc none worked, Ended up streaming. However the internet is the fastest speed, so was laggy at times. Upstairs the sky light type things in the ceiling were full of flies, which I know isn’t easily cleaned, but isn’t very nice to look at. We also struggled to balance the heating for whole property, some rooms was easily sorted others not. Would be great if there was some instructions for this, particularly for heated towel rails. Overall the property was lovely and we would stay again, things we have mentioned we feel would make the property outstanding.

Great house with fab views.

We didn't get chance to try out the HotTub as was always too windy. Area fab for walking, great place for an active person/family and dog was very welcome. Very historical location too and you can see the train as it climbs the hill to the top of Snowdonia! A few housekeeping notes though which would have improved our stay. There was no lock on the shared bathroom door and the shower in there kept falling off and hitting people on the head. Towels were not the best and big sheets and more handtowels would have been better. The teatowel left smelled of baby milk. Fridge was missing shelves but is a decent fridge. We didn't use the log burner. TV's in all bedrooms and lounge but no use as Internet was really bad to such an extent we couldn't even watch TV in the evening. There was a dvd and a bluray player and an xbox 360 but none of these worked or had missing cables! Beds good! Ensuite good. Views from every window amazing and good outside lights. A lot of the crockery was chipped and there was a broken lightshade in the lounge. Hive heating very responsive but no clothes airer which would be ideal on a rainy day. We didn't use the annex except the washing machine that is in there. It did look nice in there. All in all we would stay here again. Beautiful location!
