“On arrival we had to clean the bungalow as there was dogs hair left behind after the last lot of holiday makers.”

The kettle was dirty inside we had to give it a good deep clean with descaling liquid. No hot water for the kitchen sink lucky we had a dishwasher there. The double sliding door would not open easily took 2 of us to open the door. The cooker wasn’t working properly kept knocking off. Cleaner wasn’t working properly it burnt itself out and give off a smell of burning. The mop bucket was broken so NO mopping could be done. Not properly pointed out that second car is to be parked on the grass ...

Not properly pointed out that second car is to be parked on the grass opposite the bungalow and that there is a big stone there which you can catch your car on when revising into the grass part. As this is what happened to us.

Had you called Menai Holidays on the telephone number provided in both your key collection email and the Welcome Book at the property, they would have been able to request the house keepers return to resolve any cleanliness issues. As explained in the Welcome Book the hot water for the sinks in the kitchen and bathroom are fed by an immersion heater which, by the sounds of it, a previous guest had switched off. Also explained in the Welcome Book is that the timer function on the oven will only work if you set the time after switching the power on. Thank you for letting us know that the vacuum cleaner broke while you were using it, it has since been replaced. As has the mop bucket, although we do also provide a Bissell Steam / Vac, Bissell Floor Buffer and two micro-fibre laminate floor mops. The property is advertised as having only 1 off street parking space. We allow you to park a second car on the front lawn at your own risk, with the stone you mention being clearly visible.
