Comfortable accommodation set in a peaceful location handy for access to North Wales favourite sightseeing and walking favourite locations.

Lovely property.

The log burner and underfloor heating made the property super cost. The bedrooms were well equipped. There are a few fixtures/pieces of equipment that need replacing or maintaining- we left a short list for the owners on our departure. The hot tub is a lovely addition. The area is beautiful with plenty to do and see. Just some extra attention to detail would make this property truly outstanding.

This was a beautiful place to stay if your looking for peace and quiet .

If you like star gazing while in the hot tub perfect. Romantic log fire. Great that there is no Internet apart from your own data so you can use it if needed. We had board games , and watched Dvd together as a family. If you have electric car there is a good rapid charger in Bala. Also a lovely place to visit near by. Thank you for a perfect holiday .

Amazing holiday.

We didn’t want to go home!

Firstly, the location is idyllic.

Remote and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The property itself is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. An older (farm) building that has been modernised to a high standard. Plenty of bedroom storage space, effective under-floor heating, and consistent hot water. The integrated kitchen/dining area/living area works well. The hot tub is a bonus. The owners responded promptly to any enquiry raised. No hesitation in recommending the property to others.

The property had everything you could need and felt like a home from home. It was exceptionally clean and in a lovely location with Bala only being 10 minutes away. It was very spacious and we were impressed with how much outdoor space we had. Thank you once again we all had a wonderful stay

Lovely cottage in quiet spot with great views.

Very comfortable, loved the hot tub and pool table. Close to Bala with great watersports. An hour or so to Snowdonia park with a scenic drive. Would definitely return.

Just returned from a lovely family holiday at Beudy Bach Barn.

It's location is stunning and it has everything you could need. It is clean and comfortable and the owners have provided everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Looking out at the sheep and the views relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day was wonderful . Mr & Mrs Rowlands were very helpful and friendly during our stay, and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The accomodation was spotless and the kitchen was so well stocked. We loved the tranquility of the area with only sounds of the stream and sheep to break the silence. The little things i.e extra pillows did not go amiss and were appreciated! Thank you for the BBQ delivery - as south Africans, a BBQ was vital!! We have already looked at availability for our next holiday and we would have no hesitation in recommending your accomodation to others. Beautiful cottage in a lovely setting.

The only down sides are a very uncomfortable mattress, in the master bedroom you can feel all the springs. We had to pad it out with towels and throws. Pillows very hard and uncomfortable. Hot tub very dated. All 3 head rest broken off and missing, not all the Jet's working. Other than that. A great place

We really loved the barn!

We were 5 ladies that came to Wales to climb snowdon! Snowdon is abit of a drive away from the accommodation, but we felt like we had a little holiday too! The barn is beautiful, clean and spacious and is surrounded by rolling fields, full of sheep and tiny lambs! We LOVED the big hot tub and it was much needed after the climb! It is a self catering holiday so people should be prepared for that (we were) but we had milk left for us and toilet rolls and afew basic bits which was nice! We would have loved a frying pan but if thats literally the only thing we could have asked for! We enjoyed two nice meals in Yr Eagles near by and played darts in there and the lake at Bala is gorgeous and we went canoeing there! Honestly we had a lovely time and the accommodation was spot on! Really great!

A beautifully situated cottage with lovely views and superb outside space with amazing views.

Well presented and comfortable inside. Reasonably well equipped kitchen. We had an issue with one of the showers but this was resolved quickly. Remember to take your own toilet rolls as very little provided.

Lovely place and rural setting , pictures don’t do it justice it’s better to see in person we as a big family loved it so much even my 3 year old daughter kept asking to go back from our days out , only slight issue is the mattresses were a little springy for us but didn’t affect our stay at all , also an abundance of flies in and around the hot tub at all times not sure if anything can be done to deter this , owner was friendly to and we definitely would love to go back .

Had a great stay at you lovely cottage which is in a beautiful, peaceful setting.

Loved going to to the river and using the hot tub. A new experience for us all. Great wee pub close by and some good local walks and cycling. Would love to come back at some point.

If you like peace and quiet then this is the place to go.

It's very clean and comfortable and the scenery is breathtaking. If We were to suggest anything it would be to put the name sign at the top of the driveway as it's tucked away so we'll and easily driven past.

Our 3rd holiday to Wales this year and we were looking forward to staying in the barn.

A lovely quiet location, stunning views over the beautiful countryside and room sizes are generous. However, we felt a little disappointed with the barn and overall felt it was tired and needed some attention and this holiday had cost significantly higher than the previous ones. The rusty old bbq looks so sad and neglected. The sofas had stains on them. Lots of cobwebs on the beams in the lounge/kitchen and bedrooms and by the doors. Not had a full dusting in a while. Place mats had seen better days. A toilet roll provided in each bathroom, thereafter buy your own. Mattresses were soft and you could feel the springs in your back. An issue with the upstairs towel rail which only had two bars working, the owner attended, then none came on and we requested further attention which did not materialise. The point of a towel rail is to dry towels, but they became damp and musty. Before leaving guest are to put the bins out, strip beds, gather up the towels, empty the woodburner of ashes. Really? this detracts from the holiday and enjoyment as a guest and the price paid should cover this service. We have had many holidays over many years and never once been asked to strip the bed. The timings on the information sheet just crossed out rather than a new sheet put in and this looked poor. Attention to detail is important.

Lovely, cosy cottage set in the quiet hills southwest of Bala Lake.

We particularly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub following a day's sightseeing in and around the spectacular countryside of Snowdonia National Park. We would not hesitate to stay in this beautiful location again. Thank you very much.

Beautiful cottage really quiet, great views pefect position to explore the area, kids loved the hot tub, the hill to ride the bikes down and playing hide and seek!

Be aware no WIFI and not much signal for phones means you have to talk to each other! Owners helpful if required but not intrusive i Would definitely recommend.

Really well planned out with lovely bedrooms and lovely living space. Hot tub was amazing and wood burning stove was great. Beautiful country surroundings and so peaceful and quiet. Lovely walks right on your doorstep and nice pub/restaurant within walking distance. Great holiday location. Would definitely go back.

The property is lovely, all facilities were great.

We did have a problem with getting the dishwasher to work properly but this did not have an affect on our stay. The cottage is gorgeous and we would likely stay here again. It’s is close to two zip world centres which made it really great for us.

lovely property, was worried about finding it on lanes but satnav took us to it directly aswell as receiving extra instructions from hosts.

We felt that the cottage could have provided better outdoor furniture ie comfy loungers, cushioned seating.

Also, no shower mats and toilet rolls. It would be helpful to list what is included apart from the usual - dvd washer etc so that we could have been prepared to ring cleaning facilities , dish cloth/scrubber. Dish washer tablets. However the cottage was great and we felt really comfortable there. Thank you

Superb cottage in a fabulous location.

I stayed with my GF and 2 teenage sons. We all enjoyed the tranquillity, the accommodation and of course the hot tub.

Had the most wonderful time , cottage was amazing Clean very well equipped, hot tub a delight , beautiful views quite location , Owners we’re very approaching and welcoming, we will definitely book again to go back to Beaudy Barn .

Gwyliau Delfrydol/ Perfect Holiday We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our time in Beudy Bach.

Every facility, beautiful countryside around and a luxurious hot tub that our grand-daughters and their parents used every day. We ventured in once each! A fine area for walking, with Carn Dochan and Llanuwchllyn in walking distance. Diolch yn fawr am wyliau gwych!

Beudy Bach is large, comfortable and well equipped.

The hot hub was brilliant. We used the outdoor barn to store bike. It is set in a gorgeous area. We walked to the local pub for a meal. Swam and paddleboarded on lLake Bala. Bala itself has a lot of shops and bike hire RH Roberts. Fantastic holiday and likely to return.

I would recommend that the bed upstairs needs a new mattress as we could feel the springs in the mattress

Loved the hottub but it seemed to shut itself down and a few nights we couldn't use it.

Also the oven was a bit hit and miss, I think the seals have gone - it seemed to take twice as long to cook anything. Other than that it was perfect :)

Beudy Bach Barn was amazing.

Very comfortable with high spec fixtures and fittings. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the peace and quiet with only the sheep in the next field and the flowing river to listen too.

The accommodation was well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Only drawback was there was no WiFi, but we were situated in the middle of beautiful scenery.

Fabulous location for water sports.

The house was very comfortable and had everything you needed. The hot tub had great views and was superb.

This cottage is spacious, spotlessly clean and in the most beautiful setting.

It is fairly remote which was a boon for us but wouldn’t suit everyone. We had a supremely relaxing week and would strongly recommend the cottage for a relaxing break.

Had a great time any problems we had the owners were straight on to it sorting it out would recommend this place peaceful quiet and beautiful surroundings.

The cottage is lovely in beautiful surroundings the owners are a really nice couple who are always ready to help. The hot tub was bliss especially after a long day exploring the area. It is checked every 2 days to make sure the chlorine content is right and the whole thing is emptied each week and is cleaned and refilled. The cottage itself was beautiful with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend you go and I am definitely going again.

Beudy Bach Barn was perfect.

The barn itself has been finished to a high standard and was very well equipped and very clean. The pool table was a huge hit with the children and the hot tub was absolutely lovely and very clean and well looked after. The location was beautiful and quite central to most of the attractions we planned on visiting. We didn't want to leave.

Beautiful location right in the edge of the National Park.

We had unlucky bad weather but the cottage was so cosy we knew we could go explore and come back and get warm and dry fast! Or get warm in the hot tub. Really friendly hosts. Only negative feedback- the cottage a bit difficult to find in the dark when we arrived.

We loved the beautiful holiday home, loads of space, hot tub, log burner.

... Few down points for a uncleaned BBQ that we couldn't use even after trying to scrub clean. There isn't a washer dryer as advertised, only a washer. Hoover,sweeping brush and dust pan and brush, dirty, we had to empty Hoover, as it hadn't been emptied in a while. We like to keep clean found it a little difficult, could do with new cleaning products. Upper bedroom has a small door that opens out, like a little balcony. MIND YOUR HEAD, as the door is small you need go duck down, you can bang your head, as we did on a few occasions. Before leaving you are asked to put bins out and strip all beds ! For the price paid this is not something you should ask your guests to do. Family's take note that days out will mean a 30- 60 min drive as there are only a few tourist attractions near by. Bala is nice and can be done in an afternoon.

The accommodation and views were perfect and to a fantastic standard, a great escape from busy life.

The river running at the bottom of the field was a real bonus and so beautiful. The listing for the property could do with updating as there was no football table which the children were disappointed about. There was also no washer dryer, just a washing machine, the dryer would have been so useful as with the damp Wales weather as very hard to dry towels and clothes.

A lovely cottage situated in a remote area of Snowdonia.

Our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. We visited as two couples and the space this cottage offers meant you could all be together or enjoy times on your own. An incredible price for what you get it really is homely and peaceful. Highly recommend to any of my friends or family. Although remote, there was plenty to do. most activities are between 40 mins to an hour away. There is however, a lovely lake near by that offers many water activities which we took advantage and won't forget in a hurry either.

We met the owners who were very friendly and helpful. The pictures really do not do it justice - especially the views! We plan to go back with the extended family.
