“The property is beautiful, its tastefully decorated but still manages to be cosy.”

The beds and bedding were to die for! So comfortable. The beds and bedding were to die for! So comfortable. The location is fantastic, a short walk along the lane to a pebble and sand beach and also short walk to centre of the village with a lovely pub. Drive to the next village and the Victoria Inn was superb. Also on a coastal path walk but short drive to some absolutely beautiful walks and sites such as Harlech castle and Barmouth Town. We were greeted with a fantastic welcome hamper left by the owners of Welsh cakes bara brith biscuits and cava which was a really nice surprise. There were plenty of towels for everyone for bathrooms and to have separate towels for the hottub and the robes in all the bedrooms were a real treat. There were very minor areas that could do with a bit of maintenance, one of the hot tub covers was quite battered and hard to lift on and off, but overall the hot tubs were an absolute delight, even in the cold weather they were wonderfully warm and a real treat, as was the infared sauna! The few very minor things we found in the house we fed back to the owner who was extremely responsive and helpful. She resolved any problems immediately and was very polite and approachable. The entire group loved the home, the kitchen with sitting room off it was such a great entertaining area, underfloor heating in the kitchen was absolute luxury and the house was warm and cosy throughout. We would happily return, thank you for a special stay.
