Lovely base to explore a beautiful area.

House has all you need and more.

Lovely spacious clean house conveniently situated for Barmouth, Harlech and national park.

Pub and 2 hotels with bars nearby ( all dog friendly) plus a small shop and cafe. Very friendly village. Local walks on the doorstep. Parking on a fairly busy road but never a problem for one car. Seating in the lounge wasn’t the comfiest but did the job back garden could do with a little bit of a tidy at the rear. Thank you for the welcome pack much appreciated.

Spent a week in this lovely modern cottage.

The rooms are specious. Access to the back garden. The kids love the bedroom in the attic. Would definitely recommend it if you’re spending time out with the family.

Bronwen House was fantastic and exactly what we needed.

The bedrooms were spacious, as was the bathroom. Everywhere was spotless. The back garden enclosed and perfect for our dog. Shower was amazing, really powerful - we did run out of hot water by the 3rd shower in morning but found the immersion button to heat up water quickly. The kitchen was really well equipped too. If I had to choose a downside, I’d say the sofa in lounge is really hard to sit on so not the comfiest, but we weren’t sat for long. The village of Llanbedr is really quaint, we had tea in The Victoria Inn just over the bridge on our arrival night (it was busy so best book in advance), lovely place & great food. A gem of a house and highly recommend

Really enjoyed staying here.

Lots of space, tastefully decorated, lovely quirky furniture. Had pretty much everything we needed for our stay, and really well situated to explore the area. Didn’t hurt that there’s a great pub 2 minutes away!

We had a few issues which we raised with the 'property manager' at the time of our stay.

I didn't mention the too small towels and quilts. Very disappointed with 'Sykes' as an agent, probably the worst 'agent' we have stayed with. There wasn't enough information about the property before we went and questions we had couldn't be answered. It appeared the owner couldn't be contacted in advance of our holiday, to answer the questions either.

Comfortable, well equipped and clean cottage in the centre of Llanbedr.

Would definitely stay here again.

The welcome basket was a lovely surprise and the house was very clean and spacious for six people. We had a problem with the oven one evening and the owner was very reactive and helpful. We absolutely loved the area and will certainly be back.

A spacious townhouse in middle of Llanbedr village.

Lovely welcome basket on arrival. It is ideally situated for visiting Harlech Castle, Portmeirion, Ffestiniog railway and Snowdonia National Park. Both village pubs - Victoria Inn and Hafan Artro well worth a visit.

Browen House.

The property is very spacious , very well presented and provides all you need for a very relaxing holiday and a very comfortable base for exploring the surrounding area. Close by there are two pubs which are very welcoming. The road does get busy at times but we .were told that there is to be a by-pass built soon. We had lovely break at Bronwen house and would happily recommend it. Mike & Sheena 23rd - 30th / June 23

This is a lovely comfy place to stay, with everything thought of.

... kitchen quipment etc Very handy for the local sights and other towns/villages/ beaches One other visitor mentioned the size of towels for adults....and I have to agree... Perhaps invest in some bath towels? We'd very much recommend this place Thank for a lovely ,relaxing stay

BRILLAINT facility , great loacation, ideal for walking , more hanging rails in upper floor, I would mention people are allowed access thru garden, will be booking again

Really beautiful house, everything is there that you need, i had a slight problem, as turned up fairly late and the house was cold, which wasnt really a problem, all the instructions were easy to find in the folder, but it took me ages to find the actually heating panel to turn it on, i had no phone signal & i havent a clue about Sky, so there was over an hour when i really thought id made a mistake staying here.

However, once it had warmed up & tv was working, i really enjoyed my week. Absolutely recommend it ive booked to return already, just needed to know where to locate things. I note to other occupants if you drink black tea & coffee you really should clean the cups properly & take an extra loo roll.

Lovely cottage in a really beautiful village.

The owners have clearly taken time to decorate in a sympathetic way that maximises space and provided a brilliant base for the week. We loved the posters and their links to the area. The nearby pubs were lovely and the little shop perfectly stocked for the essentials. There were 5 of us and only 4 dining chairs and 1 x 3 seat sofa which was a bit odd but we managed. Already thinking of going back.
