As I may have mentioned during our conversation, the current WiFi dongle is an interim solution provided by BT. We apologise if it did not meet your expectations, and we completely understand the frustration caused by intermittent connectivity. We have an appointment with Openreach to complete their fibre-to-the-premises upgrade, which we anticipate will significantly enhance reliability in the future. In the meantime, we’ll ensure the WiFi code is clearly listed in the guest information booklet for easier access—thank you for bringing this to our attention! Additionally, your comments about the pans have been noted. To ensure the kitchen continues to meet the highest standards for all our guests, we’ll promptly replace the scratched ones.
