“Stayed here from 5th September-12 September 2025 Description never mentioned they'd be one ensuite bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs.”

No markings on the oven to specify temperature etc had to find the model on the internet to work out the correct temperature. Had to call the owner as the heating wouldn't come on. The owner said it runs through an app on his phone which we found was a bit odd. The apartment was cold as the heating never stayed on long enough. The beds are far from comfortable. I had a big operation 5 weeks ago so I had to sleep on the sofa. My parent-in-laws didn't sleep very well throughout the stay due to the beds. There's a sofa directly under the TV so for obvious reasons anyone sitting there would not be able to see the screen. The kettle is full of limescale and the lid came off when my partner was using it, luckily he wasn't scolded. Youtube kept crashing after 5 minutes of watching it. Floors were sticky. Quite a noisy area from traffic and trains so if you're a light sleeper it wouldn't be practical. The blind upstairs was damaged and had to reach the top to open it my hand. On the good side of things: perfect location, everything within reach. Despite the floors being sticky and the table badly scratched it was fairly clean. Very spacious. Sofa was very comfortable. The shower was the best shower I've ever had. Towels were supplied. Great view. Private parking.

Hi thanks for your feedback back. Regarding the heating that is not the conversation we had. You said that you were cold and the heating did not come on, so I checked it for you on the app of smart thermostat we had fitted on the recommendation of British Gas. You had set the heating at 18 degrees and wondered why it had not come on. Checking the app the temperature of the house was 21 degrees so the heating didn’t kick in, because you had set it to low as explained.New sofa and beds have been ordered and awaiting delivery and the kettle has already been replaced. I will call sky this week and ask them if there’s any issues I’m not sure why there would be I will double check. Thanks for your feedback back again. Property Owner
