..we had a great comfortable stay and enjoyed coming back to the house after busy days out and about exploring the area.. Easy parking directly over the road from the house which is always a bonus... Would happily stay again, loved our stay...

As a family of 4 this lovely cosy terrace house was just right for us and our dog.

We instantly felt at home. Close to shops if you need to plan food or forgotten anything. It's close to some beautiful beaches for exploring. You don't have to worry about parking as you can unload on the road and the car park is opposite. There is a garden for the dog which was nice and a little patio area that catches the sun. Neighbours are friendly and welcoming.

We really enjoyed our stay and had a great time exploring North Wales. The property was clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location. It was peaceful and quiet, but also very convenient — Lidl and B&M are right at the doorstep, and Wetherspoon is just a short walk away. Despite being so close to shops and restaurants, the area felt very safe and we were never disturbed by noise. The communication and instructions before our arrival were very helpful, and everything was well prepared for us. We especially appreciated the comfortable environment after our busy days visiting Snowdonia and Zip World. Thank you again for your hospitality. We had a memorable stay and would happily recommend your property to others.

The property was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly, welcoming, and helpful throughout. I would highly recommend this accommodation and would happily stay again.

This was lovely home away from home.

The beautiful finishing touches really made it special. It was clean and very comfortable. The new bathroom was gorgeous. It is in a very convenient location for getting into Pwhelli, 5 mins walk but also you have several other lovely days out all about 20 to 30 mins away. The owner was really friendly and helpful too.

Lovely cottage, had everything that we needed, the parking was really handy being just over the road, very comfortable and clean would recommend.

We had a lovely week, the house was ideal for myself, my friend and my dog.

Two comfortable double bedrooms with plenty of storage. Lovely modern bathroom with a fab shower. The garden is ideal if you have a dog, I especially liked that there are two gates, so that I could keep an eye on the dog and enclose her to the patio area if needed. Location is fab - a very short walk to the shops, and some lovely paths to explore nearby. The owner was lovely, and she kept in touch to make sure we didn't need anything. Will definitely consider booking again.

Spent a great week in this quaint cottage!

Great location and such a treat being able to walk to shops, pubs and lots of dog walks. All rooms are quite modern and decorated really nicely. Bathroom is fab the shower is particularly good. Beds were very comfy and had top quality linen. A bit confused as to the build up of white powder around over door, although it does not affect its function. The owner is very friendly and goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable. We shall return at a later date, thank you.

A lovely property in a convenient location.

The information and communication about the property was very good. For our taste there are a few too many artefacts that are dust catchers. A deep clean and declutter would make it a first class let.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage in Wales.

Its location is ideal—just a short walk to the town centre with shops, cafés, and pubs close by, and only around 10 minutes on foot to the beach. The walk along the harbour side is particularly scenic and made for a relaxing start or end to the day. The cottage itself was beautifully decorated for Christmas, which created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The wood burner was a lovely addition and made the living space feel especially cosy. The living room was comfortable and inviting, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the large shower was excellent—spacious and modern. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, truly a home away from home, with everything we needed for our stay. The enclosed garden was a real bonus and perfect for our little Frenchie, Molly, who absolutely loved spending time outside. Overall, a fantastic cottage in a great location. We would happily return and highly recommend it. A special thank you to the Glynnis,who checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very much appreciated and made the stay even more enjoyable.

It was properly spacious in every room.Large,well equipped kitchen. Nice,private seating area in pretty garden. Two minutes from shops and five minutes walk to whichever beach you choose and places to eat Friendly ,helpful owner. Enjoyed a relaxing break in beautiful place.

A proper home from home, just a couple of minutes from town & a ten minute stroll from a dog friendly section of beach.

The garden is an absolute sun trap & the whole property was thoroughly clean. The owner, Glenys is really helpful & friendly as are the neighbours. We totally enjoyed our stay & would recommend 40 New Row to anyone (with or without dogs) wanting to stay in Pwllheli. Thanks for a lovely four day break & we’ll be back soon

A lovely fragrance as we walked in, drinking tea from china mugs, clean rooms, well equipped kitchen, excellent shower, comfortable settees and beds and other homely touches, have made our stay here all the more enjoyable.

We were a last minute booking but the owner made us feel really welcome.

Loved this little cottage..light airy, spotless, beautifully presented and modern inside. There was everything to make your stay comfortable. Lovely secure back patio and garden for our Westie. Only a few minutes walk from all the amenities of Pwlhelli..parking permit is included in the price.

Directions were excellent to the property.

On arrival the key was in the correct place, the garden was very nice. Once inside the property, the kitchen, dining area and lounge were spacious and comfortable. Up stairs the 2 bedrooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, great to have a walk in shower.

We were delighted to stay in this lovely cosy cottage.

The location was perfect for all amenities and so close to all tourist locations on the lleyn peninsula. The owner made us and our dog very welcome and we have no hesitation in recommending a stay here. We look forward to a return visit.

Clean, tidy and facilities met our needs. Owner was a great help and the neighbours friendly. Internet was fast enough for kids demands. Outside seating area was a sun trap, with privacy from the neighbours. Parking was close and walk to pubs and restaurants less than a minute. Harbour, for boats, 10 minute walk. Will probably be back as we will have a boat in the harbour next year.

Centrally located and appreciated the use of the car park.

Lovely stay at this property with our dog, cosy, clean fully equipt kitchen, home from home.

Glenys the owner called in to check everything was ok and the neighbours are very friendly either side of the property. Well positioned for local shops and great location and Road access out of town to visit all the beautiful beaches and Porthmadog and Abersoch. Great restaurants and pubs within 20 mins of property. My husband and I had a great break for a week and the parking although across the road was safe and not a problem using the permit provided. Would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Welcoming well laid out cottage, well equipped and spotlessly clean.

It may look small from the front but inside it’s surprisingly spacious. The seating area in the garden was ideal for sitting out in the evening, a real sun trap. Convenient parking ( parking permit supplied) shops are nearby and there is a nature reserve to walk the dog. Glenys, the owner was friendly and helpful and rang us on the first evening to check we’d arrived ok and to see if there was anything we needed. Left us details of nearby restaurants and takeaways that were dog friendly. There was even a wood burning stove in case the weather turned cold. If you decide to book a stay here you won’t be disappointed.

Lovely cottage in the centre of Pwllheli that had every thing we needed.

The garden is a fantastic little sun trap to sit in after a day out. The owner called in to see us and the one little problem we had was sorted whilst we were out. The neighbour s were great and had lots of information about the area. We would be more than happy to come back.

The location of the cottage is good for those with limited mobility looking to be close to amenities. It was a short 5 minute car ride to the beach but too far for us to walk with young children.

We had a lovely week in Pwllheli.

The cottage was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, with great facilities. The property had everything we needed and close to local amenities and the beach. Although we didn’t meet the owner as she was away, she messaged us to ensure we had everything we needed and to inform that her mother was on hand should we have any issues. There were no problems parking on the car park at the back of the property with the provided permit. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend this cottage.

The property was clean and comfortable, it is close to all local amenities, shops, cafe's, small fun fair and amusement arcade.

Also a good base to explore the area from. No problem parking our car on the car park directly opposite the accommodation with no charge as a permit is provided. We would stay here again and not hesitate to recommend as it is good value for money.

We had a wonderful week in Pwllheli, the house was clean, comfortable and in a great location.

The owner was great and very friendly, and so were the neighbours. A short walk takes you to the beach where our dog had great fun running around. The town itself is well complimented with large supermarkets and small quirky shops, and only a couple of minutes walk away. Using the house as a base we were able to easily explore the llyn peninsula and were not disappointed, what a lovely part of the world this is. Wales we will be back x

This property was a lovely homely space, with great facilities and was very clean.

We were made to feel very welcome by the owner and neighbours, who were happy to recommend places to visit. The nearby beaches were amazing, and it was only 45 minutes from the stunning Mount Snowdon. We had a brilliant family holiday, including our pet dog. I would highly recommend, and we're keen to return.

This property was very comfortable, very clean and homely lovely garden with enclosed sun spot perfect so close to all amenities in the town centre .

Accommodation had everything you need. Would benefit from a lamp in the 3 bed room .

No hairdryer at the property, had to buy one. Very noisy with traffic.

The cottage was in an ideal location for the shops and services.

It was great to be able to take the dogs as the garden area was secure. The traffic was heavy at the front of the property, hence this was noisy. The shower was powerful and hot in addition to the kitchen being well equipped. Beds were comfy and bedding clean.

Had a lovely stay at 40 New Row, Pwllheli.

Used it as a base to visit the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways and Portmeirion and for some cycling. Met the owner who recommended a couple of other places and local shops and restaurants worth visiting. Parking was easy at the rear of the property for a short period for unloading and then free in the car park over the road with the parking permit provided. Had one small issue when the kettle stopped working but this was sorted seemlessly whilst we were out for the day.

Great property in a great location for walking into Pwllheli and exploring the Lyn Peninsula.

The garden was the perfect sun trap for enjoying the sun throughout the day and the neighbours were lovely and friendly. The host was quick to communicate and very helpful, would definitely recommend a stay here!

The cottage was just as advertised and it was in the centre of Pwllheli which was very convenient for the shops and central to getting around the Llyn Peninsula.

Glenys, the owner was really attentive and the neighbours are lovely. There is a garden which was great the catch the last of the September sun.

Storm Francis came too! House was lovely, clean, nicely kitted out. Nice garden/outside area. Parking plentiful. Owner really friendly, helpful and thoughtful, responded promptly to requests we made for extra equipment, suggested things to do/places to go with our 4-year-old child. Pwllheli great too, Lidl, funfair & more within easy walking distance. Great base for outings in car. Would recommend staying here.

The cottage was lovely and the owner and neighbours were very friendly and helpful.

However, I cannot recommend Pwhelli as a holiday destination if you have children with you as there is absolutely nothing to do without driving out to other places. Also, options for dining out were very limited and with with a coeliac in the party even more so. The beaches are a fair distance away and both are very shingly and pebbly.

If you are looking for a lovely, well equipped cottage in the heart of Pwllheli with all the amenities you could wish for, then this is the place for you.

We couldn't have asked for a better location, had a lovely relaxing holiday, owner couldn't have been nicer and the neighbours are lovely! Highly recommend and would definitely use again. x
