Split and ripped bed clothes, quilt did not fit double bed, lumps of hair behind tv unit and despite advertising WiFi it was next to useless which meant that you could not watch freeview tv. Despite being reported twice nothing was done and this was also the case back in march when my sister visited, so not a one off occurrence. They have changed the furniture and the sofa due to L shaped design only sits 3 comfortably. This is all a shame as they are lovely cottages being let down by neglect ...
