Great little flat in an amazing location.

The hosts were really helpful, approachable & accommodating. They had equipped the flat very thoughtfully without making it cluttered. We had a whole week there & didn’t run out of things to do. The views from the flat were second to none & the veranda as well as the comfortable sofa & chairs were brilliant places to enjoy them from. We are definitely planning a return visit. We admired the sunsets almost daily on the immaculate beach that was just minutes walk away. Honestly a dreamy holiday location.

The apartment was very comfortable, well equipped and homely as shown in the photos for the apartment. There was even a slow cooker to allow guests to go out and come back to a hot meal. The views are sublime and there is so much to do in the area. We hope to return soon.

Overall a lovely stay and perfect for what we needed.

Dishwasher, bath and a view is my top 3 for our families budget, which it had. The view is amazing. 5 min walk to a stunning beach and lovely cafe. 30 min drive to tesco, aldi, lidl an restaurant's/takeaways. Owners were very nice and informative, left us tea, coffee, milk and cake for our arrival. Furnishings a little dated but comfortable enough, could have been a little cleaner but again clean enough. Lots of towels, tea towels and cleaning products. Shampoo, Conditioner, toilet roll and hand-wash in bathroom. Hairdryers in both bedrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed. There was an issue with the bath flooding downstairs into owners kitchen, I believe it's the overflow from the bath and not water being splashed from the bath as the owners seem to think it was. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay the train station was about four minutes away from our apartment and the beach about another eight minutes which was dog friendly, it was really peaceful and the apartment was well equipped and tea, coffee, milk and cake were lovely.

Our hosts were really friendly and were on sight in case we needed anything. The views and enclosed balcony were excellent.

The apartment was ideal. The views from the balcony and sitting room were out of this world. It was a short walk to the beach and the estuary which was an ideal walk with our dog (a lab who loves swimming and she made the most of it). The apartment was well situated for visits to Harlech and Llanbedr if cooking was not on the holiday ‘to do’ list. Lots to see and visit within an hours drive.

Morlyn guest House is in a most stunning area of Wales. Nature reserve, and beach at the bottom of the lane. Public transport is just over the bridge for the train station, and buses every hour from the top of the lane. The accommodation was fantastic. The apartment is so cosy, everything you need, and with the spectacular views over Molfre, Shell Island, and all the southern coast. Wonderful welcome , and a welcome pack too. Also I’m hoping to go back later this year, can’t wait.

Marie-Claire and Chris couldn’t have been more welcoming yet were not intrusive at all.

Lovely accommodation. Would return except that my arthritic knee makes the steps to the property very difficult for me. Sad about that.

The apartment was absolutely lovely, clean and well equipped.

It's close to the beach, a short drive to Barmouth and the views from the apartment are wonderful, fields and mountains one side and sea view the other, Marie-Claire and Chris are really lovely too.

We had self-catering 2 bedroom apartment which is set out with everything you need and plenty of it.

The bathroom even had bottles of shampoo and conditioner which are usually not found in such type of accommodation. There was nice welcome pack with local coffee and even bottle of wine! Both Marie Claire and Chris made us so welcome and couldn’t do enough for us, creating really warm atmosphere. The apartment rooms are comfortable, clean and the view from he balcony is magnificent! It is only 10 minutes to the beautiful sandy Llandanwg beach by foot. Perfect location for us to stay and explore Wales. Ample free parking and very quiet area. Great walks in the area for both the energetic and slow walkers. We couldn’t recommend the Morlyn Guest House high enough. Many thanks, Marie Claire and Chris!
