“On arrival, needed to hover grit and cobwebs in dining area.”

Found half eaten cake and out of date milk (29.4.25)in fridge. One hairdryer for a three bedroom cottage inadequate. Similar, no spare toilet rolls. Wardrobes in main bedrooms were hanging rails only, not adequate for 4 tick status cottage. Downstairs bathroom extractor fan not working, and no shelf facility in shower cubicle.
