Wonderful stay in a fabulous cottage with mesmorising views and well placed to explore the llyn peninsula and anglesey.

Very dog friendly and peaceful. We will definately be back.

Watlands is a lovely property.

The property is done to a high standard, clean and well maintained. The living/dining room has windows on 3 sides, so it is always light and the views are fabulous. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and the beds have comfy mattresses. The location is great, it's easy to get to all parts of the Llyn peninsular from Mynytho. We would gladly stay again

Loved staying at Watlands.

We are more used to South Wales. Very comfortable and clean which is important and would recommend to others. 6 adults and 1 bathroom/ toilet was difficult. The dog had a lovely week too. It was a family get together. My husband had to clean the hair off the vacuum cleaner. That needs doing regularly. It s in a lovely spot .

A lovely comfortable house with fantastic views over the bay, very peaceful place and nicely furnished.

We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly return here, only thing I would of liked to have had was a parasol in the garden seating area. Thank you

The house was fabulous it was part of our holiday, very clean and modern with an amazing walk in shower.

The view's from the large lounge windows were amazing, in fact I will be recommending this place to friends and work colleagues. We had a great time and will definitely be returning next year.

We came here to relax and explore.

This is a beautiful cottage and so well presented. We particularly loved the picture window and bird watching. We did walks along the coastal beaches and drove to Betws y Coed - the pizza was amazing!! Abersoch and Llanbedrog are both walkable - although roads have no footpaths. Parking in both is very busy. Our lasting memory is that it gave us time to relax and enjoy family time

The house was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay especially loved the sea view window! Had to be careful of the front step as quite a step down. We enjoyed the walks along the many beaches. Our lasting memories of course will be the sea view and all of the beautiful beaches. Our tip would be to just relax and enjoy your stay

We had a long weekend away.

This is a very lovely, spacious home. We love the big windows and looking through the telescope. Our two dogs really enjoyed themselves. We loved going to all the different beaches and the long walks in the area. Our tip to people thinking of booking is to explore all of the different beaches as all are unique and beautiful. Our last memories would be the bluetooth and disco shower which was really cool

Becky was competing in the The Roc triathlon #138.

Lovely house, well equipped and everything was very clean. We went to the beach every morning to watch race start then drove out to Snowdon to watch ascent and bike. Our tip for future guests would be to explore some of the lovely beaches and take a trip to Snowdon

We had a fabulous week!

An amazing cottage, beds was really comfy, probably the comfiest we've had, and we've been staying in cottages 8 years now, everything you need in the cottage, amazing views, very clean, The only one little downside, was garden isn't secure, everything else is very high standard,

Watlands was even better than we thought it was going to be and the views from the living room were stunning.

It was bright, spacious, well equipped and clean with comfortable sofas and a large dining table. The local beaches were only about a 5 minute drive away with everywhere else in that part of the peninsula no more than 30 minutes away, so it was perfectly located.

Beautifully decorated throughout, extremely comfortable and spacious.

The massive window and views across the bay were magnificent and calming. Extremely well stocked kitchen and a marvellous array of decorative cosy blankets!

Fabulous views, excellent comfortable accommodation well equipped kitchen.

Would recommend area and local beaches. Very friendly neighbours.

Fantastically located bungalow well equipped everything you can think of from all kitchen utensils, binoculars to PlayStation and a host of board game.

Amazing sea views from the large lounge window just perfect. Thanks for the bottle of procecco on arrival the bungalow smelt wonderful from the Abersoch beach reed diffusers. Plus being dog friendly Ruby loved the place. Abersoch not far and some beautiful beaches, located around and about. The one you have to walk through the golf course with the pub right on the beach could well have been in Greece on our visit spent all day there. Hope to be able to make a return visit in the future

What a fabulous place.

Everything you could possibly want. Spotlessly clean, super comfortable, amazing view! Beautiful garden. We had such beautiful weather. Was lovely sitting outside in the evenings playing cards & scrabble with a Prosecco or two! Great range of games in the bungalow. Beds were super comfy. We took our mothers with us and they had a ball. Can’t recommend highly enough. You won’t be disappointed. 5*.

what a wonderful place to stay, one of the nicest we have been to.

The view from the living room window is amazing. Aberdaron is a lovely place to explore with a great beach and coastal walk, if you are a National Trust Member lots of beach car parks. There are so many lovely beaches to explore and beautiful scenery. Having lovely days out to all the beaches in the area

We came here to have a relaxing family holiday with our teenage children.

We have loved staying in your holiday home. Lovely views, relaxing and well set up for catering the family. A real home from home. We enjoyed walking the dog at Hells Mouth at sunset. Our daughters enjoyed zip world at Betws Y Coed. Loved driving through Llanberis pass returning home stunning views of Snowdonia mountains. Evenings spent sipping wine on the decking in the sun. All memories good, will return soon as. We have holidayed on the Llyn on and off for 20+ years. Being buried in sand on the beach by our Labrador who loved digging holes.
