Just came back from staying here beautiful house beautiful views house was spotless clean the front door was very difficult to lock and close so that was the only thing we didn’t like… Would definitely recommend this house we have booked again for August 2026 and next may 2027

Beautiful house in a beautiful location.

Can't fault the house and facilities. Minutes away from everything Beaumaris. Parking a struggle, however we just used the green and paid for a weekly pass. The house comes with two parking spaces so useful for the other cars. Definitely recommend this house.

The property was delightful and a pleasure to stay in.

We tried to get in touch with owner and Sykes to obtain information on whether the TV worked in bathroom, but to not avail, so assume TV didn’t work. Everything else wonderful.

We would like to thank the owners of this very lovely property for a wonderful Easter stay.

We particularly enjoyed evenings in the lounge, watching tidal flow and pink sunsets. We found the house to be furnished to a high standard for a family get together with spacious bedrooms and ample supplies of cutlery and glasses We would suggest the addition of further medium/large sized pans. Children loved the proximity of the beach!

We love staying at Lluest.

This was our third consecutive October Half Term with our 4 grandchildren and their parents at the property. The position is excellent. Pleased this year to have better access to recycle the rubbish with the bins in the yard and a food waste disposal in the alley behind the property. Upstairs bathroom sink needs attention as it is not draining away : it was like this when we arrived. We used white vinegar and bicarb of soda which shifted it a bit . This is a great property . Stunning views across the Straits.

Lovely location, property just what we wanted.

The house is so well kitted out, the views of the Straights are fabulous, there's plenty of room for a large group.

, and the property is a perfect base for exploring Anglesey. Beds are super-comfy and the two lounges are great - one for when you first get back from a day exploring one for morning coffee, the other for relaxing later in the evening. Perfect. We had a slight issue with the interior door, we contacted the owner and the local handyman, and it was sorted within the hour! Fantastic. Parking wasn't a problem once we'd found the designated space, and we had no problem finding a spot in the nearby layby where we left one vehicle for the whole stay. What a wonderful house. We'll definitely visit again.

A beautiful property, in a wonderful position overlooking the sea.

I sat in the window seat for hours just watching the scenery. Comfy sofas and beds.

The hot water was extremely hot and concerning re the children .

The parking was ok on the green however if it had been raining then not good at all. Two parking spaces near the house was not discovered, the house and views are amazing and we all really enjoyed our week at Beaumaris. We will return to this property if available to us. A large wine glass was discovered broken in the cupboard on arrival and disposed in the bin. A beautiful home and very very grateful to the owners for allowing us the use of. Clean and welcoming.

Second time we have stayed at Lluest.

So lovely holiday property. We had a family gathering and it was ideal for that again. A few little. things went wrong but by phoning Sykes help line were fixed by the amazing Mark who appeared literally in minutes to put things right..(the bathroom TV that was on when we arrived and would not switch off, the lock on the bathroom door which caused my daughter to get locked in there for a while and the loose stair carpet which could have caused a fall!). Thanks to Sykes and Mark. Otherwise our stay at Lluest was great . Thannks..

Lovely location with beautiful view .

House comfortable,very fresh and clean and well equipped.

We had a lovely time, the house was so close to all the amenities I would recommend a stay there 100% the house is lovely plenty of room for everyone well equipped and the views are stunning .

Lluest was the perfect holiday home for our weekend in Beaumaris.

The accommodation was spacious enough for our party of 9, beautifully decorated with all of the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Situated in the heart of Beaumaris we couldn’t have been any closer to the high street, and the views from the front windows are simply stunning. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a perfect Beaumaris break.

The house was perfect, well presented, clean and comfortable and in a great location.

The view is just fabulous! The kitchen was spacious and well equipped, the only thing we couldn't find was a bottle opener for the beer drinkers. The older members of our family found the sofas downstairs a little too low, but settled in of an evening on the first floor sitting room, very comfortably. We had a fabulous stay!

As previously mentioned bath sheets would be better

We had a fantastic stay in the beautiful Lluest……the accommodation is superb, more than we expected.

Stunning views and lovely house.

It was a week with both our children and their families to mark our 50th wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time and were also lucky with the weather. Everything worked well with the dog too. Stair gates excellent for kids and to ensure dog could never go upstairs beyond the hard floors. Well appointethroughout the house l.DogCrate fitted well in kitchen and the enclosed yard and back gate access for walks meant she did not venture beyond that space. I have still not heard the dog(our daughters) bark! So no nuisance for Lluest neighbours. Thank you . We would all love to come again.

Lovely property home from home.

Everything you could want (well nearly, see re towels), clean and comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped and the lounges were lovely, especially the view from the first floor. Bathrooms also excellent standard. Wonderful to have two allocated parking spaces for this property. I was the lucky guest who bagged the second floor front bedroom ……wow what a view to wake up to. A short walk to all the amenities of Baumaris. One really easy to fix issue - We did all think the bath towels were way too small. Would expect bath sheets in a property of this standard. Apart from that …..wonderful.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, with Daughter, son in law, & Grandchildren aged 2 & 5.

Beautiful house, amazing views. Top quality furnishings, comfortable beds, efficient heating, perfect kitchen & separate dining room with excellent crockery, knives, etc etc. So close to the town & all its facilities.

Beautiful period property albeit in need of some updating, with excellent views.

Unfortunately, we found the property to not have been properly cleaned, which was disappointing but didn’t detract from our lovely holiday. Also disappointing that both the tv in the main bedroom and that in the bathroom weren't working, and the information at the property referenced a telescope (as seen in photos of the property) which wasn’t there. Considering it’s a house for 10 people, the are no large pans etc and even some basics were lacking (kitchen scissors!) Nevertheless, a great week on a beautiful island.

Lluest is a beautiful property.

Very sympathetically restored. It was very convenient for everything. The views were magnificent. I would thoroughly recommend this property.

Lovely property,great location,very clean would go back again

We thought that Lluest was a wonderful property to stay in.

Very comfortable, very clean, very spacious. Fantastic view from the house and only a few minutes walk to all the attractions of Beaumaris. The only suggestion I can make is that the property should provide a casserole dish and a sieve ( I cooked a dish that is usually done in the oven, so had to cook it in a saucepan, & struggled to rinse the rice ). Apart from that minor inconvenience…. Everything else was perfect.

Excellent cottage and area to stay

The house is excellent for a family holiday in Anglesey with spectacular views over the Menai Straits and lovely light, spacious rooms.

Parking is not ideal but is manageable. The accommodation itself is of a high standard with lovely comfortable beds and an excellent kitchen. If I had to nitpick I would suggest buying some clothes pegs for the line in the back yard and providing a better clothes airer. Apart from that definitely 5*

I couldn’t fault the house at all.

It was immaculate and the facilities were brilliant. The house is beautifully decorated throughout and so clean. The middle lounge with views over the bay were amazing. It was a great location to walk into the village and to the pier. The only downside was parking and finding a space everyday but it was manageable and wouldn’t put us off booking the house again.

We did think vacating the property by 9am was unreasonable.
