Pippin Cottage

This was our second year at pippin cottage.

Again, we had such a wonderful stay. It is in the perfect location and the accommodation is beautiful.

The property and furnishings appeared to be quite nice initially but on further inspection some things were really disappointing.

The overall cleanliness could have been better, (we had to clean the clogged up coffee machine before it would work.) We didn’t appreciate the mops, buckets and other domestic items piled in the corner of the kitchen. However, the biggest disappointment was the bathroom which was incongruous with the rest of the cottage and needed a complete refurbishment. It smelt terrible, there were no bath towel rails, no shelves, the shower attachment was broken, the sealant around the bath was mouldy and worst of all, the toilet did not flush properly. It was quite stressful using the bathroom. Finally, we would have appreciated a fan due to the hot weather. Unfortunately, we regret to say that we wouldn’t stay at Pippin Cottage again. Shame.

We found the cottage spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Although there is no private parking we always managed to find a space nearby. Good, quiet location, close to shops, bars and restaurants and the beach.

A great little cottage within easy walking distance of Beaumaris centre.

It is well equipped and clean with some nice personal touches, e.g. the artwork. The only downside is the on street parking - it can be difficult to find a parking space.

Wonderful few days spent at Pippin Cottage with everything needed to hand.

A really nice property - much better than the pictures suggest, and finding a spot to park wasn't too difficult either.

It was nice that there are some toys and games at the house for children to enjoy. The kitchen had plenty of amenities, and it was nice that there was a bath (and the shower is very good too). We thought we had read that there was a dryer and had therefore assumed there would be a washing machine too, but there isn't - worth noting if you need one, but there is a local laundrette.

The property is spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable week. It’s also beautifully decorated, which made it feel especially welcoming. It was the perfect base for our family of four, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Pippin Cottage is the most welcoming, bright, clean, well equipped holiday home you could wish for.

However, initially, we did experience some difficulty with the TV-control instructions. There is plenty to do in Beaumaris, the Castle is wonderful and the Court House and Jail are very interesting museums. We had a lovely sail around Puffin Island, visited the life-boat station at Moelfre, and the Hidden Gardens near Menai. Beaumaris is conveniently situated on the beautiful Isle of Anglesay Coastal Path.

Pippin Cottage is a great place to stay.

It is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Only 5 mins walk down to the town centre and the waterfront - perfectly placed. I was popping out regularly for walks and to explore the great shops in Beaumaris. Also convenient for exploring the whole of Anglesey. I definitely recommend Pippin.

The cottage is beautiful, everything has been thought of, so tastefully decorated, open and light.

The kitchen had everything you could need, the bed is super comfortable. The cottage is a 5 minute walk to Beaumaris with lovely shops on the way. Had a lovely stay and I will be back to Pippin Cottage soon.

We have just returned from the most wonderful stay at Pippin Cottage.

The accommodation was beautiful - incredibly spacious, spotless and well equipped. We came with our two young children who were thrilled with the box of toys and beautiful garden to play in. The cottage is in the perfect location and only a couple of minutes from the centre of Beaumaris. There is car parking on the road outside. It does get busy but we did always manage to get a space. We really did have a fabulous time and would not hesitate to recommend Pippin Cottage!

Pippin Cottage was in a fabulous / prime location, with lovely decor, which we were very pleased with.

Beaumaris is beautiful & we had a great time. Sadly the couches were worn & uncomfortable, & the frying pans need replacing

Pippin Cottage is ideally located within walking distance of the seafront, shops and restaurants.

There is also an EV car charger within a 10 min walk which was handy. The house is nice, tastefully decorated and has all the amenities required, there is plenty of space for a family to chill out and play games. The shower is epic, although the tap in the bathroom is ridiculously loud! Would recommend to others for a family short break.
