Ty Bach - Beaumaris

We had a fabulous time at the cottage.

The beds were very comfy and the outside space was amazing. Easy walk into Beaumaris for lots of shops and places to eat. We would definitely like to come again.

Wonderful property in beautiful quiet private setting overlooking open countryside .

The property was immaculate throughout with a lot of attention and detail given to everything . Owners sent welcome and exit messages and on hand for any help we needed ( we didn’t need any but they friendly and lovely) ! We shall return again nothing to not like and everything to love !

It is a lovely, well-equipped cottage, which was perfect for a group of 6. Thanks to the amazing weather we made good use of the beautiful garden, and a highlight was the lovely walk across the golf course into Beaumaris. We will be back!

Beautiful and quaint cottage which is well equipped with everything ou could possibly need.

Very comfortable beds and sofas which made for a relaxing stay. Views of lambs and birdlife in the back garden were lovely and the wide range of seating available in the garden was perfect for shifting place to get the best of the spring sunshine. Lots of thoughtful touches-lovely welcome basket, nice home fragrances, cosy blankets etc. Great walks from the door. We loved our stay!

A lovely rural cottage, just within walking distance of Beaumaris.

Our dogs loved running around the enclosed garden, the open stream may not work for the more inquisitive of dogs though. Extremely clean property and well furnished with everything you need, (although being very picky, there were only 4 cereal bowls for a property sleeping 6 persons). The hamper was a nice touch too. We would definitely return here to explore more of the beautiful area.

The farmhouse was lovely, it had a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, fabulous fireplace and cosy.

Good location as close to the town and beaches. Did not get to appreciate the garden as it was winter, however, our dog loved it. Appreciated the dog treats wine & bara brith left by the owners Would be keen to stay there again

The property is well equipped, comfortable and in a perfect position for visiting this amazing island. Just a short walk into Beaumaris or a short drive into Menai Bridge. Very dog friendly. Nothing negative to say and we hope to return to this property.

The cottage was beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable break. Its peaceful setting made it the perfect place to relax, and the secure, spacious garden was ideal for our dogs, who loved being able to roam safely without any worry of escape. A very clean, cosy, comfy cottage.

Well equipped with a big efficient wood stove & lovely garden. We missed having a bath & somewhere to leave wet coats & muddy boots. Good location for driving to many beautiful beaches & 20 minutes walk into town.

A home from home, the owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and a lovely basket of treats was such a wonderful gift.

Ty Bach is a lovely cottage with a beautiful garden .

The large beds are very comfortable and there are two shower rooms with one en-suite and one down the hall from the other bedrooms ( not adjacent to either ) . Theirs is plenty of parking in the large gated garden and although predominantly secure there is a gap under one set of gates that small dogs could squeeze under . The cottage has a well equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. It’s a nice couple of miles walk into Beaumaris we did a circuit down the lane to the coast and back via the golf course . Recommend pubs in the area The Gazelle on the Beaumaris road and The Ship Red Warf Bay .

Beautiful cottage, very clean, great location.

Had a lovely week, you could walk into beaumaris from the cottage across the golf course . Loved the garden but we did have to secure our tiny Jack Russell on a long leash to a stake in the ground ,she still enjoyed it. A few places she could have escaped if chasing squirrels etc . This wouldn't stop us returning though. Maybe sykes could have secure garden on filters as well as enclosed..

We all had a great week ,the cottage was fault less it had everything we wanted ,it was clean and very comfy .

The garden was great , we spent a lot of time in the garden with a glass of wine watching the birds . Daisy our dog loved being able to walk about and the garden was very secure .We spent a lovely evening sitting on the terrace it was a lovely sun trap . The weather was great , never been to Wales before and had such good weather . Would highly recommend and will visit again

Everything we needed!

Lovely stay would have loved some milk to make a cup of tea when we arrived.

Cake was delicious. Garden is beautiful however a small dog/ escape risk could get out. I know as an owner garden security is an issue. Others have mentioned gardeners & bin men coming so gates need to be left unlocked on Thursday and Fridays. Sheep in the field behind the property with lambs may be an issue for some dogs. Maybe worth mentioning . Please add coffee machine to description as we would have ordered pods with the food delivery. We loved the cottage and the fantastic location.

A beautiful cottage where you can get away from it all.

About 20 mins walk to Beaumaris if you want pubs, cafes. I would highly recommend.

It was our first time staying here, it was absolutely amazing.

We had the best holiday and made some lovely memories. We would definitely stay here again.

The cottage was extremely good we have absolutely nothing to complain about.

BUT we did not have any directions as to how to get from Beaumaris to the cottage, the sat Nat took us up Church Street and unfortunately we ended on a golf course, and had to phone the owner for directions. I would have been helpful is we had been told to drive through Beaumaris after passing the car park on your left, take the next left through the housing estate, then you come to a t junction (church is on your right) turn left cottage is on the right..

Loved this place home from home, so peaceful and quite, everything you need and more, beds so comfortable especially the king size( humorous we called it.

The walk to Beaumaris along the beach is so tranquil. Highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay here.

Keep your eyes peeled when first arriving as we found it difficult to find due to signage and sat nav lost signal. The property has everything you would need for your stay. The garden is fantastic for dogs as it is all enclosed but if your dog does not like other people be aware there is a gardener that comes on a Thursday and another gardener that just arrives any day of the week both are lovely though. The beach is a short walk and so is the castle restaurants and shops, puffin island is a fantastic day out if you fancy it. On a night if you stay in the garden there is a bbq and a fire pit and you will see birds and bats. It is a lovely peaceful place that was enjoyed by the whole family and our dogs and really would recommend it!

Wonderful property, well equipped, highly recommended for a lovely stay near Beaumaris.

We had an enjoyable stay and it was great to be able to communicate with the very lovely and helpful property owner once we were at the cottage and their contact details were available.

Communication via Sykes prior to arrival was not easy however and we felt some frustration around not being able to email the owner directly to ask questions once the booking was confirmed. It could be clearer around pets - our dog couldn't be left alone in the property even if in a crate/in the kitchen with doors closed, but this was obviously okay overnight. Elsewhere it states that no visitors are allowed at the property so this limited our intentions for a (small) birthday celebration with friends and family. So we opted to go out with family members for a birthday celebration but the 'no visitors' clause presumably ruled out a pet sitter! Eventually after enquiring it was confirmed this would be possible and the rule was really only applicable to any additional overnight guests (understandable). This could be made clearer and would have saved us time waiting for a confirmation which impacted on our ability to make arrangements.

! Well equipped and exceptionally clean. Wonderful stay and would highly recommend. Would be even more fabulous in summer months when you can make full use of garden facilities ❤️
