It is perfect for the needs of the three generations of our family. Centrally located, access around this stunning island is easy. Benllech beach is great for families.

We had another lovely stay at Bay View it’s so lovely and comfortable and handy for shops and the beach can’t fault it at all see you again at Christmas

At Bay View the attention to detail was above and beyond.

The owners have gone to a great deal of trouble to cater for everything and everybody. The Benllec weather was a bit unkind, coming back to the comfort of this lovely house made up for that, thankyou. 11/10, 5star+, what a cottage, we are looking forward to a future visit.

Beautiful house, extremely clean and well equipped.

It has a lovely secure back garden for children and dogs. It is in a fantastic position you can see the bay form all the front windows. There is 3 super markets 5 minutes walk away; Pubs shops and a butchers near buy. The lovely beach is 5/10 minutes walk down a steep hill. A great base to visit Anglesey and explore the towns and costal paths.

What an amazing property with amazing views.

Equipped with everything you can possibly want. The property was spotless and welcoming. The welcome pack and Easter gifts were a lovely touch and appreciated. It was an ideal property for a family get together. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

Bay View is hands down one of the best holiday homes we have stayed in.

It has everything you could possibly need and more for a holiday on Anglesey. The kitchen has more than enough equipment to cater for at least 8 people for over a day - a rare find in our experience and all the rooms are cosy, comfortable and super clean. This is the third time we’ve visited Bay View with friends and it certainly won’t be the last.

This was our second time at Bay View, it’s a lovely property in a great location with fabulous views.

The property is exceptionally clean and fully equipped with everything you need, owners have thought of everything and the welcome pack was very generous. Would definitely recommend, a thoroughly enjoyable weekend had by four generations of the family

We really enjoyed our holiday over Christmas we were really impressed with the property even better than the photos it had been decorated ready for Christmas and the welcome pack was brilliant really generous near to shops 5 mins walk to the beach really comfortable one of the best we have stayed in booked again for next year

Perfect family home for a wonderful relaxing holiday.

We have stayed at Bay View numerous times with my parents & we all love it. This time was 2 weeks, really sad to leave. The view in a morning sets you up for the day. Thankyou once again.

Bay View is a fantastic place to stay - close to the beautiful Benllech beach and easy access to local shops, takeaways and a fabulous butchers.

The view from the dining room is stunning and we enjoyed some lovely meals around the large family-friendly dining table. The house is very spacious, clean and comfortable - ideal for a large group of family or friends. The outdoor space is also a lovely place to relax, BBQ or play boules. Three generations of our family had another wonderful stay in this high-quality accommodation.

Excellent property.

Great location and a sea view. Spotlessly throughout. The bedrooms are large enough to sleep 9 people easily, with a large kitchen, living room and dining room. Three cars fit on the driveway and the garage contains an extra fridge, dart board, games and stuff for the beach. The kitchen is well equipped with most things required for your stay, including salt, pepper, oil, tin foil and kitchen roll. A welcome basket was provided with local information, a bottle of wine, some welsh cakes and some milk in the fridge. The large garden to rear is immaculate, with an area for a BBQ and a table with seating for 10.

We had a really lovely stay at Bay View.

Very aptly named! Bistro sets at the front of the property are the perfect spot to sit with a drink and enjoy it. The bungalow is very clean, tidy and comfortable. The garden is enclosed and well-looked after. We enjoyed dining al fresco and the dog was happy and safe! The owner has put a lot of thought into providing everything you could possibly want - particular mention has to be given to the amazingly well-equipped kitchen! Excellent holiday accommodation :)

Everything our little walking group needed for a base to walk the coastal path and explore the area

This wasn’t our 1st stay and definitely won’t be our last.

It’s home from home and a real bonus of having a south-west facing garden. Some lovely additions since our last stay. We’ve booked again for September! The dogs loved it. Very close walk to the beach and local pubs both directions. Just one request, a new mattress in the master bedroom with en suite please… There is everything you need to stay in and cook, we used both the oven and the slow cooker.. All amenities within walking distance with an amazing local Butchers. We received the most amazing and welcome hamper, which certainly made us smile together with a thank you card for staying again.. The view are amazing from the front of house! What a little gem xx

Lovely accommodation that's ideal for a family meet up.

Well equipped kitchen and utility. We had mixed weather so it was brilliant that we could control the heating on the colder days. Secure rear garden. Benllech is a lovely seaside resort with loads of small supermarkets and coffee shops. A short walk to the beach with loads of rock pools to explore, I'd recommend calling in for a drink at the Benllech Inn as its a climb back up from the beach. Ideal place to explore Anglesey. I would return if we ever need a large house.

This is our second holiday at this property and we had a great time with our family.

It is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Ideal for a mixed age group and handy for the beach and shops. We have already booked a return visit.

Perfect location for Benllech beach, but this year we also went up the east coast of Anglesey and explored the coastal paths. The house was like home-from-home, the kitchen and utility area made it so easy for 2 families with 2 dogs, and the bedrooms were immaculate and beautiful. Room for 3 large cars on the drive and a secure garden for the dogs. Nothing was lacking, everything was spotless and it was like walking back through our own front door

The attention to detail & thoughtfulness in making your holiday relaxing is fantastic. Also we loved the few additions to the place since our last stay. This is one, if not the best holiday let we have stayed in, so once again thank you to the owners. The weather helped as well as we had the perfect sunny week.

Highly recommended. Loved the fact that cleaning materials were supplied so a big shop wasn't required on the first day. Good quality kitchen utensils. Welcome pack was appreciated. Down side was under occupancy. I was seeking a small discount due to 50% occupancy. Sykes (menaiholidays) made an arbitrary decision not to put that query to the owner which didn't deter me from booking on this occasion but may do so in the future. Didn't detract from our overall satisfying experience.

Your Housekeeper had quick and excellent communication when we needed information regarding the key box. Great recycling facilities and a great location. We enjoyed the time spent here and would definitely recommend and return.

This is one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed in.

Extremely high standards in the living accommodation and garden. Three generations of our family can live in this house comfortably. The owners have thought of everything. All cooking utensils and high quality pans are in the property making this a real home from home. They even leave beach chairs for you to use. The owners left us a fantastic welcome hamper which was really kind. The location of Benllech is also fabulous. Easy to get to all other areas of Anglesey and there is a great butchers and very helpful pharmacy in the village. Benllech is a very friendly place and the local pubs serve good food, too - although we prefer to stay at home in this house due to the amazing view from the dining room. Thanks to all concerned - we had a perfect holiday.

Everything you could possibly want is there. Hats off to the owner they have done a fantastic job. Great location, beautiful views and it suited our family group of grandparents, parents and children very well.

Well equipped, spotless, spacious, dog friendly and is central to everything you need for a wonderful stay. The property manager is very helpful and communication via email with every detail that was needed for an easy arrival.

The property had everything you could possibly need for a stay, including a cool bag, flasks and even camping chairs for days out.

! The property was very clean and in an excellent location. The only thing we thought we could have used was a trivet for placing hot trays etc from the oven. Other than that a PERFECT stay celebrating mums 80th birthday, with family and 2 dogs including 2 sisters visiting from NZ.

This dormer bungalow is fantastic it's got everything you you need, a lovely enclosed rear garden with seating also a seating area at the front the views are wonderful.

It ticked all our boxes the welcome pack was appreciated and very nice, parking for 3 cars off road, its near to various shops and the beach the dogs loved it as much as we did, would highly recommend this accommodation spotlessly clean all mod cons you will not be disappointed a great base to explore Anglesey from definitely no complaints from our family it was outstanding thank you

Been staying on Anglesey every year for 45 yrs Bayview has to be the cleanest property we have stayed in.

Had everything we needed and more. Views from living room stunning. Short walk to shops, beach and places to eat. Will definatley return.

We all had a lovely relaxing holiday, Very clean & the kitchen had everything you needed. It was Dad's 80th birthday & he loved every minute of the stay. Thankyou so much.

What a great place to stay.

We had a great time here. The location is superb and it's a very short and easy walk to the shop/pub/beach. Fantastic views and a well stocked house. Great provision of the basic things like toilet roll, kitchen roll, bin bags and plenty of plates, glasses cups etc. Dishwasher and tablets provided is a nice touch.... the only very minor comment would be after being delighted with all the provisions (more than we could expect).... it would be nice to have a few tablets/liquid detergents for the washing machine.... as travelling with small children and trips to the beach in February, a few wash loads were required. This is of course, only a minor concern and would not stop us from whole heartedly recommending this cottage.

A lovely property in a superb location.

All amenities on the doorstep and a short walk down to the beach. The property was immaculate and comfortable, plenty of room for the whole family and an enclosed garden for the dogs. We will definitely return.

Set up very nicely for Christmas. All requirements available that were needed for an excellent holiday.

Fabulous property, well maintained, well positioned and a brilliant specification.

Thanks must go to the owner for thinking of everything. Two toasters, ample crockery and cutlery, comfy sofas and beds. I have to say, the listing, while good, does not do this property justice. Our party consisted of myself, my wife, two adult sons, 1 teenage son, my daughter-in-law, and my 2 infant grandsons and two dogs. Despite the weather being absolutely shocking, thanks Storm Ciaran, we all had a thoroughly good time. I highly recommend this property.

I have been taking a group of senior people away for well over 20 years now, frequently use Sykes.

I have found it very easy to find accommodation I require, and have never been disappointed, but I must say that our latest cottage (Bay View) at Benllech has been the best so far, very clean, well equipped, and even a very pleasant welcome pack, many thanks to both Sykes and cottage owner for such an enjoyable experience.

This was our second time here and we could not fault it.

Brilliant place to stay with everything and more you could need. It was really clean and comfortable, love how they had little extra touches such as beach chairs and games. Booking was great and when we needed to speak to them they were absolutely brilliant!! Great location, lots of space we wi I’ll definitely book again!

Of all the accommodation we have stayed in over the years in Benllech, Bay View is by far the best.

It so well equipped, so comfortable, so convenient and ideal for a larger family group. The secure garden complete with barbecue and seating area is a bonus and there is ample parking at the front. We haven’t decided yet on our holiday for next year but if we come back to Benllech this is the place we will stay. Thank you.

Fantastic place, couldn't ask for anything more, fully equipped with everything and more that you need.

A listing of what's provided would be nice as we packed camping chairs, windbreaks, buckets and spades which took up alot of space in the car and they were already provided. Clean and comfortable, my only criticism is regarding the advert that says 5 minute walk to the beach. Which is one of the reasons for booking as its more like 10-15 minutes walk. Would definitely come again.

Bay view is a perfect place to stay.

Wonderful lay out to this house and it was absolutely spotless when we arrived. The best view is from the dining room and it is the most relaxing place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. Benllech beach is such a beautiful place to enjoy a day out. Ice creams etc are so inexpensive compared to other parts of the UK that we stay. Lots of good take-aways in the village so you rarely have to cook if you feel like a break.

Bay view is a wonderful holiday home the owner has thought about everything down to spare batteries and bulbs .

The location is brilliant, Benllech beach is a 5 minute walk although it takes a little longer to walk back as it's a steep climb. The views from the lounge and bedrooms are amazing. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Outstanding views across the Bay from inside the property(several binoculars provided!) and many shopping and eating out options close by in Benllech. This is an amazing property and probably the best we have ever stayed in.

We spent many hours enjoying the wonderful view from both the lounge and dining room windows, over Red Wharf Bay towards the Menai Strait and the mountains of Snowdonia. The situation is very convenient, not only for local shops - there is a Spar just two minutes walk away, with very friendly, helpful staff - but also for visiting other parts of the Island. It is comfortably and comprehensively furnished, and absolutely spotless. The owner has thought of everything, even to providing torches on every bedside table and in the kitchen and, most amazing of all, pairs of good quality binoculars in the lounge, dining room and kitchen. We were amazingly lucky with the weather. Whilst our neighbours back home in Worcestershire were struggling with the cold and the rain, we had blue skies and warm sunshine on most days, and were able to make good use of the sun trap of a back garden with a G&T around 5.00 on several afternoons! We have no hesitation in recommending this property and, indeed, the beautiful Island of Anglesey, both of which we hope to return to in the future.

Bay View had everything we needed and more.

The house and garden were maintained beautifully and to a very high standard. The house was so well equipped that it really did feel like home. If you could change or add anything it would be another bathroom or toilet upstairs but I guess that just isn’t practical. We loved the house and really enjoyed our stay there. Parking plentiful too.

! To find somewhere that can comfortably fit 3 generations of family under one roof and deliver on everyones want and need is quite a tall ask, but Bay View delivered. I didn’t get chance to write in the little book left in the kitchen, but thank you so much we had such a wonderful stay and we will be back

This is one of the loveliest houses we have stayed and we will return again after our 4th stay here.

The house is spotlessly clean and the owners have though of absolutely everything that a family could need. Perfect location. Amazing sea views and great communication. Lovely garden, beds comfortable and had an amazing time with our extended family and dogs.

The house is very spacious and easily accommodated 5 adults and a teenager. The house was spotless, well equipped, in a great location and very quiet. The furnishings were of a high standard for a holiday let, which added to the comfort of the house. The Christmas decorations, setting of the dining table with Christmas crackers and decorations as well as a welcome pack were also a lovely touch and appreciated. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful views overlooking Benllech beach. Perfect location to explore Anglesey. Great fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher came in very handy. Lovely and clean bedrooms and bathrooms and all a great size. The dart board in the garage was ideal for the family tournaments in the evening. Would recommend the property to others. Really smooth booking and checking in system. The location was perfect we were only afew minutes walk to the beach. BayView it’s self was fabulous! Really spacious, had everything we need and more, lots of lovely little touches like the chairs you could take to the beach and the lovely welcoming goodies that were left for us! Now living in Australia, we made our way back to spend time with my parents, siblings and their families back in Benllech (where I had stayed with my family for 11 years on holidays as a child).

It was a fantastic pilgrimage for us all, and the cottage was superb for my immediate family. Comfortable, clean, a central location, spectacular views of the bay, well-equipped and the spacious garden was a major bonus. We were really blessed with the weather too. A really fantastic house.

Best we have stayed in in the area. High spec with the amenities in the house, lots of nice little touches and a kitchen fully equipped for large numbers of guests which doesn’t usually happen! Lovely garden as well. Spacious house, we loved it. Hoping to return another year. Exactly as advertised!

We had a very comfortable stay at Bay View, the home was beautifully furnished with a great attention to detail.

We wanted for nothing. We were a family made up of three parties so we had plenty of space with good bathroom to bedroom ratio. The master bedroom and en suite are luxuriously spacious. Great garden and useful garage. Few minutes walk to three grocery stores, pubs, takeaways, cafes and beautiful beach a little further. Great base to explore the island and from what we saw, Benllech, has more locally available facilities than most other coastal villages. Our favourite was a shortish walk to the Boathouse pub/cafe at Red Wharf Bay along an undulating coastal path - you can also walk the whole way on the beach when tide out.

On entry we noticed the hall was full of sand and stones and had not been cleaned.

The kitchen had food and hair on the floor and was dirty. (We mopped this clean and noticed the mop was bone dry and not been used) the floor was filthy. The front room floor and carpet was full of crumbs and hairs sand and had not been cleaned. The whole of the ground floor had not been cleaned. Upstairs was immaculate and cleaned throughout. There was a pair of Childrens underpants under the chair in the downstairs bedroom and sun cream bottle tops under the cabinet in the downstairs bathroom. There were stains on the sofa so we turned the cushion over to find half a bowl of rice crispys and a pound coin that went out of date 2 years ago!!! We didn’t want to complain at the time this would have upset the 92 year old who paid for the holiday. Overall the house is lovely and location and facilities were superb, just a shame for the amount it cost that the place wasn’t clean.

Absolutely perfect

The property was presented to the highest standard and probably the best of the many we have rented in Benllech and Moelfre.

The welcome pack and Christmas decorations were appreciated. The area has an excellent selection of restaurants and pubs, together with walks on beaches and coastal path.

Perfect property for a family group.

Decorated lovely for Christmas for us. Garden is great for the dogs. House was lovely and clean, brilliant location in Benllech village. Slight issue with the boiler but the owner was brilliant at getting it sorted quickly for us. Thank you, we will return again and highly recommend.

The house was lovely and clean and the facilities were great. We had a great day at the beach and we took the chairs and sandcastle toys from the garage with us. The location is beautiful, it was so relaxing to wake up to that view and to sit in the dining room and look out at the sea. So peaceful. We would definitely love to come back again. The only one comment is we didn't think carpet in the bathroom was great but that's not a criticism just our personal opion. Everywhere was lovely and clean though.

What an excellent property Bay View is at Benllech.

We booked this property for my husband's 60th Birthday Celebrations as accommodated 9 people and it didn't disappoint. An excellent property with an amazing garden and secure for dogs. We had an amazing time and wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.

The house was comfortable and well equipped. The garden was secure for our two dogs.Shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Great Accommodation in a brilliant location on the Isle of Anglesey Good place to access all parts of the Island and the mainland of Wales.

Plenty of local amenities and a good beach with car parking 5 min away. [A steep walk back for the aged and infirm]

We booked for 2 nights over the May bank holiday. The house was spotlessly clean, with everything needed. The view out of the front windows was breathtaking, could have looked out the window all day. Great location 1 minutes walk from the shops and takeaway. Would love to go back.

We absolutely loved this clean, quiet, modern, spacious, well located, wonderfully appointed house with beautiful views and would love to return at some point.

With regard to Anglesey itself, I personally used to go on holiday many years ago as a child and felt that some parts had become a little rundown and disappointing since then. However, Benllech itself was lovely with many amenities, as was Red Wharf Bay and Beaumaris. Also, Snowdonia, of course, is always a delight.

We had an issue with the fridge freezing contents, tried increasing and decreasing the temperature but no difference.

Did report/reply to owners email but they never got back to me. Lovely back garden, a BBQ would be nice...

The house was lovely everything you need home from home we had a different age group the downstairs bed room was perfect for my father in law with shower room and toilet would recommend this house ideal for all the North Wales

An excellent property for 10 people.

The kitchen facilities and amount of utensils were excellent and abundant. The bedrooms were comfortable , the garden was large and secure for dogs and kids and the location was brilliant for access to shops, restaurants and the beach. The view from the lounge and dining room across the bay and to Llandudno was beautiful.

We were very disappointed with lack of initial response and resolution We had with a problem with the Toilet in the Upstairs En Suite - the Toilet did not fill up after flushing and consequently We could not use it - this was the only Toilet upstairs so We had to go downstairs to go to Loo in the night - obviously not ideal or acceptable We reported this on Saturday morning to Paul Mason from PJProperty Services - who said He would report to Jane the Owner No further contact was made to Us until Monday ( then 3 nights with no Upstairs toilet ) when Jane texted saying She would come Tuesday and have a look at it - however after We said that We would appreciate it being fixed because of inconvenience she came round Monday night and saw what the problem was - said would arrange for a plumber to call - Tuesday - however no further contact from Jane - Sykes called Tuesday evening asking if plumber could come Wednesday - We said We were going out for day and finally Thursday was suggested - We did not want last day of Our Holiday interrupted by workman - We were after all on Holiday and had to manage without Upstairs loo all week We have been Customers with Sykes for over 12 years and have not experienced any problems like this previously so were disappointed with remedial actions on this occasion

Fabulous cottage in Benllech Anglesey, at Bay View, 4 Bryn Adda.

Really well stocked kitchen and huge well furnished sitting room and dinning room to entertain our friends and family. Main bedroom is beautiful with views over the bay. Highly recommended.

There were 9 of us in our party over 4 generations and the house lay out meant every one was accommodated for.

Everywhere was really clean,and the beds were comfortable,fantastic value for money. The owners had thought of everything, lots of extra little things that made our stay more comfortable. A real home from home. We would highly recommended staying here.

We were looking for a house to accommodate 9 of us and came across this little gem.

It really is like a home from home, perfectly equipped with everything you could want or need. We also brought our dog where the enclosed garden came in very handy. The house was incredibly clean and well maintained and it didn't feel like there was 9 of us in there as it was so spacious. The views to the front are spectacular too. The owners were very accommodating and informative, and kept in touch before and after to make sure our stay was a success. At first glance it looks like there's not much around but just venture to the bottom of the road and there's plenty of shops, takeaways and restaurants/pubs within walking distance. I'd definitely recommend the Beachcomber Restaurant which is just at the bottom of the road. Food is fantastic! The beach is only a 10 minute walk but it's a steep walk back so be mindful if you struggle walking up hill. There's car parking there if you need to take the car. In short, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here and will hopefully be staying there again in the future ourselves.

Fantastic week away with four generations of our family in a great location.

Bay View was everything we could hope for, the owners have thought of everything, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, fully equipped with everything we needed, even included bucket and spade! We would definitely recommend this property and will return very soon.

Great place.

Everything you could possibly need in a holiday stay and more. We holiday on anglesey at least 4 times a year and we thought we have stayed in some of the best ones on the island until we stayed here. This is the best by far. Not disapointed in the slightest with anything about the place. The beds were ultra comfortable and 3 toilets ensure a large family never have to wait to go. It was really nice and we definantly didnt want to leave but we will be back there soon. Many thanks to jane the owner for letting out this great holiday stay.

Fantastic house with easily the best equipped kitchen we've ever come across in a rental property and everything you could ever need.

Superbly located in easy walking distance of the beach, bars, shops and restaurants and 5mins from the stunning red warf bay. This is what Anglesey is all about, thank you and see you again soon!

The house was like home from home!

Lovely house great location and nicely setup for Christmas. Good sized rooms will definately book here again.

This is a very well equipped and comfortable modern house in a nice location.

Spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything that a large group could want, and the sea views from the lounge are an around the clock treat. Nice welcoming gifts on arrival helped us settle in, and the local pubs are all friendly. We have enjoyed our days out around Benllech and further afield (including a lovely day touring Snowdonia by car). This is a house that is ideally located, we would recommend to anybody and hope to return again in the future.

Great to be only 10 minutes walk from the beach and pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. The garden was a great place to relax in (when the sun was shining) and secure for dogs Our first trip to Anglesey and it will not be our last. Due to the size of the island nothing is too far a drive away. Some great places to visit and fantastic coastal scenery.
