“There was only soap in one bathroom when we arrived.”

Also there was not much toilet paper, only one roll per bathroom. Lack of cleaning supplies as well to clean once we left, and only a few dishwasher pods. WiFi was slow when multiple people used it. We also booked for seven people, there was no indication of where the spare bedding for the sofa bed was or how to open the sofa bed. Hi Ella, Thanks so much for leaving some feedback, I am glad that you enjoyed your stay. In regards to the cleaning supplies, we do not supply any of these and the cleaners are the only ones who carry these. I apologise for the lack of toilet roll, ordinarily we usually stock 2 rolls per bathroom. The Internet is a known problem, and in Anglesey there is no full fibre, so until the end of this year the Internet cannot be improved. Along with this, we have just purchased a label maker so that everything can be labelled better, including the water main. We will also speak to the cleaners to arrange extra bedding which will be available for all bookings in the future and will ensure that future guests know where this is stored. Thanks again, Adrian.
