Pull up to the property, which boasts off-road parking on the driveway for up to three cars, and you will find the sheltered hot tub, where you can add a touch of luxury to the end of each day of your stay, just to the side of the property.
Head through the front door of this well-proportioned property, which offers a bedroom and bathroom on each of its three floors, meaning you can enjoy quality time as a group but also have a moment to yourself or with your loved one.
Head into the contemporary and neutrally-styled kitchen/diner, with sleek white units, a combi oven and grill and a host of appliances you can use to create delicious home cooked meals to enjoy at the large dining table, beside the wall-mounted TV, if you want to enjoy a more casual dining experience.
The patio door opens onto the enclosed garden, where you can choose to dine alfresco in the summer on the patio, before moving to the sofa area to relax with a glass of wine, while children and four-legged friends can play safely on the lawn.
The ground floor also houses the first of three bedrooms; a spacious and immaculate double bedroom with soft carpet and ample storage, with access to the neutral shower room, decorated with a subtle beach theme, making it ideal for any guest who have mobility issues.
Head to the first floor to find the inviting sitting room, boasting incredible sea and mountain views from its dual Juliet balconies.
Here you can relax on one of the tasteful sofas or armchair with a good book or your favourite shows on the TV, enjoying a quiet night in.
There is a twin bedroom, continuing the subtle beach theme, with charming bunting above the beds, ideal for children, with access to the family bathroom suite, which offers a bath with shower over.
The second-floor boasts the generously-sized master bedroom, complete with a king-size bed, lovely wooden furniture, a seating area beside a wonderful picture window so you can enjoy the best of the views, as well as a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room where you can prepare for each day.
Benllech village centre is a short walk away, where you will discover a selection of shops for any essentials, along with pubs serving food, bars and restaurants, if you feel like a night off from cooking.
Benllech's Blue Flag-awarded beach is also within easy reach, offering a long stretch of soft golden sand, making it popular with families, lined by a selection of cafés and a nearby picnic spot, so you can enjoy lunch with a view.
From here you can access the Anglesey Coastal Path and make your way towards the pristine beaches and rocky coves at Rhosneigr and Trearddur Bay, passing attractions like the butterfly palace of Pili Palas Nature World, Anglesey Sea Zoo and Plas Newydd House & Gardens.
Nearby Moelfre village is where you will find the RNLI Lifeboat Station, historical landmarks of The Lligwy Cromlech, Capel Lligwy and the ruins of Din Lligwy, as well as incredible views of Ynys Moelfre.
The popular Red Wharf Bay is a short distance away, famed for its glorious sunsets, and miles of long sand at low tide you can explore on a scenic stroll, and look out for an array of birdlife known to visit the area, including purple sandpipers, curlew, oystercatchers and dunlin.
Head to Beaumaris to explore its impressive 13th century castle and Victorian Gaol, and cross the Menai Suspension Bridge towards the mainland where you will find the bustling university town of Bangor, as well as a plethora of walking, hiking and cycling opportunities through the picturesque rugged landscape of the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park.

Problems of plugs being stuck with water left in the sink and a badley flushing toilet downstairs were sorted out eventually after struggling to empty for 4 days after contacting the owner .
I informed the owner that our son and wife were coming on the Wednesday my husbands birthday . So for about 4 hours there were 8 people in the property and extra car then when my 2 granddaughters left as they had to work .there was only 3 vehicles . I made the owner aware that it was my husbands 80 th birthday I even asked if I could bake some cakes whilst there because family would be popping in on his birthday my husband didn’t know his son and wife were surprising him by popping in as due to an unexpected operation the Monday of that week my husband was unable to go very far . If he hadn’t had the total knee replacement mobilizing on crutches and taking morphine for the pain we would have been going out for a birthday meal . I do think they should have told me if this wasn’t allowed as I did tell her about this At no time were there more than 6 people sleeping at the property . No PARTY as such took place just a few sandwiches and cakes as I did feed them on the Wednesday lunch and tea . At no time was any music played at all in fact we were very quiet . For the amount we paid for a weeks rental and the inconvenience of the downstairs toilet not flushing and sinks not emptying being stuck with water left in after washing as we couldn’t pull the plug out . ( all 3 sinks had to have the waste plugs removed and replaced , also the plumbers used most of our supply of toilet rolls to soak up the water and we had to buy more ) the owner told the plumber at first NOT to change the waste plugs until we told the owner again, that it wasn’t acceptable to have to use another sink with the same problem . It was a lovely property which now after all this has taken the shine off it and spoilt a surprise 80 th birthday for my husband . Do they think we would be having a rave up , getting drunk etc when in our 80 th years .
We had a great time in this lovely house.
Fabulous views comfortable beds and everything you need. Easy access to shops pubs and restaurants. And a short walk to lovely sandy beach.

Exceeded expectations. Sandy Bee is a great house in a great location. 3 minutes walk to all the amenities including food shops, takeaways, cafes and a nice pub that we took full advantage off. The beach was a short 10 minute stroll away and was brilliant on the dog friendly side for our cocker spaniel. Sandy Bee was so well equipped and comfortable, from the decor, comfy beds to all the extras like blankets and hot water bottles to use outside if the evenings were chilly so you could sit and admire the outstanding views across the bay and Snowdon mountain range. The hot tub was also a welcome bonus, everything to make a memorable holiday with the family. Thanks Sandy Bee!!
