This property is everything as described and so much more!

The accommodation is spotlessly clean and beautifully presented and maintained The house is so spacious and its provided with absolutely everything you could ever need the private garden too is extremely well maintained providing beautiful garden furniture and hot tub The hosts are at the end of the phone if needed and the property is just 2 miles from Benllech Beach a superb holiday home !!

The property is absolutely stunning, large spacious rooms with loads of seating to accommodate everyone.

There is also a separate lounge so if you want to watch separate tv programmes or have space it’s all possible. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need or want. It was fantastic having 2 cookers, fridges and freezers as our granddaughter is coeliac so this made everything so easy. The utility room was a bonus so all outdoor things and shoes could be easily put away. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished with plenty of storage space. The garden was lovely with plenty of seating and a hot tub, we didn’t use the hot tub much as we were blessed with fantastic weather and so spent the days at the beach. Mandy and Steve were only a text away if you wanted anything or needed to ask any questions. We had such a wonderful stay, we booked again for next summer before we had even left. If you are thinking of booking this property, you won’t be disappointed, I would 100% recommend.

Berllan was incredible!

We had the best family holiday here. The house was everything and more than we could have wished for. There is so much space in the house that we never felt like we were on top of each other. The open-plan kitchen and living area is incredible, and Mandy and Steve have thought of absolutely everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. There is also a separate living room with plenty of seating, which was perfect when people wanted to watch different programmes. The garden is huge, with lots of seating areas, and we all made great use of the hot tub — it was a huge hit with the whole family! The bedrooms were spacious and extremely comfortable. A cot, high chair and baby gate were also provided for our little one, which meant we didn’t need to bring any of these things with us. WiFi is available at the property, which was really useful as the phone signal isn’t fantastic, but the WiFi worked perfectly throughout our stay. We visited Benllech Beach every day, and it was only an 8-minute drive away, which was ideal. The location was perfect for everything we needed. We also popped to the local shop once, which was just a 5-minute drive away and had everything we needed. We’re hopefully going to be able to return again next year, as we loved this house and our stay so much. We honestly couldn’t recommend Berllan enough for a family holiday! Thank you so much

The perfect location for a family holiday.

The house was modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We visited as a couple with a toddler, joined by my parents and brother and everyone had a lovely time, especially my 3 year old who very much enjoyed running around the large garden. Owners very friendly and helpful. We will be booking again for next summer.

Lovely week in Berllan.

Quiet location with only a 5 min drive to the local beach. House was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The hot tub was on from 7am so always ready to use, beds were very comfy and lots of storage space. Hosts were very helpful and friendly and only a text away if you need anything. We were 2 families with 3 kids under 4 and we didn’t want to leave! My only negative (and honestly I’m being picky as the house is perfect) would be the internet. We struggled to get signal for baby monitors that all ran through internet and found it to be very slow if there was multiple devices on at once. Maybe worth investing in faster broadband if available? Would definitely return as honestly this is the nicest, cleanest house I’ve ever stayed in and great value for money. Thanks for a lovely holiday!

Amazing house!

We visited as 6 adults for 3 nights, the house was spotlessly clean and perfect for our stay. The open plan kitchen / living area is extremely spacious and very well equipped! Bedrooms also beautiful, with large wardrobes and very comfortable beds. We also loved the garden, lovely furniture and amazing hot tub! We would love to visit again, thank you to Mandy and Steve who were great hosts!

The property is so well appointed with high quality appliances, sofas and very comfortable beds. I especially enjoyed the hot tub. This property is 5 stars through out and would highly recommend it. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and would happily return again.

Berllan was a fantastic stay in a beautiful cottage.

It was spotless, warm, cosy and homely. It had everything required for a lovely relaxing peaceful holiday break, it was 5* plus! It is ideally situated to visit local places of interest and coastal walks. Mandy and Steve are excellent hosts and are always there if needed, but never intrusive. We have recommended this property to friends and family and will definitely return in the future.

We stayed here as a group of 8.

Two families with older teens/young adults. It was perfect! We needed a lot of space and the house provides that. All 4 bedrooms are spacious with huge, comfortable beds. The kitchen/ living area is huge with everything you need to cook and prepare, including 2 x fridge/ freezers. The separate living room was ideal too. We loved the garden and hot tub and it was a real suntrap in the afternoons. We found the location great for exploring Anglesey. Regular trips to Benllech for Tesco, fish & chips, Chinese/ Indian take-away just 5 minutes away. Mandy & Steve were very helpful prior to and during our trip. Would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic week spent at amazing property, owners have thought about everything you could need, comfy sofas, beds, large tvs, even down to air fryer and every kitchen implement you could want, loads of room for 8 people and wont feel crowded, really is a home from home and definitely would stay again and recommend to all.

This is an absolute beautiful property.

Unfortunately most of us had bad colds and would have appreciated a tv in the bedrooms but other than that it was a fabulous holiday. Bet it’s lovely in the summer x

Berllan is spotlessly clean with a very well equipped kitchen. The spacious living area has top quality fixtures and fittings. The bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe and storage space, the beds were extremely comfortable. Great showers. Weather permitting, even managed to get in the fabulous hot tub. We'll be back soon!!!!

Lovely garden, great seating & fabulous hot tub. The open-plan kitchen/dinner/lounge had absolutely everything, we didn’t want to leave. Great base with lots to do. We visited Beaumaris & enjoyed a great boat cruise to Puffin Island. Had a lovely walk on the beach at Red Warf Bay. We visited Penrhyn Castle, which has a fantastic house & grounds. Caernarfon is also worth a visit. You can board a pleasure flight or just watch the arrivals & departures. The café is also great & is dog friendly. We visited Moelfre to see the lifeboat station, did some seal spotting & enjoyed an ice cream. There is also a great Chinese takeaway just down the road if you don’t fancy cooking. It is by far the best property we have ever stayed at; you will not be disappointed. The welcome pack was also a lovely touch. We will definitely be back !

The property is in a great location, there is lots of lovely places to visit. Whilst we stayed at Berllan we visited Beaumaris and Trearddur Bay which were both great places to visit would highly recommend the Sea Shanty restaurant the food was amazing. Our stay at Berllan was wonderful.

The house is absolutely amazing!! The photos don’t do it justice, everywhere was super clean, loads of space to sit, the kitchen had everything you could need ( including two fridge freezers and cookers!!) Beds really comfy.Felt completely at home. The garden was gorgeous (loads of garden furniture) and the hot tub is an added bonus, so lovely to sit in the peace and quiet after a day exploring Anglesey. A lovely welcome pack of Welsh goodies awaited us on arrival and was very much appreciated. Correspondence with Mandy and Steve was second to none! All in all, cannot recommend Berllan enough, fantastic house and area……10 out of 10!!!

We found the owners Mandy and Steve were very helpful and promptly dealt with any minor problems we had.

They kindly left a lovely welcome pack which was much appreciated. The cottage was well equipped clean ,spacious but still cosy. After exploring during the day it was fantastic to return and relax in hot tub in the evening.I would definitely recommend the cottage to friends and family.

We have used Sykes Holiday Brokers for many years now, and have stayed in many different location across the UK.

On speaking to the owner, we explained that Berllan was by far the best we have ever stayed in. Although we are only 3, we always look for something special even if it is a larger property. Our advice to other customers is to broaden your scope, do your research for restaurants and pubs locally and everything there is to see in and around the area. We can personally recommend Tavern on the Bay, which is about 2 miles away at Red Wharf Bay. Returning to Berllan in the future will most definitely be one on our list, as it has everything and more, with the owner Many & Steve only too happy to assist at a drop of the hat. We can wholeheartedly say you won't be disappointed if you stay at Berllan.

Beautiful home Friendly and helpful owners

We booked a long weekend at this property but should have booked longer!

The house was amazing! It was in a great location just 5 mins drive from both Benllech and Red Wharf bay and about 10 mins drive from Beaumaris. The house was immaculate with a lot of extras I was not expecting and every little detail was thought about. We went with our teenage children, 13 and 19. We used the hot tub every single day which was a highlight for the kids. The kitchen had everything you could imagine for your stay, including a lovely utility room with a washing machine. It was also the little touches as well such as a lovely welcome pack with snacks and crisps. There were board games there as well which we didn’t expect and the host did provide dishwasher tablets and cleaning materials as well which you don’t always see in a holiday let. The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate with clean towels in each room though we brought our own towels for the hot tub. The host could not have been more helpful and checked we were ok on arrival and departure Really recommend this cottage for anyone wanting a luxury stay at a beautiful and quiet location. We will definitely be going back there!

Berllan is a six star holiday property in every single way.

We are a retired couple who research our holiday accommodations thoroughly seeking to ensure we get the “Wow Factor” on arrival ! Berllan is quite simply WOW PLUS !! From comfort to quality of fittings throughout, with every conceivable holiday requirement catered for. There are quite simply no negatives Highly and unreservedly recommended. Mandy and Steve are the perfect hosts.

Our stay at Berllan was outstanding.

Very comfortable, spotless accommodation and absolutely everything one would need in the kitchen. We had he BEST time. Fantastic weather which was the cherry on the top. Communication with the host was brilliant. Very quick to answer any questions and we were made to feel incrediblely welcome. The welcome pack was delicious. 10/10 customer care. Perfect location to. Everything like pubs, restaurants, grocery shops and coffee shops all close by. The review box isn't big enough for all the fantastic and lovely comments a stay at Berllan has to offer. 100% would visit again.

As grandparent’s we have just returned from a weeks holiday with our daughter, son in law and three grandchildren staying at Berllan.

What a lovely half term week we’ve enjoyed. This probably has to be the best holiday home we’ve ever stayed at. I took some kitchen items on our holiday only to find they were provided for us there, such a well stocked kitchen with all you needed provided. The house is wonderfully decorated and the extremely clean which was important to us as sometimes we’ve stayed at places where this was badly lacking. The large garden and hot tub was an added bonus. Our grandchildren aged 8, 6 and almost three loved it and wanted to stay longer! The owners were very helpful and accommodating and we will definitely be going back. Thank you to them from us all.

This house is absolutely stunning everything you need was on hand

Spent 7 wonderful days over the Christmas period with family (6 adults and 2 children) at this delightful house.

The property is definitely 5 star, has everything anybody could ask for, the owners, Mandy and Steve should be really proud. Prior to us arriving, I spoke with Mandy to ensure we had the key code etc she made us feel really welcome even before we arrived. House was immaculate, interior design superb and plenty of room for all the family. Welcome Pack was also left for us containing "goodies" and a nice bottle of Prosecco to toast on Christmas Day during lunch. We used the hot tub which was really nice after conquering some long coastal walks and plenty of visits to the Ship Inn, which was approx 35/40 minutes walk away. Would definitely return and recommend to others for a nice, quiet, relaxing break. Thanks again to Mandy & Steve .

Honestly one of the best holiday cottages we have stayed in and we stay in a few every year.

Kitchen is the best equipped, full of everything you could possibly need. Loved it so much we booked it again for a similar time in 2025!!!

Berllan house is a beautiful holiday home with plenty of room for a family.

The house was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. We particularly liked the open plan kitchen/living area and we used the lounge as a quiet space. The 2x ovens/fridges etc were great for family meals and we had a dinner party and everything was there we needed, 3xcept a garlic crusher. The grandchildren loved the hot tub. Pros: Beds were a little soft for us. Sofa placement in lounge meant difficult to see tv and it was placed too high on wall I recommend lowering the tv. The pillows are flat and recommend replacing. Bath is narrow. Table only had x6 chairs. No tumble dryer as advertised! Towels were small. We would return, thank you Mandy and Steve.

Our stay at this house was absolutely amazing!

The kitchen, living areas were spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor space was perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The house is amazing. We loved the large spacious kitchen/family room where we could all spend time together. The house has everything you could possibly need and more for a week’s holiday. All the bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The showers were lovely with good water pressure and spotlessly clean. Our Grandchildren loved playing in the garden and we enjoyed watching them from the comfy outdoor furniture or the hot tub which was a real treat. Communication with Mandy before and during our holiday was great. Thank you Mandy and Steve for being such great hosts.

It was immaculate, modern, spacious and spotless! 8 of us had the best weekend celebrating my 50th birthday. The large open plan kitchen area made it very sociable and we loved the hot tub. Mandy met us when we arrived which was lovely and was only a phonecall away if we needed anything. The welcome note and basket of treats was a lovely surprise. The house was amazing all rooms were spotlessly clean and very spacious, the garden was great for the kids to run around unsupervised as it’s fully enclosed. The property was more than we expected and was very comfortable.

The kitchen had plenty of utensils, the best equipped we have experienced in a rental property. We did have a minor issue, but this was resolved promptly and professionally, which I can only thank Mandy & Steve for their attentiveness at all times. Would recommend this property for a comfortable and relaxing break.

Berllan is a lovely holiday home for families looking to get break away.

It is well looked after and the owner was really helpful in many ways. The house is wonderful place to relax and the open plan layout makes it easy for the family to enjoy time together be it relaxing on the comfy sofas or preparing a meal together. We really had a great time together despite the weather being a bit mixed.

This was by a mile the best Sykes property we have stayed in, and we give it 10/10.

I would like to thank the hosts, Steve & Mandy who made us feel very welcome and were at the end of the line should we have any issues. The cakes etc on arrival were very much appreciated. Berllan was absolutely stunning, a large and spacious property perfectly located to explore the island of Anglesey and everything it has to offer. The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable and all the fittings and equipment were of a very high standard. If you book this property you will NOT be disappointed. We were able to see Red squirrels at the Dingle and then in the evening return to Berllan and relax in the private garden and enjoy the hot tub. We arrived at this fantastic property set in a lovely peaceful location, to be greeted by Mandy who guided us around the house and showed us how to use the the hot tub, fire etc.

The hot tub was ready for immediate use and a lovely welcome pack was waiting inside, containing prosecco, chocolate and welsh cakes etc and a welcome card wishing my husband a very Happy 70th Birthday. Berllan was spotlessly clean, had a very well equipped kitchen including an air fryer, sandwich maker, coffee machine, 2 fridges and had every utensil and cutlery/crockery you could think of. The bedrooms had lovely comfy beds and everyone had a good nights sleep

It’s extremely clean and comfortable. I stayed with my partner and our two children and we had a wonderful weekend. Fabulous holiday home of a very high standard.

Spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. Great to have 2 fridge freezers!! The garden is beautiful and it was great to see a red squirrel!! Thank you Mandy and Steve for the lovely goodies, very much appreciated. If I was being very very picky I would prefer bath sheets to bath towels.

What an amazing house!

We were greeted by the owner when we arrived who explained to us how to use the gas fire and hot tub and told us to get in touch if there was anything we needed. The house was clean and tidy and very welcoming. The owner had left us traditional Welsh cakes to add to our experience. The bedrooms were nice and big and the mattress that I slept on was to die for! So much so that I will be purchasing one myself! The area that we stayed in was quiet and having a hot tub to relax in at the end of a day of exploring was just what was needed! I will certainly look at booking Berllan again in the future.

We holiday in cottages all around the UK (at least 3 times a year, sometimes more) and Berllan has got to be the cleanest property we have ever stayed it.

It is a beautiful home with everything you could possibly need and in a great location (close to some of Anglesey's beautiful beaches). Mandy and Steve were very welcoming and on hand if we needed anything during our stay. ! The property is stunning, everything we needed was there. Mandy met us at the property, left a basket of local goodies and a lovely welcome card, answered any questions we had and was a fantastic host. Cannot fault a single thing. Beautiful property, beautiful location and well worth a visit. Hope to be back soon!

Couldn’t recommend this stay enough!

Mandy & Steve was very welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. Mandy had called before our stay to greet us and I told her it was my birthday, which on arrival we was greeted with a bottle of champagne which I thought was a lovely gift , very thoughtful. There was constant help from them whenever you needed it. On arrival there was a detailed welcome pack full of helpful information with things to do, places to visit, taxis, places to eat, takeaways etc to help plan your stay. They really did think of everything you would need for your stay! The house is beautiful, very clean and has everything you need under one roof! We will definitely be back . 5 star *****
