Positioned within walking distance of the lovely Betws-y-Coed and a short drive from the beautiful mountains of Snowdonia Eryri national park you are well placed for a great holiday. I highly recommend Coed Derw Isaf and can't wait to return.

A well-kept garden greets you upon arrival to the property, with an abundance of mature greenery spread considerably around the grounds, offering a peaceful setting to enjoy a fantastic holiday.

Entering into the property you're welcomed by an enticing seating area in the spacious hallway, featuring a quirky animal print armchair perched together with a rustic stained wood bench, bringing the nature of Wales indoors and offering a solace escape from the main area of the house.

Continue through the hallway to the country-style kitchen, fit with an impressive range cooker and contemporary wine cooler, perfect for enjoying a drink perched at the breakfast bar whilst the designated chef prepares a feast for the group.

Follow the room through to the dining area where a large wooden dining table with seating for eight guests sits in the centre of the room, ideal for spending quality time together as a group over a game of cards.

End the day in style with an escape to the patio, watching the evening grow darker as you take in your tranquil surroundings.

Head back inside to the sitting room, beautifully designed with a mix of traditional and contemporary décor, where you have the choice of cosying up on the Chesterfield sofa in front of the TV or gathering around the coffee table on a plush armchair with your loved one, enveloped in the warmth from the log burner.

Completing the ground floor is a wet room featuring handrails in the shower, heated towel rail, ideal for guests with limited mobility.

As the evening draws to a close, head upstairs where you will find the property's sleeping quarters as well as three additional bathrooms.

Natural lighting drawn in through the dual aspect windows floods the master suite, where a grand Gentleman’s wardrobe takes centre stage, offering plenty of storage space to house your personal belongings, complete with sleigh bed and cosy rugs.

Also has a smart TV – the suite offers a private space for guests.

The master suite also benefits from its own en-suite bathroom, where you can make the choice between enjoying a leisurely bath in the tub or steaming the day away in the walk-in shower.

The cottage has a King double bedroom which is serviced by an en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobe, thoughtfully laid out with bright and airy décor and complimenting soft furnishings, sourced from a local boutique.

The charm of the property continues through to the double bed twin bedroom, decorated with a neutral colouring and elegant headboards towering above the beds.

The final bedroom has a double bed with headboard and a large window looking on to the garden, these two bedrooms are serviced by a large walk in shower with sink, WC and heater towel rail.

Before retiring to bed, freshen up in the contemporary family bathroom, presenting a spacious walk-in shower cubicle and glossy fittings.

Discover the local history at Conwy Valley Railway Museum, enjoying a ride on the miniature railway around the beautifully landscaped grounds.

Outdoor adventurers can catch the Sherpa bus from Betws-y-Coed and travel to Pen-y-Pass, where three of the most popular routes to the summit of Mount Snowdon, the tallest mountain in Wales, begin.

Spend the day at Zip World Fforest, a treetop adventure course set in Welsh woodland, featuring the UK's only alpine coaster.

Thrill-seekers can travel further afield and visit Zip World Penrhyn Quarry, home to a 500ft-high zip line where you can enjoy mile-long rides with panoramic views over the slate quarry and scenic coastline.

If that's not your thing then travel North to the seaside town of Llandudno, where you can indulge in fish and chips along the promenade, soaking in the delightful views across the water.
