Lovely property.

We liked everything about it, perfect accommodation and location, plus the hot tub. Beds very comfy. We hope to come again next year!

Lovely bungalow with.

Beautiful garden and amazing views. Great for exploring lots of areas . Everything you need is there only thing I would suggest is cushions for the plastic chairs in garden as it was so hot they were hard to sit on otherwise it was perfect. Welcome basket of Welsh treats and milk was very much appreciated

The games room is great. Enjoyed the hot tub. Lovely views, loved watching the horses in the adjoining fields. Location great. Must sees are Llandudno, Bodnant gardens, Conwy all within 30 mins.

A beautiful home, we had a lovely stay!

Amazing views from the property, the hot tub and games room was a huge hit for the teenagers and adults! My son has cerebral palsy and he could access every single room with his limited mobility! We will definitely be back again!! The teenagers asked when we can come back again before we had even left!

Had a lovely stay here with friends, the cottage was beautifully clean and spacious and the welcome basket was a lovely touch.

. we spent 3 relaxing days in the sunshine, enjoying the hot tub and gorgeous views.. the bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and the games room is a great place if you've kids with you.. totally recommend.

A very large bungalow which was spotless upon our arrival.

The beds were very comfortable and the amenities first class. Spectacular views and a lovely hot tub. The only drawback we found was that the hot water was far too hot, requiring very careful use. However, it didn’t spoil our wonderful week there, and we’d have no hesitation to return.

We've enjoyed a fantastic week away and this was our 8th visit, which shows how much we love it.

Whilst we were there we booked again for the same time next year. The bungalow is just perfect.

This was our second family get-together at this property.

The facilities and the layout suit us perfectly. A lovely property, clean, comfortable and with everything you need. Welcome basket much appreciated. The games room was a hit with the two young teenagers especially and the hot tub had a lot of use (even though it was December). The local pub (15 minute walk) serves good food at a reasonable price. There is a village shop and Llandudno and Colwyn Bay are within easy reach. Perfect!

A fantastic property in an area with lots to do with 3 teenagers (15, 17 & 19).

The house had loads of space, and a bedroom each was a bonus. Even 5 toilets available! All seating was comfortable, and house was cosy. Everything we could have wanted was there, even a Ninja airfryer! The hot tub and games room were well used, by teenagers and parents. I would highly recommend this property.

Another lovely stay at Bryn Tirion!

Super property, amazing location and great facilities. Always so clean and welcoming. We celebrated a friend’s special birthday and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Having a supermarket delivery makes it easy to cater although we could have used a large pan or wok and some more glassware. Maybe a coffee machine would be a good addition too. All in all a wonderful place to stay

Bryn Tirion is the bees knees of holiday bungalows.

It is beautiful, spacious. spotlessly clean and set in the most picturesque views North Wales could possibly offer. If you love rolling countryside, beautiful, graceful ponies as neighbours, a fantastic hot tub, comfort, every possible facility, all maintained to the highest standard, long for luxury, peace, relaxation and love North Wales, look no further than Bryn Tirion. It is Heaven. Would love to return. Thank you so much for such a marvellous haven to base our holiday in. Can't speak high enough of it.

Arrived in a heatwave to a lovely cool bungalow.

It's well furnished, well equipped and very clean. The hot tub was a real treat. We would definitely recommend it

We had a lovely relaxing time, on arrival the property looked clean but as you started to use the bathrooms and kitchen there was some minor issues.

We have to clean all pot pans and crockery, dining table has food residue on, sticky hand prints on a few things . Pool room was full of cobweds and spiders, we vacuumed the house and cleaned. Once we where settled the house and location was peaceful and the hot tub was excellent Maintained man came every day to check it. The settings were upside down on the unit of the hot tub, the maintenance guys didn’t know how to sort it! so my brother sorted that as well, as it was hard to read My brother cleaned the games room and ironed the pool table so it was better to use.. We found a second white ball for you as well. We left a note for all the clean towels we washed after use and left the washer on with yesterdays towels in.. We have cleaned the house from Top to Bottom and left it as we would our own home. Thank you

The property was more than we were expecting.

It is a lovely bungalow in a gorgeous setting and the hot tub was a particular hit with us all. We have already booked for next year and hope to come back many more times.

A lovely property, with ample space for 8.

The hot tub and games room were an amazing facility, well enjoyed by the kids whilst the adults enjoyed a BBQ on the patio with stunning 360 views. All rooms were of a good size with plenty of storage, kitchen was well equipped and the wood burner was lovely in the evenings. A nice touch with a pre heated hot tub, welcome pack and prepped fire for arrival made us all feel very welcomed. Great property, well maintained. Thank you so much

We love this place its so well setup and it feels like coming home each time we walk in the door.

We, absolutely love it and have booked our 8th stay. The house is just perfect and the hot tub is amazing, we spend the majority of our time relaxing in it. It's always cleaned and very well equipped. Definitely recommended.

The accommodation at Bryn Tirion was beautiful a log burning fire ready to light hot tub hot and ready to jump in on arrival.

Over all a great place to stay would stay again.

The Bungalow is beautiful, the scenery is stunning, the only issues we found were.

. The kitchen needed a deep clean, the oven was very greasy, the inside of cupboards and drawers needed a good clean. On the picture where the hot tub stands looked amazing, beautiful coloured paving, unfortunately no beautiful paving could be seen, they were all dirty with algae... Needed a power washer on them and they would look stunning. The hot tub was a cause for concern, on the screen where you operate it here's what it said. Can't see the top word on the photo I took, but it said it was over due by 87 days. 2nd one says clean filter... Over due by 57 days. 3rd one says.. Change water. Over due by 27 days. I was poorly when I got home, but can't put it down to this, I'll never know. It wouldn't stop me coming back, but I would need to see amazing reviews on the cleanliness. I forgot to mention the horses next to the garden, so lovely!! And 2 apple trees. I made apple crumble for dessert. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

We had a great stay at Bryn Tirion in Abergele.

The location was perfect, and the lodge was well-maintained and clean. The hot tub and BBQ were an added bonus, making it even more enjoyable. It was reasonably priced, and we’d definitely return. Highly recommend!"

An outstanding holiday home.

Beautifully kept in gorgeous countryside. A breathtaking view from every window. There was everything there to make out stay a fabulous experience. The property was spacious and spotlessly clean. A wonderful stay was had by all.

The cottage was absolutely gorgeous, stunning views, horses, cows and sheep in the fields and two lovely cats that came to visit us each day!

There were two apple trees too. The cottage was well maintained, lots of room to move about lovely en-suite bathrooms. Loved the games room too. There’s lots of places to visit around us. The jacuzzi was a great hit too. I would definitely recommend this cottage.

We had a brilliant holiday at Bryn Tyrion.

It is located in an amazing, elevated, beautiful, picturesque setting, which certainly has the WOW factor! The bungalow is extremely spacious and we loved the hot tub. The garden around the accommodation is lovely and it was nice to have a picnic table and patio table. The utility room was really big and useful too. We enjoyed using the barbecue and our grandchildren loved movie nights in the games room… a great novelty! The owners were very helpful and responded straight away when we rang them about a couple of things. We would certainly recommend this property. Our only constructive criticism would be it needs a little bit of TLC, which would then make it an even more spectacular place. Rhos on Sea is really lovely and of course Llandudno and Conwy. Manorafen Farm Park is fantastic and close by …a must if u have children! Enjoy ur stay!!

This property was amazing.

Lovely and spacious for the 8 of us. It was very well equipped and everyone enjoyed the hot tub which overlooked the amazing views. We had experienced a car accident on the way to the bungalow so was really happy to arrive at this peaceful and calm setting of this property. I have nothing negative to say and would recommend highly.

The house was very clean and comfortable and WI-FI was generally very good.

It’s in a great location for exploring all that Wales has to offer. After a full day of sight seeing it was a pleasure to come back to the house and relax in the games room. We will definitely be recommending this as a good place to stay.

2nd time visiting this lovely accommodation, however it's now beginning to show a decline on our previous visit.

It was noted there are several of the double glazed units that have blown highlighting lack of maintenance, plus no disabled handles fitted around the bath to aid the impaired. Overall an excellent location, hot tub was well looked after, butjust let down by some simple maintenance issues

This is our 3rd visit and I couldn’t recommend it more.

Absolutely love our stays here. The accommodation is very well looked after and well maintained. The facilities are excellent. Everything you could want they have thought of. The only recommendation I would make is to pack portable blackout blinds if you are bothered by the morning sun. The bedrooms are very light in the morning. Recommend visits to Llandudno, Pensarn beach, Colwyn bay, Rhos on Sea and Anglesey.

Lovely house with fabulous views over the hills.

Nice and central for Anglesey and the beaches at Llandudno, Rhyl and Prestatyn and the many castles and gardens in the local area. The jacuzzi was fun and warm!

The owners had provided everything needed for a perfect stay. We loved every minute of our 3 night stay. The hot tub & pool table were very much enjoyed by all. The views were stunning. We would love to return. Highly recommend.

Instant response from the owner over a query during our stay.Very well maintained home from home and lovely peaceful setting with fabulous countryside views from the hot tub. Lovely friendly village shop a walk away, and a supermarket in Abergele. The property is beautifully situated as a base to explore N. Wales. Would recommend for families or friends get togethers

I totally concur with the previous reviewer regarding the owner.

On seeing him at the hot tub, I went out to point out that the oven was in a filthy state on our arrival. I wanted to emphasize that we had not been responsible for its condition. I also mentioned a loose toilet seat that needed securing, a constantly beeping smoke alarm that required a new battery and requested a tip for the pool cue. Tips were fitted to the pool cues, one of which is cracked, but his attempt at securing the toilet seat was unsuccessful. No new battery for the smoke alarm. I spoke with Mrs. Thomas to reiterate my concern regarding the oven and requested again that the seat be secured. Apparently another unsuccessful attempt was made. I was out when one of our party saw him at the tub, again mentioning the oven and the toilet seat. His brief response was “It will have to wait until Friday”. We felt it easier to put up with other niggles that arose rather than contact the owners. I will admit that once initial complaints aren’t rectified, minor issues become an irritation. Negatives Dirty, greasy oven and grill. No grill pan handle. Hot water is extremely hot. Take care. Unpleasant smell in utility room, due to fuel oil leak outside. Fridge too small for a large party. There were only five of us. No extra fridge in the utility room as stated in the information folder. Minimal glassware and crockery. Constant beep from smoke alarm. Rear bedroom shower screen doesn’t pull together. Positives Spacious. Generally clean. Welcome basket. Hot tub Excellent views. If you have already booked this cottage, don’t be overly concerned. Hopefully they will have the ovens professionally cleaned, rectify the fuel oil leak and eradicate the smell and perhaps even provide the extra fridge as stated in the information folder.

Lovely bungalow for a large family gathering.

Very clean great facilities good base for local towns. Would definitely choose this again. Thought the owner could have communicated a bit more he arrived every morning to check the hot tub and never knocked or rung the door bell On the first morning we didn’t know who he was he could have been anybody and only told us he was the property owner when asked and barely spoke I think he should have announced himself especially with young children present Besides this a lovely bungalow well worth it for a large group

Booked cottage for husbands 70th birthday with family and could not have been any better.

Best equipped cottage we have ever been to and of course hot tub and pool table was brilliant for 10 year old granddaughter. Views are stunning and local pub does nice meals. We would definitely book again

Beautiful house in a gorgeous little village just outside Abergele.

We stayed here for my birthday last weekend, the house was very spacious and decorated to the highest standard. The large dinner table in the kitchen was great and perfect for playing games and making tea together. All the bedrooms were spacious, clean and contained luxury furniture and bedding which was really appreciated and a lovely touch. The large hot tub on the patio was a highlight, nice and spacious for us all and a perfect way to relax and celebrate! Overall a great relaxing stay and lovely long weekend spent

Everything was lovely, the size of the property was great.

Hot tub lovely and location was great. Just a couple of observations to help: Cooking trays are not the best and could do with some more big cups and glasses. The games room is a great addition especially if you have children. Overall had a fantastic week and would highly recommend the cottage.

Had an amazing, family 4 day break over New Year.

The property was everything we could have wanted. My grandsons especially enjoyed the hot tub, always a bonus. Also lots of places to visit within easy reach.

Perfect location for getting away from it all bit close enough to all North Wales has to offer as well.

A wonderful stay with six adults and two toddlers, there was lots of room for watching tv on the sofas.

Big dinner table was used every day. Lots of space in all the bedrooms, very clean and tidy the en-suites were a decent size. Only things that could be better, was some of symbols on the cooker were very worn, but we worked it out, and a note about recycling as all areas are different. If we head back to north wales this would be our first pick to stay.

The welcome pack was a lovely appreciated touch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here. My only suggestion to help people find the bungalow would be to use what 3 words as the postcode doesn't take you to the property. If you look for 'framework.following.campers' it will take you to the drive way.

The facilities and welcome pack were great and the property gave us a fab base for our week in North Wales.

We booked this cottage for a family get together, it was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable and the hit tub great after a day venturing out, local put is a 10 minute walk and is very friendly with good food, the views are lovely from the garden and we would book this cottage again

The double bed in the rear bedroom has a very worn-out matress which needs replacement.

We were overwhelmed with how good it was. Lovely friendly owners who have thought about providing for all generations of a family. Especially loved the hot tub and the guys loved the pool table. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday with family & friends. The property is fully equipped with everything you need and feels very spacious with the open plan living room / kitchen. The views are lovely from every window. The beds are really comfortable, the bedding towels etc are of high quality. The pub and local shop (the staff all so friendly to us) is only a few minutes walk. My sisters and I try to get away twice a year and this property is perfect for us we will definitely be booking again….. and again ☺️

Lovely stay at Bryn tirion, even staying through three storms the cottage was a lovely retreat with marvelous views.

The cottage was perfect for us as we were a party of 6 adults and 2 kids.

It had everything we needed, it was much bigger than it looked on the photographs. The views were lovely overlooking the many fields around with sheep and horses in them. The games rooms was a great addition and we even managed to use the hot tub in the February weather. We will definitely be booking again.

From the second we arrived it was so easy to feel at home, plenty of room to keep all the family together but yet still didn't feel on top of each other!

We had the most fantastic stay - the house was just beautiful and views were amazing.

Location was fantastic, splendid views.

The owners were very helpful and the horses in the field were so relaxing to watch. The accommodation was gorgeous, well laid out with everything you might need. The only downside was the en-suite showers were a bit tight.

It was our second visit to this cottage almost 5y apart and the high standards have been maintained over the years.

The amenities are fantastic, every small detail thought of to make it a home from home. The location is idyllic and the views stunning.

We had an amazing time at this house, the facilities here were more than enough to keep us busy.

Our 5 and 2 year olds favourite was the hot tub (which was ready for us on arrival) and the vast outside space. The views surrounding the house are the highlight and the complete privacy in the outside space.

The games room is not featured in the pictures of this property and was an exceptional addition.

This bungalow is truly delightful.

It’s the first cottage ever that we immediately rebooked again for next year, even before we’d unpacked our bags on arrival! It ticks so many boxes. The views are breathtaking and the hot tub is amazing. The bungalow is clean and modern. The owners are lovely. Already looking forward to returning next year!

A group of girl friends from Lancashire, London and Germany had the most amazing weekend in this cottage.

The hot tub and pool room meant that we hardly left the house! The house was spacious, comfortable and incredibly well equipped. I will definitely be recommending it to other friends and family. It was only a ten minute drive to Colwyn Bay and the sea but also had amazing views over the neighbouring countryside. The best of both worlds!

we arrived at cottage in the sun wow what views and in side the was a welcome basket with lots of things in it and a bottle of wine.

the bed rooms were very spaceouse and comfortable.the hot tub was great also the games room.

The accommodation is excellent.

It has excellent views all around, ideally located right on edge of a village with pub, shop and restaurant. The Jacuzzi is a great idea. Even if it rains - you can find yourself sitting outside admiring the wonderful view in a warm hot tub. Brilliant.

The bungalow, was really nice, and the hot tub was lovely, just what we had wanted BUT.

... on the Sunday 7th July, we could not use the hot tub throughout the day, which spoilt our Sunday as there was many cars and people surrounding the garden area at the side and rear of the bungalow, with an easy view of the hot tub and the garden, who were at some kind of event, they left the area around 8:30pm. It would have been nice to have been made aware of this situation prior to the booking as we could have booked another date, or at least the day before the event. We had booked the Bungalow in good faith, as the location looked very peaceful and tranquil, yet the Sunday was not, and left us disappointed. Your feedback / explanation would be interesting. A Lovely spacious cottage with many little extras that kept the whole family entertained during the week.

Fantastic time watching the sun go down whilst relaxing in the hot tub with its stunning views. Great games room that kept us amused during the rainy days. Nice and clean cottage that's a real credit to it's owners.

Bryn Tyrion is a beautiful cottage with a lovely spacious garden surrounded by fantastic scenery close to many North Wales amenities.

It has been ideal for our three generations of family for the last two years. We all loved it. The only negative is that our 9 family members are now outside the "specification" to enable us to continue booking year after year after year.

hot tub was lovely as was the view! would definitely go back! maybe a new mattress in front double bedroom would be good! but that is the only little thing! otherwise brilliant! stunning home, lots of fun had in the family games room! enjoyed cooking in that fabulous kitchen! enjoyed sitting in the hot tub with a cheeky glass of wine and taking in the beautiful scenery! we all loved seeing the horses too!

This house is awesome it has everything you could wish for the inside is comfy beautifully furnished and lovely comfy beds The hot tub is an added bonus and the games room is beyond expectations it’s so handy for so many lovely places to visit and the scenery is to die for.

Star gazing on a clear night is a must. We’ve been doing holiday houses for over forty years and this one certainly was our best ever If you decide to book this house you won’t be disappointed

Hot tub an absolute pleasure with the unexpected good weather we had. What we were not expecting and not something that anything can be done about, but worth mentioning is the narrowness and overgrown state of the roads that made walking for us oldies a bit of a hazard, too busy concentrating on the potholes and listening for cars to really enjoy a stroll. Otherwise a lovely place.

We had a fantastic week the cottage was very spacious very clean and had every amenity you could needed.

The hot tub was amazing and the games room was an added bonus especially the pool table. we spent a lot of time in the hot tub as the weather was fantastic. We will definitely be booking again for next year. We enjoyed it that much we did not want to go home.

Firstly they helped to push our friends car which was stuck in the snow. They where very friendly. Cottage was amazing! Spotlessly clean. All you could need for a home from home break. They even bought us milk, Welsh tea cakes & bara brith. Hot tub fantastic. Will definitely recommend & return

This is one of the best places I have stayed in.

The location, views, house and hot tub were amazing. I would definitely like to return one day and would recommend it to anyone wanting a fabulous house to stay in. The games room and hot tub were lovely added extras for a great stay. We stayed over Christmas and had an amazing time. The Christmas tree and welcome hamper were a lovely touch. The owners were welcoming and on hand to deal with any problems - not that we had any. The only problem we have is to find a place as good as this to stay in next Christmas.

The scenery was fantastic in and around snowdonia. The cottage was okay. The cleanliness of the property when we arrived wasn’t up to scratch, still other people’s food in the cupboards and fridge, a bit grimy. The hot tub was nice, just by the third day and only using it twice briefly it started to gather Brown gunk around the edges. It was difficult to contact the owner, details should of been left as the heating locked us out and left us cold. But the throws were great. And the bed left us sleepless as the bed creaks really loudly. We didn’t get a welcome pack. We didn’t get a log starter pack, we had to go out as soon as we arrived to get it. There was just no little touches. Not even a Christmas tree which we would’ve expected for that time of year. It was an okay stay. Wouldn’t book here again. Would like somewhere where we don’t have to clean as soon as we arrived.

This cottage definitely exceeded our expectations.

Everything from the log fire, the hot tub, the bedrooms and the games room. The hosts had even gone to the extra effort of ensuring we had some milk in the fridge on the first day and provided a hamper with some tradiotional Welsh treats. You can't easily gage the size from the pictures but the whole place is very spacious but is still able to offer a homely feel. The location was great, we were able to visit quite a few places from there including Snowdonia national park. We were very lucky with the weather for the time of year we visited but there was plenty to do regardless of the rain. I would definitely recommend people to stay here.

What a wonderful cottage in a great area of Wales.

The cottage had everything we needed for 6 adulta nd two children, in a private and quiet loication. A thoroughly enjoyable week - highly recommended!

Every one of us couldn't believe how stunning this bungalow is. We all said if we won the lottery we would buy it. Cleaned to the highest standard. I will definitely be going back

Fantastic location and excellent accommodation.

Clean spacious and e etc thing you need to enjoy a holiday - more than being a home from home. North Wales has lots to offer exploring and walking opportunities all completed with a luxiouris relaxation in the hot tub. Quality food from Metcaffes butcher in Llantrist offered us 3 bbq evenings. Cannot find fault with Sykes holidays and spoilt with this choice of accommodation. Thank you to Sykes and the owners for a lovely break.
