Great big house for families, superb views and wildlife near to beaches ect.

Dog loved the enclosed garden and the bear by walks

Beautiful location, quiet, peaceful, fabulous place to relax and unwind.

The kitchen I think is still a work in progress, but so far, wow, it's gorgeous. Large lounge with log burner, so warm and cozy. Comfortable beds, and plenty of space in the main areas for everyone to gather together, and great option of a quiet space up in the dormer for those needing 'alone' time. It is a great family space and would definitely return.

Amazing location, great views, great accommodation, and very relaxing.

The property itself was very comfortable.

There was no outside lighting which made it really awkward when we came back in the dark as there was a disabled person. Plug was broken in bathroom sink,light over kitchen sink had no bulb. Tried to vacuum lounge but vacuum was so full unable to use. Very poor maintenance on the property. Cesspit broken and very smelly during our entire week and Emma did give us a good will gesture. Final day no water at all unable to use any facilities had to go to public toilets in Benllech to have morning wash.

We had a lovely week, Glan Gors was peaceful, clean & very well equipped with loads of places to visit within a 1/2hr car journey.

The garden is very enclosed which was perfect for our 2 Datschunds to run around. Emma & Gareth was really helpful when we asked a question. They did not impose but were ready to help if required. We will definitely be going back.

Great place to stay great house and beautiful country side

Lovely dormer bungalow in quiet location with wonderful views all around.

Walks and wildlife just outside the door. Large suite upstairs with sitting area. Sunny, fenced garden.

We loved our stay at Glan Gors, it’s the perfect place for a family break, it had everything we needed and we appreciated the enclosed garden for the dogs.

Excellent property set in a lovely tranquil part of Anglesey and just a 10 minute ride to a fantastic beach, overall had a great week 5 adults and 2 dogs.

The kitchen is very spacious and a lounge overlooking a small garden, if you want a peaceful time away from the hustle and bustle of city life then Glen gors is the property to book

Beautiful location, serene and tranquil, lovely house, was a pleasure to stay there and hard to leave.

Amazing place, everything catered for I will certainly be booking again, my son visited me whilst there and he fell in love with it too.

Looking a bit tired,temporary fence in garden.

Dog run looks an eyesore. Has lots of space.ideal For a family.Suggest that in the description that single track roads leading to property. Get rid of the dog run,concrete space ,enabling people to turn cars around on drive.

Beautiful stay in Glan Gors .

Lovely setting and very well equipped holiday house . Peace and tranquillity guaranteed. Kids really loved the walks around the area and perfect location if you want to be surrounded by countryside. Close enough to Moelfre and Red Wharf Bay / North Coast but car is essential if you are staying here . Only suggestion is that it would have been nice to have some firewood for the wood burner .

Beautiful location, peaceful, tranquil and quiet.

Cottage was very clean and well equipped for all eventualities. 3 generations stayed and the spaciousness gave everyone the opportunity to do their own thing or get together in the great kitchen or lounge areas. Local amenities were a 10 to 15 minute drive away. Beach, reservoir and other things to do also close by, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle if you want seclusion. Only improvements needed are for the garden to be more secure for dogs, who wanted to escape into the lake. And for better / bigger signage because the property is easy to miss. Also the postcode given is wrong on the directions and states LL71 8BD rather than the correct LL71 8BG - this needs changing as we initially got lost. My family and I will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful week away from it all.

Had a wonderful holiday so peaceful. Anglesey is such a fabulous place and the cottage is in easy area for Island. Emma the owner is very helpful and friendly. Highley recommend.

The cottage is in a lovely location and you can access the whole of Anglesey quite easily from there, the cottage offers peace and quiet and is very spacious, The downside of the cottage is it needs a bit of TLC and a good clean especially the living room, The carpet and rug in the living room could do with a steam clean, The shower is really poor and not good when you have long hair, The mattresses in two of the bedrooms need replaced, I felt that the house lacked attention to detail.

On the whole I was a bit disappointed with the condition of the accommodation and feel it was a bit overpriced because of that.

I used the property for a specific reason as I wanted a bit of a sanctuary and got just that.

I think I heard human sounds once in 4 days. It has everything you need, plenty of seating space, a great bathroom, fantastic kitchen, wood burner outdoor space., a lake to look at from the lounge, a piano and more. It’s away from the tour parks which is great and was wonderful to see stars as there was no light pollution. It’s totally Suitable for well trained dogs and mine loved the outdoor space and my boy enjoyed the lake. I went by myself with two dogs and just used a small space and didn’t feel overwhelmed but totally suitable for larger groups. The kitchen is amazing and something for everyone and could easily stay there for as long as you want as it has everything you need. Thank you for a wonderful experience of wales. For what is on offer it’s a bargain.

Fabulous, peaceful cottage, great layout and much bigger than the pictures.

Warm and cosy. Wi-Fi and phone signal good. Well equipped with everything you could possibly need for nights in cooking/baking. Fantastic walks from the door. Thankyou Emma, we will be returning.

Great location great size home we all had a bedroom which was perfect for privacy.

Amazing place we did not want to leave at all

The owners where sorting out known issues on our arrival day and finished this work the following day once we was put at the beach.

Just need to let them know and they get things sorted as quickly as possible and work around your plans. Would love to stay there again.

Your cottage is top class all round And your attention to all our needs is also 1st class

The property is dated but got everything you need.

Its in a lovely remote beautiful spot. There was tea,coffee sugar and biscuits left for us which was a lovely touch.

The property was very spacious, beds were comfortable, lovely views and walks direct from the cottage.

Maintenance person had failed to do a job properly, this was reported to owner who will sort out. TV upstairs and down with good selection was great.

Glan Gors was everything we expected.

We were a party of 5 with a dog. There was plenty of space for us all and with plenty of walks from the property it was just an easy holiday for us all to enjoy. Out of all the cottages that I have stayed in over the years on Anglesey this was by far my favourite cottage.

We had a fabulous week in Glan Gors - Myself, 3 older daughters and 2 dogs.

It was a lovely location and we had fab weather- with record breaking temperatures across the country we all just enjoyed lazing in the garden where there was a gentle breeze and shade before heading to the beach for a walk with the dogs in the evening sun, then coming back to the comfortable lounge to watch TV. The cottage had everything we needed- more than enough space for our family. A great oven and fridge to cater for larger groups. It was all spotless and very comfortable. The surrounding area was beautiful to walk the dogs and we had a magical moment watching the sunset from the top of Mynydd Bodafon just a short walk away.

The property was clean and well presented with everything you could possibly need for your stay.

It was extremely spacious and the view to the lake was lovely . If you want a relaxing ,re-energising break this property is perfect . Dog friendly and great value .Wifi worked perfectly for those visitors who need it.

Comfortable, clean and warm home to home cottage with everything you could possibly need and very spacious. Beautiful views and peaceful environment. The whole family had a fabulous break, including my dog whose tail never stopped wagging! Will definitely be rebooking. Daily visits by the friendly ducks were very much enjoyed too.

The property had everything we needed and more.

Perfect location, friendly but not intrusive owners, Cottage was one of the best we've stayed in, spacious, clean, dog friendly, amazing views and very secluded.

If you like nature and being away from civilisation this is the cottage for you. The views are breathtaking and only a few miles to the nearest beach and village. We liked it so much we have booked again for 2 weeks. It truly is a hidden gem.

A most enjoyable holiday at Glan Gorse, a beautiful holiday home in a superb location if peace and quiet is what you are looking for.

The owner was most helpful via texts but not intrusive. I would go as far as to say this is possibly the best accommodation I have ever stayed in, and there have been quite a few over the years!

The cottage has everything you could need, we had a wonderful time, our dogs loved the garden (although it is not dog secure but that wasnt an issue for us). Would definately book again.

Fantastic place with the most beautiful views it's so peaceful, set back on a lovely lake its very dramatic and only a few miles to the nearest beach and shops.

The cottage had evert thing you could want and more one of the best places I have ever stayed and will definitely be back.

Very remote with fantastic views Photos do not give the house enough credit.

The cottage is in the most beautiful of locations and the pictures do not do it justice.

Glan Gors is such a lovely place to be and so well equipped with everything and more than you need. The wifi signal is excellent which is a great help as the mobile signal isn't great at times. We had a wonderful time there despite a family member being taken ill and would definitely recommend the cottage and have every intention of returning one day.

What an absolutely stunning cottage and location.

If we hadn't met the owner on the side of the road we would certainly have missed the small driveway that leads down to the cottage which is sat on it's own right in front of a lake. There is plenty of parking and being down a dead end no traffic top worry about. The views form the house look across the lake to the hills the other side which are absolutely fabulous. You can literally just walk out of the house and up the hill for a stunning panoramic view. There is wildlife everywhere, our kids were out feeding the ducks every day which come right up to the front door of the house, buzzards on every other post, frogs, newts you name it. The pictures of the inside of the house don't do it justice in our opinion as it a sumptuous place to stay with a fantastic kitchen diner and wonderful log burner in the lounge. The house was plenty big enough for us and our 6 children and it was great to have another tv room upstairs for them to watch something different. My only criticism would be that the mattress in the master bedroom is rock hard. The garden outside offers stunning views and we had a number of wonderful barbecues out there. We have stayed in many cottages but this is one that we will definitely be returning to.

very well equiped and little details thought of which is really nice. The log burner is amazing and the house ia lovely and warm. There is an outside Kennel and run which is really handy for the dogs.The views are amazing. Would definately return.

We loved the remoteness of this property although difficult to first time in the dark.

The property was well equipped with the added bonus of having a piano which my daughter enjoyed playing. What we missed was having a DVD player downstairs as my husband cannot do stairs. The kitchen was well equipped with a lovely cooking range and everything else that is required. Overall we enjoyed our stay with sightseeing during the day and going home to a warm comfortable house.
