A fabulous house, very well equipped and clean- a special thank you to the cleaners for the cleanliness.

Ample off road parking. Excellent position with views across the estuary to the mountains and beyond. Within easy walking distance of Porthmadog. Great road links to places of interest i.e. Harlech Castle. The pool table in the games room was a nice addition and was excellent for hours of entertainment. A great old lads reunion for a short break.

Amazing house in a fantastic location.

The photos do not do it justice. We have stayed in lots of houses over the years, but we all thought this was the best. The views over the beach from the bedroom windows were spectacular as was the view from the patio. The house was immaculately clean and had everything you could possibly need. We loved it and highly recommend it as a great family house, we were a family of 5 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 toddler and two whippets. The teenagers loved the games room and the house was very child friendly for the toddler. The garden was dog proof, even for our escapologist whippet. On arrival the hosts had left, coffee, tea, biscuits, milk, which was so appreciated after a long journey. We have made wonderful memories. We were so fortunate the sun shone and we were able to swim in the sea, we made full use of the bbq and pretty garden and explored the area. We were all sad to leave. We will be back. Thankyou

Our second visit here.

The first visit was great with the exception of the tight parking /driveway. To our surprise the driveway was made far more accessible. One small point - The garden could do with a bit more TLC. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back next year. Thank you

Lovely spacious property, with outstanding estuary and mountain views from both house and garden.

Beach, restaurants and cafes close by and less than 15 minute walk to Porthmadog. Highly recommended

We were blessed with good weather which always helps, but the house was so practical, clean, and furnished to a good standard.

Very well appointed.

Everything one needs on a holiday apart from the weather for a few days! However the house is so roomy that 5 adults and 2 young children were not at all squashed. The view is wonderful even when the weather is not and to wake up and see the tide coming in is a great experience. A perfect place for a family holiday I may have left my AirPods there so if they have turned up I would be grateful to have them returned to me

Stayed for a week over New Year.

We absolutely loved this property and truly did not want to leave. The views are spectacular. The size of the property is deceiving and much bigger than it looks in the pictures. The games room was a super addition and was well used by all but especially appreciated by the 4 teenagers with us. The kitchen was a dream to cook in and I loved the aga. Plenty of space for all 8 of us to sit comfortably. The village was lovely to walk round with a super little cafe/restaurant (The Sea View) that is worth a visit. The beach was lovely for dog walking and our furry friend loved his walks round there. The driveway to the property is quite steep and tight to get in and out of. We had 3 cars and had to do some shuffling with the vehicles when people wanted to go out, but because of where the house is located and the elevated position, there is nothing the owners can do about that and have made the best of the space they have. We would love to return to this property and have already looked at availability for later this year.

The aga in the kitchen made it so cosy and the games room was a great hit. Plenty of space for seven of us and the views were spectacular (when the cloud lifted!) Would loved to have stayed longer.

Beautiful cottage in a wonderful setting.

Nice welcome biscuits etc. Brilliant facilities and well equipped. When we had a small maintenance issue Danny was prompt at responding and came and sorted it. Only thing we would have liked was a hoover to keep place sand free! Sorry we forgot to write in the guest book. Would love to come back. Alan, Judy, James, Laura, Junniper and Wilf Marriotts

Absolutely stunning house, everything we needed for our family.

Loved the outside areas to relax. It was so peaceful and private. The views were just amazing. The games room was a definite hit with our young grandchildren. A great communal room for all the family. Our only problem was the tight access to the gravel drive, which our cars skidded on a couple of times. It’s definitely not a complaint though. All of us didn’t want to leave this idyllic house. Thank you so much for sharing it with us.

A fantastic property.

The pictures and description do not do the views justice. The kitchen is really well-equipped too. Living room is superb and the doors out to the garden are a great feature. It's worth pointing out that the wardrobe/clothing storage space is at a premium and also the bedroom at the front of the house isn't really a double. The driveway can be tricky to navigate. It's a great house and we'd definitely come back.

Very comfortable & so well equipped. The games room with pool table was great especially with our daughters & their partners. The beach was within walking distance. Portmadog is 5 minutes in the car for supermarkets etc. Would definitely book again!

A short walk to the beach with lovely coastal walks. Would definitely book again. Perfect family holiday. Loved drinking my morning cuppa sat watching the sea, and enjoying the mountains.

Beautiful views from the garden. The games room was a really nice communal area for us as a group of friends. Perfect walking distance from the nearby beaches. I cannot think of any complaints about the property! The only thing I'll mention is that our cars did skid on the stones when entering the driveway. I don't know whether this is something which can be sorted or not. We certainly didn't mind at all, so this isn't a complaint, but I thought it might be helpful for the owner to know! Certainly a venue we would book again! Many thanks to owner for how well-prepared the house was (and we certainly appreciated the biscuits as well!)
