The spacious sitting room is a perfect place for everyone to relax after a busy day, with a wonderful open fire creating a relaxing atmosphere.

The dining area is ideal for a family meal together, all prepared in the well-equipped kitchen, which has plenty of storage, work surface space and a great cooking range, ensuring all your needs are catered for.

Arranged on the ground floor are two bedrooms; a king-size and a master bedroom, boasting a super king-size bed with zip/link, sitting area and en-suite shower room, both with Smart TV.

There are two further bedrooms situated on the first floor, another boasting a twin with zip/link, Smart TV, and with lake views and a lovely bunk room, also with lake views.

There is also a well-appointed family bathroom located on the ground floor, with the addition of a first-floor cloakroom for the convenience of the upstairs bedrooms.

After the day's adventure, Lakeside Cottage is wonderful to return to where you can relax in the hot tub, ideally located on the patio and star gaze long into the night.

The gardens are a wonderful place for the children to play or to take a relaxing stroll through the meadow.

A path leads around the lake, where you can access Brynteg Park and enjoy a drink or two at the country club and bar or perhaps a meal at The Boathouse Italian Bistro with lake views.

Brynteg Park offers great on-site facilities including a state-of-the-art gym, swimming pool, spa, and beauty lounge for the ultimate in pampering luxury.

About the location

LLANRUG

Llanberis 2 miles; Caernarfon 4 miles; Betws-y-Coed 15 miles.

Llanrug is a small village with two pubs, two shops, a Post Office, a hotel with indoor swimming pool and fitness room, and a 9 hole golf course is nearby. The village is situated in the foothills of the Snowdonia Mountain Range, only 3 miles from famous Llanberis. Dominated by the grandeur of the Snowdon Massif, Llanberis is flanked by two lakes, Llyn Padarn and Llyn Peris, and is one of the most popular mountain tourist centres in the Snowdonia National Park. Llanberis is something of a 'mecca' for walkers and climbers, being the starting point for the ascent of Snowdon - the highest mountain in Wales. The ascent can be made either by train, on the Snowdonia Mountain Railway, or on foot along one of the many routes to the summit. Llanberis boasts excellent places to eat and drink and a great choice of shopping. Just 4 miles from Llanrug, on the coast, is Caernarfon with its magnificent 13th century castle and town walls and close by are National Trust properties at Penrhyn and Plas Newydd and many wonderful beaches.

The indoor swimming pool at Brynteg’s leisure will close October and reopen March
