This property was listed as detached but was actually a semi.

This property has been top quality in the past but is now a bit shabby around the edges. The downstairs double bedroom is quite damp and showing signs of mold. Otherwise the house was very well equipped.

We had the most fantastic week staying at this beautiful holiday home.

Its location is perfect and the decor has such a lovely beach vibe. The house is so well equipped there is everything there for cooking and eating in and making the most of the stunning views from the balcony. Thank you for sharing your beautiful Abersoch home.

This could be a really lovely holiday home in a great location.

Sadly it did not live up to our expectations and past experiences of Sykes cottages. When we arrived the ground floor smelled damp and we found that there was damp on the inside of the outside wall of the ground floor double bedroom. The bedding in that room was wet and couldn’t be used that night. We had to wash the bedding and dry the duvet the following morning. Also that morning we found that there was black mould in the downstairs shower room and the toilet was not flushing. We reported all of these issues to Sykes. The toilet was fixed on that day but we are still waiting for a response to the damp and mould issues. The microwave was unusable and dangerous due to its height. There were other essential items missing - oven gloves and barbecue utensils. The dishwasher was also temperamental, sometimes cleaning sometimes not. Despite several emails and calls, we have not received any response from Sykes and will be seeking compensation.

Nice house with great balcony.

Especially if you get good weather. Top floor bedroom is a bit uncomfortable, which was a shame as it’s a great room. All other beds fine. Great location

Lovely house in a great location.

We were blessed with good weather and were able to make the most of the superb balcony and stunning views. The house is nicely decorated and very well equipped. A parasol for the balcony to compliment the quality outdoor furniture would have been a welcome addition. The upstairs bedroom had a real holiday feel with lovely views but we found the mattress uncomfortable which was a shame as the bedrooms downstairs were fine. The downstairs bathroom had a very good and efficient shower . We really enjoyed our stay at St Tudwals View and would definitely look to book again.

Absolutely lovely house.

Very nicely decorated and in a fabulous location. The balcony was superb. The only real issue was with the microwave oven. The cupboard door opens and drops when you open the fridge. The microwave itself is way too high up for safety and I was too short to see the controls. We’d also have liked a hairdryer. Otherwise it’s the perfect place to stay and we’ll definitely look to book here again in the future.
