Fabulous house & views to match, excellent location to visit all the major attractions in north wales, could not fault it will definitely book again.

The property is fantastic everything you could possibly need for your time away from home, so relaxing, comfortable and spotless, the lounge with the balcony has such a gorgeous view over the estuary and the mountains in the distance.

We loved the location near to Conwy (10 mins drive), we caught the train into Llandudno, it was so convenient and easy to use, basically the station is at the bottom of the garden with electric trains every 3 hrs (very quiet). It is only a short drive into Conwy itself with all the delights of a coastal town. We loved our stay.

I cannot say enough good things about our time here.

The entire experience was lovely from start to finish, the ambiance was beautiful, the hosts/staff were wonderful, and everything went smoothly but it could be hard to get in touch with the host managing the cottage. ​The biggest surprise was the price; it was incredible but no compromise on quality at all. It felt like a luxury stay on a budget. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

This was the first time we have stayed here, and we spent three nights at the property.

It is in an excellent location, with outstanding views and easy access to local attractions. The house has been finished to a very high standard, with lovely décor throughout. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival, and the attention to detail was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday rental. We would happily return in the future.

We have had the most wonderful stay here and are genuinely sad to be leaving.

The scenery surrounding the accommodation is absolutely breathtaking — waking up each morning to the mountains, greenery and peaceful atmosphere has been so calming and special. The location was perfect for exploring Snowdonia and North Wales, with so many beautiful places nearby including Betws-y-Coed, Snowdon, lakes, beaches and scenic walks all within easy reach. It made the perfect base for our holiday. The accommodation itself was beautiful, spotless and incredibly comfortable. Everything had clearly been thought about carefully, from the lovely decor to the cosy atmosphere. The beds and bedding were so comfortable, the towels were soft and fresh, and the house had everything we needed during our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. We especially loved relaxing here in the evenings after busy days exploring — it was peaceful, cosy and welcoming throughout our whole stay. We would absolutely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area and would happily return ourselves in the future. Thank you for helping make our trip so special!

An excellent property and even better than we imagined.

Lovely views of the passing trains (for the little one), river estuary and hills beyond. Also perfectly positioned for lots of days out and Conwy was a particularly nice town. Happy to book again. Owner only comments, some minor issues. The kitchen knives could do with sharpening and the cutlery knifes are a bit difficult to grip! It may also be worth removing the non-induction pans to create space. Finally, we would suggest you speak to your landscaping people, before the lawns are completely taken over by dandelions. We spent 6 nights here and I cannot fault the place.

Everything is immaculate, huge downstairs kitchen area, nice garden and outdoor sitting area. First floor living room excellent for relaxing at the end of the day with a balcony facing the estuary. Second floor bedroom with en suite bathroom was luxurious, the bed was very comfortable. We loved having our morning cup of tea on the roof terrace in the morning sun. I honestly can't describe how good this place is. The pub opposite is very friendly and well worth a visit, the location is great for visiting different places loads only 10 minute drives or jump on the train which is very handy.
