Lovely apartment overlooking the sea, fantastic location.

Easy private parking with easy access to promenade, beach and other facilities. Only drawback, although not a problem, was some renovation /building work which was going on in the apartments. Scaffolding was up at the front of the building, adjacent to where we were. Feel we should have been made aware of this beforehand. However, a wonderful stay was had and we have already recommended it to family. Many thanks.

Puffin View was the perfect apartment, right next to the beautiful sandy beach with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea.

The apartment was very spacious with all the mod cons, the owners really lok after you, will definitely go there again.

Puffin view is lovely, very comfortable and clean and everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

The views are amazing and the beach is beautiful. You can sit for hours watching the world go by.

A fabulously comfortable, compact apartment, overlooking the beautiful and busy Rhos-on-Sea seafront, promenade and beach.

The area feels friendly and safe and the walks out, the pretty harbour and village shops are a joy. The accessibility to the major trunk roads and North Wales sites and glorious scenery could not be easier. We have returned many times and this is one of our favourites. A genuine thank you to our host for this great place to stay.

The property was recommended to us by close friends so we knew in advance we’d made a good choice Booking was straightforward and the accommodation was a comfy home from home with amazing views The property is well positioned for the beach, promenade and exploring Colwyn Bay and Rhos on Sea We had a wonderful holiday Only problem was, having to leave!

This is the second time we have stayed at Puffins View and once again we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This time unfortunately the weather wasn’t brilliant but it didn’t stop us from having some days out and there are los of places to eat out if you don’t feel like cooking yourself.

All aspects of the apartment were very good, and Karen was very helpful in providing information.

Puffin view is a lovely apartment with amazing views of the sea .

We did have trouble getting in the main entrance as one of the code numbers wasn't working we let Karen know and she let the maintenance people know. The bed was very comfortable although we did feel perhaps the need to invest in some new bed linen as the bottom sheet did have what looked like an oil mark on it hence only 4 stars for cleanliness which is very unusual as we have stayed in the sister apartment Dolphin view a few times without any problems. Could do with a new kettle in the kitchen as it was a bit temperamental when switching on . Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Comfortable and well located,this apartment is our first choice when in Rhos.

Great views and walk into village a delight A lovely welcome gift and good communication from owner we will return. However we do feel the bathroom could do with a deep clean and some of the kitchen utensils need renewing. Overall a great stay.

A lovely modern apartment with convenient parking.

Offload at rear for easy access to lift. Decor modern and good cleanliness. We had to contact owner due to kitchen utensils faulty. Owner responded quickly and brought replacements. The balcony is an added bonus but the road is quite busy. The promenade is a lovely walk into Rhos town with great facilities. The beach too is lovely and sandy and safe for swimming. We hope to visit again.

This was our first stay in Puffin View, though we have stayed a few times in the sister appt Dolphin View.

The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen, fabulous walk in shower, lovely bedroom, with plenty of storage in the mirrored wardrobes,( though a bigger bed would be nice☺️) a lovely balcony, and a view to die for

Fabulous location straight overlooking the beach.

The apartment was great with a good balcony where you can sit and watch the world go by. It's in the shade from around 11.00 am which was perfect considering the heatwave we had when we were there. Karen was very good at communicating all the details and a nice welcome pack which was appreciated. Can highly recommend.

Great apartment, super clean with lovely views of sea front.

Balcony so inviting for breakfast or lunch as you watch the world go by. All facilities to hand including hairdryer. Bonus of designated car parking space. Gentle stroll along promenade to Rhos-on-Sea with independent shops and plenty of places to eat. Will return.

The owner kept in contact which was useful.

A minor point. As it is self catering a mixing bowl and a measuring jug would be useful. There were no meat or fruit plastic chopping boards. Again useful items. Would definitely go back though. It was superb

What a find, a fabulous apartment with sea views.

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was very clean and well maintained with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The view was fantastic and we sat with a coffee each morning and a drink each evening, either on the balcony or in the leather chairs by the bay window watching the sea. Having a parking space was a bonus as was the wine, milk and coffee... Thank you Karen for a great stay

Puffin View is so nicely presented and perfectly positioned for views of the sea and walks along the promenade. Thank you - we will be back!

The owner went out of her way to ensure the apartment was decorated for Christmas with a tree and food and drink It was very thoughtfully done.

A fabulous place to stay - so relaxing, lovely and clean and amazing views.

Everything was provided for a fantastic stay. Really close to amenities and a short drive to Llandudno. We sat on the balcony every morning to watch the sunrise even though it was November! Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!

An absolute ideal place for a nice quiet relaxing holiday, The facility has all the home comforts you need to relax and unwind, It is ideally situated to access Llandudno, Conway, which are just 20 mins drive away,

A superb 5 * fully equipped apartment, with lovely beach and sea views from the windows and balcony.

The building has a key code entry, and a nominated car park space at the front of the building, which is essential in Rhos-On-Sea. Very convenient location to visit the local attractions, eg Bodnant Gardens, Llandudno, Anglesey etc. I found that the A55 Junction 20 is the best junction to use. I suggest the addition of a milk jug to the equipment.

Super mattress. Good shower. Excellent kitchen and equipment. Loved the "flight of puffins" on the wall and the embroidered puffins on the pillow cases. Splendid view!!!

This is truly a wonderful holiday home.

We love everything about it and could not give it a more glowing report. The 5* standards are upheld from year to year, with the addition of refreshed furnishings this year. The Host can be so proud of presenting this bijou accommodation, with its gorgeous views and at the centre of a region ideal for seeing the North Wales coast and inland villages and the mountain ranges.

The apartment was ideally located and very comfortable and clean.

We would certainly stay here again. The only negatives were the constantly dripping kitchen tap and the kitchen utensils which could have been of a better quality. These issues could be easily resolved.

Nice clean everything we needed. Love new chairs in window to sit watch world go by great sea view nice to sit and read or in my case do cross stitch after being out all day. Good parking space. Apart from a constantly dripping tap in the kitchen and very out of date attractions leaflets, the property was absolutely fine.

This was our first stay at Puffin View having previously stayed at the equally lovely sister apartment Dolphin View.

It’s superbly positioned - with its own parking space - overlooking the beach and promenade making it great for walking or just viewing. It’s beautifully furnished and equipped and Karen is a very helpful host. The nicely restored Toad pub is a very short walk away and does great food and drink. We look forward to our next visit to this lovely apartment later in the year.

Amazing views of the bay. The bed was so cosy and very comfortable with good quality bed linen. The owner keeps in touch to make sure everything is ok which we appreciated. A great location for easy access to so many places.

Beautiful area and accommodation. The owner supplied us with a couple of restaurant recommendations, which were great. A short drive from the North Wales express way, which made it easy to travel and explore the area.

We loved it here.

The week was far too hot for us, but it felt like we spent all day at the beach without going anywhere, due to the fantastic location. The best part was listening to the sea as we fell asleep. We were very comfortable in the flat, it was well equipped and looked after. Shout out for a great bed, too. Lovely touches with puffins around the place.

Lovely location with views over the whole bay. Having a car parking space was great. Being able to unload the car round the back of the building and access the lift without stairs was very useful. Everything went very smoothly and we had a lovely holiday.

Rhos On Sea was lovely every thing was to hand very clean just loved it. Would like to live there. Had a great holiday weather not to good but didn't spoil it. Didn't want to come home. Want to come back next year. Thank you .

The view over the lovely beach and promenade was splendid and sitting out on the balcony was sheltered, even on a rainy morning. Colwyn Bay/ Rhos on Sea is great place to tour around North Wales, being close to Snowdonia and Anglesey. The apartment was very comfortable and stylishly furnished and the owner very helpful, checking out bedding because of my allergies.

As you can see by scores we loved your apartment and meeting you excellent ,just one little thing swivel chairs looked scratched by a pet that is just me other than that excellent and lovely views from balcony thank you.

The apartment is furnished in a modern style and is very well equipped with all modern appliances. It is located on the promenade with fantastic sea views. The owner was most helpful and the welcome pack was much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Right from first contact Karen was, quick to respond, and very informative about access to apartment and places of local interest.

Apartment was exactly as described, and spotlessly clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the view, whatever the weather, there was always something to keep us entertained. The prom, literally on your doorstep, made for a fabulous walk. With lots of coffee stops on the way. We hope to return soon.

This was the perfect apartment for us.

The view from the window was beautiful. The lift up was in good working order and very helpful for partially disabled people. The apartment had everything you could need in the kitchen. Modern bathroom and fitted wardrobes all of a high calibre. Very good night's sleep in comfortable bed. Karen was easily contactable if needed and very welcoming and friendly. If we go back to North Wales in a couple of years this definitely is where we would want to stay. Recommended to all. Thank you.

We had a fantastic week in Puffin View.

The weather was kind to us on the whole! The apartment was spotless on our arrival with little treats for us!Directions to access the apartment very easy to follow.The balcony is a huge asset for a coastal break too.Everything you could possibly need for a break for one or two people. The owner of the apartment was very helpful and communicative even before we arrived and during our stay. We loved it so much that we have booked again for April next year!Think we will need it after the hard winter predicted!!!

The apartment was fantastic.

We had a very relaxing week, particularly enjoyed the balcony to sit out and watch all of the developments on the beach! Great information pack sent out prior to arrival, told us everything we needed to know. One very minor suggestion would be for some blankets. As the evenings got cooler, it would be nice to be able to cover up and sit out a bit later.

The information and support before and during our stay was as exceptional as the apartment itself.

We were very pleasantly surprised at the space, cleanliness and design features from the kitchen to the bathroom and living spaces. The location gives unrestricted views across the bay whilst being a short walk to local shops and restaurants and is ideal for exploration further afield. The whole experience has been welcoming and we would highly recommend this apartment.

It proved a good base to explore North Wales and Anglesey. We had daily walks along the promenade. It was just what we wanted.

Fantastic apartment with gorgeous views over Colwyn Bay.

Loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves (I'm not usually a fan of balconies). Had everything we needed and was clean and well looked after. We've already booked again for next year. There's only 2 improvements we'd like: the 1st is the changeover day to be Saturday (it would be much better than having to use an extra day of annual leave and to do all the travelling on a Friday) and a King Size bed would be great. Oh - and we did have to take some rubbish out to the prom as it started to smell.

A great holiday in a lovely apartment with outstanding sea views.

Puffin View was extremely clean, comfortable and well presented. Communication was excellent with the owner. With great food available locally, lots of walks and places to see/go, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Had to take bins and food wast to be put of the flat as that were smelling that give you 2 bins to last a week and a place to put them when thay are full.

Kitchen did not have enough pans plates and more . Lucky I take a lot of things with me there was no dishes or bowls to go in the microwave also the toaster was not working and all the paperwork that is needed should be a one folder . Did love it there but needs to be looked at what people need .

Excellent property with outstanding views Very comfortable and clean

The apartment is beautiful and spotlessly clean and a great view.

As mentioned in someone else's review the water from the shower and the sink does not flow away fast enough so you need to hurry before it overflows. Also the food waste bin in the living room started to smell and we had no where we could empty it.Due to it being bad weather we decided to take some dvds because on the discription it says there is a selection of dvd but we didn't find them and had no where to play ours.

Very clean and tidy. Great views. No issues other than the shower tray running away very slowly. It ment we had to be very careful not to have it on too long as it was running over the side. Sent message to the owner who said they would speak to a plumber. The plumber never appeared before we left at the end of the week.These things happen and it did not spoil our holiday.

A lovely apartment, right on the promenade.

This apartment has everything you will need and cannot recommend it enough. For those inclined the Toad bar/restaurant is less than 100 yds away. To sit on the balcony and watch the world go by is very relaxing, especially with a glass of something you enjoy. We will be definitely returning or may be dolphin view , same owner.

The apartment, Puffin View, is perfectly situated.

As per the photos, the beach is directly across the road. When the tide is out the beach is a mecca for families, keep fit enthusiasts, dog walkers and even those who simply just want a walk. Puffin View has a dedicated parking spot, so need to try to find somewhere to park. All the floors are serviced by a lift. This allows those with mobility issues to access this great apartment. Puffin View is spotless, finished to a high standard, homely and welcoming. Whilst we were there, the beginnings of the Covid 19 inconveniences were beginning to take place. The ability to go out for meals, some shopping and visitor attractions were starting to be affected by the Covid 19 fallout. This, however, only impacted on our holiday in a minimal fashion. It was a quiet week away, but thoroughly enjoyable, none the less. There is plenty to do in the local area. There are things we wanted to do which we couldn't get done this time, so I think there is a good chance we will return some time in the future. All in all, a perfect 2 person retreat for a quiet week, with stunning views and great facilities.

We had a well earned rest and the view was amazing' perfect for just watching the the sea coming in and out .

It was also real axing at bed time listening to the sound of the sea as we drifted off to sleep ' me and wy wife will be back again soon '

A beautiful and well situated apartment with provision of a great welcome pack.

Fresh flowers already arranged, and welcome sign was a nice touch. Spotlessly clean. The settee is good quality but far too firm if you are of more senior years. Great walk-in shower but could do with permanent grab rail. Comfortable bed but a king size would be preferable. Only 4 mugs provided and not enough glasses, making it inefficient to use the dishwasher. Views from flat fantastic and in very central position.

Need more shelf space in the bathroom.

Central heating controller bas a mind of it’s own. Generally well impressed.

Looking out over the beach every day handy along the coast road to Llandudno for shopping and the cafes around Rhos on Sea .

Excellent apartment ,Immaculately clean and uncluttered , just getting up and watching the sea everyday relaxing, amenity all very close, public transport links made the car unused mainly, with nights out further afield so accessible.

this break has convinced us both we want to do this again. Location 10 cleanliness 10 facility's 10 as a footnote and to show our only issue was so petty , could have done with a few more plates and cutlery to make using the dishwasher more economical to use
