What guests are saying
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Dolwaenydd!
We were a group of 5 adults and 2 dogs and this place really does have everything you could want in a stay. On arrival it was very clean, there were treats and goodies left for us, and everything was explained clearly via notes and the information booklet. The photos on the site make the place look lovely, but honestly don’t do it justice! It’s even more beautiful and spacious in person. The setting is gorgeous, the bedrooms are a great size, and there are so many additional seating spaces where you can go for some space if you need some quiet. They left bowls, blankets, treats and poo bags for the dogs which makes it really dog friendly rather than just dog tolerant. The hot tub is definitely worth paying the extra fee for! It was hot and clean, and we spent a lot of time in there relaxing and admiring the beautiful view. The location is perfect as a base for exploring both Anglesey and North Wales. Really can’t think of any constructive feedback to add because everything was perfect. We would recommend this place to anybody coming to the area and hope to visit again ourselves.
Lovely beautiful stay, property so well kept and so well stocked with everything you could need.
Only slight criticism is on listing it says “plenty of parking” then once booked you are told only parking for 2 cars. Considering this is an 8 bed property think the 2 cars max needs to be on initial viewing page.
We had a very good stay at Dolwaenydd.
The property was perfect for our extended family. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The garden and countryside views were lovely. The house was fully equipped for almost anything we could think of, even down to a crabbing bucket and net! A problem with the hot tub was sorted out to our satisfaction, with good communication from both Sykes and the owners. The hot tub itself was great. All in all, a lovely property. Thank you.
