4 Parc Delfryn

The property was spotless, however a number of things let it down.

1) The bed in the main bedroom was a BIG problem .. first morning I sat on the bed and the whole end of the bed collapsed beneath me!! Totally unexpected!! On checking underneath I found there was a slat missing on the bed frame and the others seemed too short and kept dropping out as I replaced them. 2) The mattress was of poor quality or needed replacing .. it was so soft, every time you turned over it felt like it was swallowing you .. very uncomfortable. 3) The front door was troublesome to open and close. 4) Patio furniture was dirty .. no way we could use it .. but no cushions left for it anyway. 5) Upstairs shower .. couldn’t control water temperature .. scalding hot water. After returning home I read other people’s reviews and found some of the problems had already been reported .. including the collapsing bed in AUGUST ‘25 .. but obviously not resolved/fixed.

Lovely home, but as mentioned by others a few times in homes guest book, both the front door and the upstairs bathroom door are hard to close.

The bathroom also has some mold growing on one of the walls near roof window. Other than that lovely comfortable home with everything you need, liked the little extras.

House was lovely.

Bed was very soft which was an issue. Great location, however lack of pet friendly pubs locally which ment we had to drive.

The property isn't easy to find in the dark as there is no development/street name at the entrance to the estate on which the property is situated and house numbers run consecutively - not even numbers one side, odd numbers the other - but once we'd worked that out, we found it! Location was excellent for all the wonderful doggie friendly beaches. We would have liked a lamp in the lounge rather than having to have the ceiling lights on but with the stairs light on and utility room light on, more subdued lighting was achievable. Property maintained to a high standard throughout and the welcome bottle of fizz and bag of doggie treats was a kind thought and genuinely appreciated.

Lovely property nice and quiet culdesac not far from beaches 5 min drive the property has everything you need for me personally it needs better quality mattresses but apart from that we had a lovely holiday there

Only two concerns was that the front door seems to have warped since the last visit we made which made it very difficult to close and open.

The main bed collapses in the right corner, it had dropped when we arrived and fixed it back on its fixings but may cause someone else an issue.

This is a beautiful holiday home.

It's very clean and well equipped with very comfortable beds. It's in a very good position just a five minute drive from Benllech shops and excellent beach. We loved our stay and would recommend it for exploring the island.

Clean and fresh. Everything we needed for our stay. Lovely beach and places to eat a few minutes drive. Tandoori opposite a short walk and smash burgers that deliver just up the road. Perfect! Would recommend and would love to come back again soon. Thankyou

One of the nicest places we have ever stayed in, the house was spotless and had everything we needed for holiday.

The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog, giving us relaxed time on our holiday in lovely surroundings. With a pub just up the road, an Indian restaurant nearby and a golf course opposite what more could you want, this is a great base for visiting some of the lovely places on Anglesey not too far away.

..few things like doors where very hard to open , shower downstairs was broken and unfortunately a lot of traffic noise from the very busy road ...

The cottage was spotless and very comfortable.

It was a great location and we had a wonderful stay. We did have an issue during our stay that was dealt with promptly despite the owner being out of the country so we appreciated that. We would recommend the property to our friends and family and would happily visit again The only improvements we could suggest are 1) instructions for the washer/dryer 2) a bbq and 3) maybe a stair gate to stop dogs going upstairs. Our dog was fine as she never goes upstairs at home but without a barrier it may be hard to keep other dogs from going upstairs

Lovely clean property, furnishings all in great (new) condition.

Good location for exploring Anglesey, nice beach in Benllech a short car ride away. We were not blessed with the weather during our stay so spent more time in the accommodation that we ordinarily would so were thankful it was a such a lovely place to stay

The house was immaculate and very well serviced, just about everything was thought of and catered for.

The only issue was the noise from the road. Not very relaxing with the thunder of traffic all day and into the evening.

Comfortable and clean. Also a generous welcome pack which was very much appreciated. Benllech Beach which is a short car journey away is a great beach. I'd also recommend Benllech Tandoori Restaurant just across the road.

Our first impression on entering the property was ‘wow’!

Everywhere was sparkling clean and fresh. The beds were very comfortable with nice pillows etc. the kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. The outside was very suitable and safe for our little dog. The only small downside to this property was there was no street sign where to find these lovely properties, I appreciate it’s new but the satnav takes you close but with no board or street sign you had to search. That apart it’s a beautiful house and would use it again whilst visiting Anglesey.

Absolutely stunning house , immaculate and everything is there for all your needs , plus it’s close to all areas , beaches easy to get to ,plus other amenities,we liked it that much we’ve booked again for next year

This is a fantastic holiday home which is set in a great location and ideal for those with pets.

Really enjoyed our stay and found it like a home from home. It is well furnished and very clean for a pet friendly home. Beds are possibly a bit on the small size but everything else is perfect. Looking to come back next year!

Overall we had an enjoyable stay at Parc Delfryn, very comfortable and the property had the facilities that you needed.

Lovely large living spaces and bedrooms and had a modern touch. The main bedroom does overlook the road so we did experience some road noise but the view of the golf club and glimpse of the sea in the distance was pleasant. It was nice to have the use of garden furniture but we felt that we could only use it on the patio area (which got limited sun) as we didn't want to damage the artificial grass. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues whilst we were there, which was a shame as I believe these properties are quite new, but the owner rectified these quickly. Welcoming pub at the end of the road and friendly members of staff at the golf club, both serving refreshing drinks. Benllech itself was beautiful, it takes approximately 40 minutes to walk from the property, where there's plenty of places to eat and drink. Pleasant stay overall.

Our stay, in general, was excellent.

The house was modern and had more facilities than you would expect from a holiday home! 2 showers, a coffee machine, washer/dryer, swing ball in the back garden, family sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher and memory foam mattress- it was just lovely. It was well maintained and the white goods and bathrooms were beautifully clean. The kids had ball, there was plenty of room to play inside and out and it was located within a short drive from everything we needed. Our only drawback was dog hairs. Now, I understand that it’s a dog friendly rental but didn’t expect to find my clothes covered in dog hairs whether I sat on the floor, carpet or sofa- I also found some in the oven tray which was clean in the cupboard. I don’t know whether, as a no-dog family, we are more attuned to dog hairs but I just think more care could have been taken. Saying this- it didn’t put us off and if we were to head off to Anglesey again we would most likely book here again. Thanks for the lovely little welcome pack- the wine and Welsh cakes were definitely needed after a few rainy days out with 2 small boys!

What a wonderful house in Brynteg. We have visited Anglesey for the past 10 years and this accommodation did not disappoint! Brilliant location and accommodation immaculate. The welcome pack was also a really lovely touch. Would 100% recommend.

Great property & location.

Short drive to both Benllech and Lligwy beaches which our Labradors loved. House was spotlessly clean, garden securely fenced for peace of mind if you have dogs or kids. It was also warm and cosy. I would suggest bigger doormats or runners as it was so wet during our stay and we mopped to keep floors clean even though footwear was removed at the front door and dogs paws wiped as much as possible. We brought all our own dog kit but maybe a designated dog towel in the utility cupboard for anyone that forgets would be good in wet weather! We would love to stay again and recommend this fabulous house.

curry house and golf course over the road short drive to tesco or assda safe back garden for pets not far in a car from beaches. Dog liked the treats .friendly owners. Came to check we were happy and needed anything..

We met the owner and i was very impressed and very happy.

Tje coffee maker was not working so this would need looking at. The beach it self was 6 mins away and always accessible for my dog. Only down side was the road was quite busy at times so for walking the dog it was not ideal. But over all very happy.

This is a modern and ccomfortable house in a very quiet location just outside of Bennlech with its beautiful beach which is never overcrowded and perfect for walking dogs, amenities are close by.

If your looking for somewhere as a base to see the Isle of Anglesey it is ideal.

Everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. Perfect for our 2 doggies with an enclosed back garden and treats provided. Only suggestion is a king sized bed would be better in such a lovely big bedroom. We would definitely book again on our next visit to the area

We have been to this property before last summer and found it excellent.

Clean and well appointed property in a quiet location with stunning views. Ideally situated with Benllech Bay just a 5 minute drive away. Highly recommend

Lovely clean new home but if your going in winter ask for extra heating as it is storage heaters not the best as boost button for hot water is a must as solar panel system with in winter not the best im not sure I go back in winter time I will however try in the summer

The cottage was nice, we enjoyed our stay.

Problems with getting the heating sorted, shower downstairs only worked on eco setting and wasn’t very warm. Upstairs shower worked via solar panels! So never had a hot shower or hot water to wash the dishes or ourselves. Messages and phone call took time out of our stay. Think this needs sorting and more information needed in the home regarding how to work the system. In the guest book seems like many people have had the same issues. Owner called in and told us the system isn’t the best! Use booster button and wait 90 mins to get hot water! Didn’t work and in my view this isn’t acceptable. Hot water it a basic commodity! Disappointed customer.

This was a last minute booking, the property was immaculate, very comfortable with good facilities.

The enclosed garden was great for our dog to run around. The bottle of wine, Welsh cakes and pint of milk were much appreciated. This property is very close to the beach and shops etc, just a couple of minutes in the car. I would highly recommend it and would book again.

Had a small issue on arrival with towel rails not working in Bathroom’s.

Contacted host who turned up in15mins & replaced the fuses. Not the first time previous guests had stolen the fuses he told us

Lovely house and very clean.

This was our first holiday with our new puppy so we were not sure what to expect but it was ideal. There is a pub in walking distance which allows dogs and serves food. There is also an Indian restaurant over the road which does a nice takeaway if you don’t want to eat in. I would certainly recommend and would definitely like to stay here again.

Brilliant stay in a super new property.

Only concern was we arrived at 3.08 pm but was told cottage not ready till 4.00. Assured cleaners we were informed 3.00 arrival. Spoke to owner who was very apologetic not like cleaners who were rather impolite. However still a fantastic stay in a superb property--will return and recommend Sykes to all friends as per normal.

Very nice accommodation .

Everything you need for a great stay, even a dog Bowl and lead. All spotless. Situated well for local amenities in Benllech and local pub and takeaway within a stones throw. Would highly recommend to anyone

A lovely property with all that you could need for your stay in Anglesey.

We queried the note you had added about groundwork happening at the property and was told it was finished.

. Infact there was a digger working about 100 yards away from from our cottage from 8am so we felt this information was totally misleading. There was very little information in the property eg the solar hot water ran out and we had not been told how to boost it. It should not be necessary to contact owners about things like this. The rubbish bins were nearly full when we arrived.. as this is a new estate people are working inside the houses and dumping the packaging leaving little room for visitors. There is parking for one car.. the info said extra cars should use the over flow car park... there is no overflow at present. (fortunately our son couldn't come) The owners were very helpful but we wouldn't currently return as there is still too much development going on and felt this should have been honestly represented.

Lovely holiday, everything on hand that we needed and close enough to the beach and other local attractions with a short drive.
