Beautiful cottage.

Had a wonderful stay and very much looking forward to returning.

We had the most amazing week at Pip’s Barn!

Jan and Bri (and Gracie the dog!) are so lovely and welcoming, and the barn itself was so nice and very well equipped - they’ve thought of everything! The surroundings are beautiful and there’s lots of space to explore around the barn. The location is great with easy access to lots of lovely places. A perfect setting for a break, we’ll be back!

The accommodation was perfect for a family of 4 with a pooch.

The outside area was well thought out and the additional BBQ and beach related items where a nice added touch we would definitely visit again.

Lovely holiday and fantastic accommodation with excellent hosts who were very attentive and helpful.

Great location for seeing what Anglesey has to offer. Would highly recommend.

If you are looking for a clean and practical cottage to stay that is minutes from Benllech yet feels miles away from anywhere then this is for you!

Perfect for 4 legged friends with an enclosed patio garden and surrounded by fields for exploring. Bri and Jan are fantastic hosts and made us feel really welcome. We all had a fantastic stay - this was our second time - we will be returning!

Pip’s Barn is an extremely comfortable holiday home, very well equipped, lovely decor and excellent fittings and furniture.

We found many extras which added to the welcoming feel and showed that much thought had gone into fitting out the property. We would not hesitate to recommend it and enjoyed our week there very much indeed.

We visited for the second time in July and it was as lovely as our first visit.

Jan and Bri are such lovely people and it is always a joy to see Gracie. Accommodation and facilities are great and we really enjoyed walking around the fields with our dog in the morning and evening. Going back for our third visit next year, cant wait.

This was our 3rd consecutive year staying at Pip’s Barn and the cottage is still just as perfect as it was when we first visited.

Beautifully decorated, perfectly equipped and in a stunning location. We hope to come back again next year.

An exceptional cottage with every possible need catered for.

Super clean, incredibly comfortable and superb hosts. Wish we could have stayed longer. Our golden retriever Honey had an amazing time watching red squirrels, playing in the surrounding fields and making friends with Gracie. She was reluctant to get in the car and even sulked when it was time to leave! Would love to visit again in the future. Many thanks

This holiday cottage is perfect for a lovely relaxing holiday, surrounded by fields yet minutes from Benllech and its pubs, restaurants and shops as well as the most beautiful beaches.

The hosts have done a fabulous job in providing a comfortable beautifully furnished property providing everything you could possibly need. We are certainly looking to visit again next year.

We have just returned from an amazing week at Pips Barn.

The cottage itself is of high quality and comfort. Our own dog had the run of 15 acres of the properties fields. The views from the top field across to Snowdonia were a daily highlight. Our hosts Jan, Bri and Gracie (their dog) were welcoming, friendly and informative. Our long journey up from Kent was well worth it. Would have no hesitation in recommending Pips Barn and look forward to returning.

One of the nicest stays we've had.

Fantastic quality accommodation with lots of extra touches that really made the stay. There is a stunning view from the garden and we were delighted to see our first red squirrel in the wild. We loved an evening walk around the surrounding fields enjoying the sunset. It's in a brilliant location, we loved exploring Anglsey then coming back to the barn to relax. Thanks so much!

Comfortable, clean and well-appointed with lovely views all around, especially at sunrise and sunset. Great protected patio area for when the sun shines. Would recommend.

What an amazing property! Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a home away from home! Ian and Bri were the perfect hosts, friendly and accommodating but in no way obtrusive! If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet and relaxing break this is it.We had a fantastic week doing alot of coastal walks.Pips Barn is great base to explore the wonderful island of Anglesey. Our hosts,Brian,Jan & Gracie the dog made our holiday even more special,as they have a gift for making you feel so welcome . Thank you for our unforgettable stay.

Fantastic peaceful location which was perfect for our 2 dogs.

Also only 5 minutes from Benllech so super convenient for picking any supplies up! Jan and Bri were super helpful and great hosts with everything catered for. We will definitely return!

"Just Perfect for a relaxing stay" Pips Barn has been renovated to a very high standard and was spotless.

Jan and Bri have obviously put a great deal of thought into their renovation. The barn is at the end of private lane and has its own self contained patio area so is safe for both children and dogs. The views over Snowdonia are stunning and as an added treat we had a visiting Red Squirrel.……. highly recommended.

The barn was perfect in every way, spacious, super clean, well equipped and well thought out.

Everything we needed was there. The garden was safe and totally enclosed for our springy lurcher Moon to enjoy which really helped us relax. Positioned so you felt that you were in the middle of nowhere yet so easy to get to anywhere on the island. Jan and Bri were so welcoming and helpful, and the welcome gifts were so thoughtful too. We will definitely be returning.

Definitely one of the best and well equipped holiday properties we have stayed at in Anglesey in the last 10 years of visiting the Island.

The owners were really helpful with any queries we had throughout the stay. We were greeted with a Welcome pack upon arrival including a bottle of chilled prosecco and a lemon drizzle cake ..

Pip's barn is the most delightful holiday cottage.

Finished to a really high standard with quality fixtures and fittings and everything you need provided and more. It is situated down a private lane with stunning views from every window. The cottage itself has a lovely atmosphere and is cosy and clean. Patio doors lead onto a private area which is safe and secure for both children and dogs. There are plenty of interesting places to visit , beaches, shops etc. a short drive away. The owners are lovely, not ar all intrusive but on hand if you need anything, they really want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.................highly recommended.

Set in lovely countryside but only a short distance away from beautiful sandy beaches. Pip’s Barn has everything you need for a truly enjoyable stay. The property is spotless and the owners, Jan and Bri have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible, even for our furry friends. There is a secure patio area so you can rest assured your dog(s) don’t escape! However, there are fields around the property belonging to the owners which you are able to access. All in all we had a great stay and hope to return very soon. One of the best places we’ve stayed. Thank you Jan and Bri.

A beautiful well appointed holiday cottage with everything you could possibly need and more.

The views are lovely overlooking Snowdonia with an occasional partridge or pheasant in the fields . Our hosts Jan&Bri were lovely and very helpful. We all had a wonderful stay at Pips Barn and would highly recommend it to anyone, we will definitely be rebooking. A true home from home.

A very well appointed and beautiful little cottage

Excellent property which is brilliantly located, excellent for dogs and children.

Seems like everything has been thought about and we were left wanting for nothing. Views from the property were excellent and only a few minutes drive from the beach. Great stay.

We received the most wonderful welcome from the owners of Pip's Barn and a welcome pack, which was incredibly generous and thoughtful.

The barn is delightful, cosy and beautifully decorated, with attention to detail. Jan and Brian have thought of everything you could possibly need, even a dog washing sink outside, complete with dog shampoo! The cottage is well located, close to shops, pubs and food places. The scenery is beautiful all around the cottage and the setting is so peaceful. You couldn't choose a better place to holiday and the owners are absolutely lovely; friendly, welcoming and full of useful local information! We had the best week and hope to come again. Immaculate and every detail thought off. The views are amazing and the enclosed garden was great for my 2 small dogs. One of the BEST holiday homes we have stayed in and the icing on the cake was seeing a Red squirrel run across the wall in the garden. 100% would stay there again

Quite simply, it was one of the finest properties that we have stopped in, and there have been many over the years.

Everything was spot on, and thanks to the owners, Jan and Brian, our stay was absolutely top drawer. We can’t wait to stay at Pips Barn in the future. We would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Anglesey that they would struggle to find accommodation as good as Pips Barn

This is what self catering Holiday property's should be like a home from home, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. The views of main land Wales from the secluded patio garden where gorgeous. The owners were very friendly and their little Dog too. Forget the rest this is the best :)

Visited Pip’s Barn for a special birthday celebration, a beautiful property in a lovely location.

The inside and outside of the barn is immaculate and a credit to the owners who were very kind and on hand if we needed them (although we didn’t). We visited the local beaches, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay which hopefully will be for longer next time.

What a beautiful property, everything is immaculate inside and there’s plenty of room outside for the dog to roam.

The hosts are lovely and were always available (not that we needed them). everything is brand new so we felt very lucky to be able to utilise all the facilities. The location is excellent for exploring the Island, close to both beaches and the local town to get your supplies. Local pub is very nice as well.
