Daffodil Cottage

Spotlessly clean accommodation with lovely views, plenty of outdoor space and parking area.

Mrs O'Grady was very helpful and on hand if we needed anything. The welcome basket of tea and Welsh cakes was a lovely touch. The location is perfect for exploring the valleys (20 minutes to Pen y Pas, 35 to Ogwen) and the beaches of Anglesey or the West coast and just a few minutes to the village. We really enjoyed our stay!

Daffodil cottage was delightful, clean, warm, very quiet,in a lovely location ,close to all amenities, will definitely stay again

One of a small group of farm buildings converted to a high standard and located in carefully maintained and manicured grounds with ample parking at the rear and lovely views.

Rhian was very welcoming and the property was clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Make sure that you take adequate supplies of e.g. dishwasher tablets and toilet roll as only "starter" supplies are included.

We had a wonderful holiday, beautiful setting, cottage had everything we needed and added bonus of a little play room for the kids, which was ideal when we wanted to prepare for the day and have the children occupied.

A great cottage for a family of four, really good location and host.

Awesome location and lovely host

Quite simply perfect.

Could not find a single fault. Underfloor heating downstairs and fast WiFi. Will 1000% be back. Instantly felt at home. Thank you so much for an incredible stay.

Beautiful little property on a private plot of land with other properties nestled together.

Rhian was lovely and welcoming. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen. Lovely little garden with a table at the back. No direct walk routes from here but you can access everything within 10-20 mins by car. Perfect base for Snowdon!

Really Great place to stay situated very near to Snowdonia.

Cottage was beautiful, clean and offered everything a family needs, spent a lot of time in the rear garden taking in the views. Owner was really lovely. I would highly recommend staying here. MT

We have just returned from a lovely week stay at Daffodil cottage , on arrival we were greeted by the owner Rhian who was most helpful and welcoming .

the cottage is one of 6 , it is very well appointed , very clean and comfortable , everything you could possibly need has been provided to make your stay a home from home . the weather was kind to us so trips to the local beaches were great fun also loads to see and do in the area. Caernarfon is just a couple of miles away with plenty of history to see and no shortage of supermarkets, etc. We must say that Rhian and her husband have done a fabulous job of their properties, the whole site can only be described as beautiful, and very well maintained . the only thing we did not like was leaving day , but we hope that we will be able to return one day soon

Fabulous place.

So easy to access lots of places from here. We loved sitting in the courtyard of an evening and watching the sun set (with an Aber Falls gin and whiskey each)

Comfortable & well equipped cottage set in very peaceful location.

Lovely cottage, well located for Snowdonia and Anglesey.

Very comfortable and immaculately clean. Great comms from the owners. Good value, would recommend!

The holiday home was great.

. Price was fabulous. Location was great *( although we ended up with a VERY windy few days !!) . Beautiful views. Well equipped in the house which is very comfortable. The layout to some upstairs may be a tad confusing with the beds , the bed in back bedroom was a tad uncomfortable for me compared to the other double. Games room was a great bonus. Parking was easy and close to the cottage. A lovely food pack on arrival. The notes and welcome pack could do with updating. Also the over I couldn't see what the settings were as it's nearly all rubbed off but I managed

Beautiful cottage and location the owners had thought of everything to make our stay relaxing .

Attention to detail with welcoming pack for Christmas and little touches around the cottage making it festive . Will definitely be back . Please add our thanks to the owners who obviously put a lot of effort into making the cottages a home from home .

A lovely cottage with Sea views, will definitely be back again

Lovely place, lovely host.

Peaceful surroundings. Excellent.

Lovely holiday house, great owners, great location, we’ll definitely come back and stay again.

We loved staying at Daffodil cottage and will recommend it to others.

Beautiful cottage in a stunning location.

A perfect base for our walk-up Snowdon, being only 10 minutes drive from the Llanberis route.

Great place .

Lots of room outside for a toddler to run around and brilliant play/ games room. Very convenient for exploring Eryri. Amazing views all around and beautifully kept grounds.

WOW!

!!! We were blown away by how amazing this place was. Everything was considered and we definitly be heading back next time when we visit north wales.

Daffodil cottage is in a lovely location, with views over Caernarfon and the Isle of Anglesey.

Only ten minutes, if that, from Caernarfon town centre and fifteen from Banfor. The car park at the base of the Rangers route up Snowdon is only ten minutes away too. The cottage itself is comfortable, well stocked and equipped. The Welsh cakes, honey and pint of milk is a welcoming sight to come in to when you arrive. There is a games room with pool table, table football and various games for kids. This was our second visit to the farm and we will undoubtedly be returning in 5e near future as there is still a lot we have not explored.

We absolutely loved our weekend at Daffodil Cottage.

Thank you so much for accomodating our very late check-in.We will definitely be returning very soon - amazing location.

Our stay was incredible!

The owner’s so lovely and very accommodating. The place itself is clean, comfortable and homey. It’s accessible to a lot of activities and places to hike and visit. We all had a nice time for this holiday.

Nice quiet location with easy access to all of snowdonia and Anglesey.

The cottage was very clean with a nice open layout. Plenty of kitchen pots, utensils and a dishwasher. Good stronge WiFi connection. Excellent views over to the menai straight and Anglesey with added bonus of picturesque sunsets every night. The owner Rhian was more than helpful when we had car troubles and went out of her way to get it sorted out for us.

A lovely little cottage, beautifully decorated, on beautiful grounds and surroundings.

We had a lovely week there and would recommend for sure. Only thing that could improve it is it could benefit with a hoover of its own and an iron and ironing board instead of a communal one. Apart from that a lovely place to holiday

Had a great stay, comfortable and well equipped cottage, lovely location lovely cottage can't fault it

We had a fantastic time in Daffodil Cottage during half term.

Rhian (our host) was lovely and made sure that we had everything we needed ready for our 1 year old prior to arrival and left her some lovely goodies. The property was nice and clean, well stocked with the essentials too. A great home from home. Thank you so much.

Lovely accommodation in an ideal location.

Would highly recommend this property.

Lovely cottage with good facilities in a great location.

Daffodil cottage was very clean and comfortable.

The outside areas of the complex are immaculate. We especially enjoyed sitting outside our cottage watching the sun set over Anglesey. We hope we can visit again.

Very comfortable cottage in lovely quiet, rural setting.

Particularly liked waking up one morning to see sheep fast asleep in the field nearby. We both would have liked better lighting in the lounge area. It is too dim for reading in evenings; perhaps the owner could provide a couple of table lamps to the room?

Well presented cottage with stunning views .

Great location. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean Owner was very helpful and friendly - would love to return soon

Lovely cottage, perfectly situated for exploring the North Wales area.

We contacted the owner before regarding the travel cot and she was really helpful she also left some lovely extra touches in the cottage for our arrival. Would highly recommend this beautiful cottage.

This was a short two night stay in Snowdonia.

The cottage was used as a base so I could take part in a event in Llanberis. The location was spot on, as it was only ten minutes down the road from Snowdon and just outside Caernarfon for the Saturday Evening. The Cottage was perfect with every facility available. The area immediately around the cottage was perfect, clean and tidy and very quaint. My 4 year old boy enjoyed the little games room, and finding all the little stone animals dotted about the place. All in all a Highly recommended set of cottages, the fact that if you wish you can book more cottages for bigger parties has really sold me on the idea on a larger family weekend to the glorious Snowdonia National Park sometime in 2020.

Cottage was beautiful and very well equipped.

Plenty of parking space and located in a lovely quiet spot that's close to local amenities

A comfortable cottage in a good location - nice and warm to return to during a wet and windy week.

Could have benefited from a folder of local tourist information but would definitely recommend.

The beds were comfortable and we had everything we might need to hand.

We had trouble working the hob and called in the owner, who also couldn't get it to work. Next day [Sunday] we came home to find much to our surprise that a new hob was in place. I am thinking of going again next year with my daughter.

Cottages in lovely countryside setting, yet convenient for Caernarfon and touring North Wales.

Immaculate grounds and garden areas, stunning views towards the coast from the patio and lots of sunshine on the patio.

Advertised as having two beds in each room was incorrect one in one three in the other.

Also could do with bigger bath towels and better Wi-fi couldn’t pick it up

lovely cottage and would definitely go back.

owner was very welcoming.

Really lovely, comfortable cottage.

Perfect for a little break away. Easy to find and really close to caernarfon.

Hi Lovely cottage with beautiful garden / patio.

My only comment would be that the small single bed was not very comfortable and we would have preferred two double beds (or two singles pushed together). Otherwise 10/10 Mike

The owner was friendly and helpful and gave you your privacy.

The cottage was clean, tidy and highly maintained. A lovely place to stay. A*
