Ty Ni

We had a wonderful five-night stay.

The cottage is peaceful, private, and safe, with only a few nearby houses. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, beautiful mountain views, and plenty of space for up to seven guests. We would definitely recommend it!

Lovely clean place, with considerable privacy and open beautiful surroundings.

Loved the place.

We spent a lovely week here in this beautiful cottage.

It’s situated in a brilliant place with gorgeous views of Caernarfon and Anglesey. We were lucky enough to have lots of warm dry weather which gave us some spectacular sunsets right from the cottage. Was also great to have a games room which my boys took advantage of with lots of games of Table Tennis. Would definitely recommend if you what a lovely place to stay in North Wales.

Really friendly and accommodating owner, really lovely area and views outstanding

Clean and well-presented.

Welcome gift of biscuits, Welsh cakes and milk very much appreciated. A problem encountered on the last morning was handled swiftly and with good humour. Will probably stay again as did not cover many of the places we wanted to and the location was ideal.

We were back for a second year, this winter.

Amazing property, beautifully kept both indoors and out. The owners are fabulously welcoming and accommodating. We would come back again in a heartbeat....

Although our visit was very short we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, well appointed cottage set in spectacular scenery.

It is very near to Caernarfon and all the amenities. The welsh cakes were delicious thank you.We will be back.

Loved it!

, clean, comfortable and everything we needed, would stay again and would recommend!

We loved staying at Ty Ni.

Great location for the coast and mountains. Accommodation is lovely with everything you would need. Definitely recommend and will be booking again for next year.

Lovely location, cottage clean, comfortable and very spacious, couldn't ask for more

Prefect place Large house, very clean The view on the landscape is incredible.

Games for children and baby bed are available A very nice place to have a break

Absolutely spot on!

Wel kept place perfect for staying! 0 complaints. Book in confidence. Location is perfect, 15 mins from all sites.

Beautiful cottages in a lovely setting.

Host really friendly too. We also had a friendly cat visit us everyday. She loves cuddles. Beds comfortable. Recliner settees a great plus. Kitchen well equipped. Loved the fact that our children had their own tv games room in the cottage but the PlayStation games didn't work unfortunately. So pleased I took a couple of bath sheets with me as the towels supplied were on the small side. Also, it would be nice to have the wire baskets that fit over the shower so you can put shower gel, shampoo etc in the basket to save having to put them on the floor! Not good if you have back problems. All in all though a fab-u-lous stay and we would recommend staying there.

Absolutely everything we hoped for and more.

Definitely be back.

We had an amazing stat the cottage was lovely everything was spotless plenty of towels extra special Christmas touches.

Lovely bottle of bubbly and biscuits left out for us.cant fault anything we will definitely book again

Lovely property set in beautiful and peaceful surroundings.

Spacious and clean with a lazy boy sofa which was a massive plus after long days out! Good proximity to lots of great days out. Would recommend.

Everything's wonderful and comfortable, only very little hiccup, some bed mattress bit too soft for those who have back problem that all.

otherwise everything 5 star!

Lovely cottage nestled in a perfect spot to soak up the beautiful views of Snowdonia .

The cottage was cleaned to a high standard and well equipped for a family of 7. The kids especially loved the games room and didn’t want to leave. Rhian was very friendly and helpful with our stay :)

An absolutely beautiful house.

Rhian is so lovely. Thank you for everything. We'll be back again next year.

We had plenty of space and the property was warm and comfortable.

Owners very friendly. Location is ideal for visiting the attractions in the area.

The location is fantastic, with plenty of space and immaculately kept.

So glad we choose this place and a big thank you to Rhian

TyNi cottage is beautifully set up and has everything you need (may need to bring a sharp knife if cooking

Fantastic holiday accommodation.

Beautiful peaceful surroundings with lovely gardens but room for children to play and everyone to enjoy. Cottage equipped to a very high standard, very clean. Owners friendly and helpful. Within easy drive to amenities or places of interest. We would definitely recommend and will return.

We absolutely thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and will definitely be returning Lovely and clean and friendly owners

We stayed over new year and the accommodations was clean and very comfortable.

The owner’s had left us Champangne and Buck’s Fizz, as well as chocolates as a welcome over new year’s. Lots to do in the area, so we were kept busy for our entire seven day stay.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Ty Ni.

The property was furnished to a very high standard and was extremely spacious and comfortable. Everything worked well and provided everything we needed. Very good location. Quiet but easy access to Snowdonia and Anglesey. Good wi-fi and phone signal too just to top things off.

Would highly recommend this cottage.

Really spacious for 7. Beautiful setting. The photos don't do it justice.

Both Liam and Rhian , very helpful and sociable .

Great place and location to stay and discover snowdonia and surrounding areas including the beaches . A week of sunshine was a fab bonus . Paresh and family

This cottage is in a great location and setting.

It has everything you need and is very well looked after and clean. The owners were very helpful and friendly during our stay. We would highly recommend this cottage if you are looking to stay in the area.

The cottage has a lovely view over fields to distant hills and is slightly secluded from the others in the group.

It was very comfortable and clean and we had a lovely short break there.

This was our first experience of holidaying in a cottage in Wales.

Undoubtedly this experience has made us want to do it again very very soon. Mr and Mrs O’Grady the cottage owners were extraordinarily friendly and welcoming. The cottage Is located on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park with superb views all around a great base for exploring and walking. It is also in close reach of many beaches and things to do with children. For any of you who are runners our morning jog was a delight with multiple circular routes. Inside the cottage is very spacious and with six adults and a toddler there was plenty of room for us all. The kitchen and utility room is well equipped. It was very clean and we felt safe in these current challenging times. All in all the cottage and the Snowdonian hills made for a great family holiday. Thank you.

The cottage was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and really well placed for exploring Snowdonia.

Absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful, clean and very spacious cottage.

I was amazed how well equipped the kitchen was. There was everything you needed and more. A proper home from home feel. The views on Snowdonia from the cottage windows and patio doors were stunning. Supermarkets were only 6 min drive and a beach was 15 min drive from the cottage. Would definitely be looking at going back there. Loved every minute of our stay.

The house was brilliant, super clean, and comfortable.

Two families shared the house living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms everything was spacious. We cooked regularly and there was a plentiful supply of pots, pans and utensils. It was in an awesome location most of the walks were within a 20mins drive other more adventurous activities easily within 45min drive. We will be booking this place again for more hiking holidays.

We enjoyed or stay and did not need to disturb the owners for anything throughout our stay.

The facilities provided were brilliant and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

We were 7 of us and were doing the Snowdon summit, the drive to Llanberis mountain railway from where we started our walk was only a 15 minutes drive from the cottage and hence very convenient.

The property was a real delight, very spacious with good facilities. We would love to book a longer stay next time and explore this beautiful part of Wales. I highly recommend this property!

There was 7 of us in our party.

4 adults and 3 kids. Ti Ni cottage is absolutely beautiful in the most stunning setting. It was better than like home from home because of the amazing views. More than adequately furnished with all needs provided for. Kids loved playing pool in the games room and running about in the beautiful grounds. The owner and gardener were really lovely. The added bonus of the picturesque Snowdonia mountains so close was the icing on the top.100% recommendation from us.

The photo on the site was not very inviting for the living room/kitchen even though the bedrooms looked nice.

so we were hoping it was nicer than it looked and happily it was much nicer. It was great not to have a massive list of things to do and the owner was very helpful. It was really clean and well looked after. I would have liked a dishwasher and a little more access info as I use a wheelchair. Highly recommended.lovely place.

Fantastic holiday cottage perfect location for Snowdonia national park and North Wales.

Really enjoyed our stay, host available throughout stay, was able to recommend different days out and activities, very friendly. Ideal setting for exploring North Wales.

We had a great few days at Ty Ni.

The house was spacious, well equipped and in a beautiful setting. The location was perfect for Snowdon, Caernarfon and Anglesey. The only grouch about the place is that the kitchen and furniture were a bit dated. The only negative of using Sykes is that I made payment in full when booking through Expedia and immediately got an email from Sykes stating I had to make a further deposit direct to the owner. The original payment ended up getting refunded automatically but this all caused confusion. Thanks

This was a wonderful cottage in which to spend our holiday.

Very spacious everything one needed. Rhian was extremely pleasant and helpful. A cosy warm place to return to each evening. Good location for all attractions in the area. Gardens a picture to behold. Only one comment for us the mattress was uncomfortable that is only a personal observation.

The cottage could do with a dishwasher and an oven glove !

All good apart from that

Very nice holiday home with everything we needed, great location and very helpful owner.

Would go back again and happily recommend to others.

I was a little sceptical at first dew to the lack of communication.

But all worked out well. Fantastic views from ever room. No groans about the whole experience. Would return again. Obviously with sykes cottages.

The cottage is really well located within easy reach of Snowdon, Caernafon, Anglesey, the Conwy valley and Portmadog.

A local shop and garage are a short distance away in addition to the larger shops in Caernafon which is only a ten minute drive. The cottage was clean and comfortable - upstairs has some sloping ceilings above two of the single beds. It was nice and quiet being set very slightly away from the other cottages on the site. It had a lovely rural outlook, plenty of space to park. The facilities were good - the wifi worked very well, hot water and showers worked well and generally the cottage had what we needed plus some nice extras like a couple of games and books. I would suggest that an oven cloth should be supplied. Also it would be nice to have another towel rail and more drawers in the upstairs rooms rather than having to live partly out of our suitcase. But these are small points and easily managed without for a week. There is no two pin electric point for shaver/toothbrush chargers so remember to bring an adaptor if you need one. Overall I would recommend.

The cottage was amazing, it was so quiet, comfortable and peaceful.

If it wasn't for us arranging a walk (sometimes a crawl) up Snowdon we would have been happy to stay at the cottage for the whole weekend. We are definitely arranging our return visit and planning on staying for a week at least next time. Rhian met us with a friendly, warm welcome when we arrived and showed us around the cottage. We love Wales and the welsh people, always friendly and happy, so envious of them living in such a beautiful country.

Beautifully maintained welcome pack in kitchen owner was very helpful and it was a little bit of heaven on earth
