Cottage was in an ideal location very easy to visit the local area it was very easy to find.

Although it seemed like it was on a busy road it was very quiet more walkers and runners passed by. The dog loved being able to run around the entire house outside as it was fenced all round, but the sheep did stare at him.

A lovely house in a great location, fantastic host!

It was our little haven while it rained endlessly during our stay.

We booked Bryn Derw at very short notice and were impressed with the owner before we even arrived.

She had emailed to ask if we had any dietary requirements, as she was baking some welcoming goodies. How amazing is that! And on our arrival we were equally impressed with our accommodation. It was warm, spacious, comfortable, a real home form home. And our holiday was one of the best we've had. Thank you.

Excellent countyside cottage, which was very comfortable and plenty of room for up to 6 people.

Outside is very well secured which was great for my dog. Location is convenient for days out and it is very very quiet. Yes there is cars going up and down the road during the day but you hardly notice them. Good parking for 2 cars. Definately recommend for a family holiday. Lovely to enter the property and find a beautifully laid out table for afternoon tea full of home baked treats, sweet & savoury. The Welsh cakes were particularly delicious. A delightful stay, just a shame about the wet & windy weather but thankful to have such a lovely place to spend time in and relax.

In a nice area. 45 minutes walk into Caernarfon.

We had a really good time thank you, we were very busy and had a list of things we wanted to do and see.

The house was ideal for us, - a great location, perfect actually in our opinion. Just a few minutes from Caernarfon, but enough to feel in the country - the outdoor space being enclosed to allow room for our little spaniel all the way around the perimeter of the house - the parking/drive way made a big difference to me. Coukd probably squeeze 4 cars in at a push, 2 comfortably though. Everything you've provided is brilliant. Plenty of room and privacy is what we liked the most. We were sad to leave. Really happy your neighbour is also a dog groomer so we had booked in with her. That was super convenient. It's only a shame occasionally some people are very very fast driving past the house. It didn't bother us and the same happens where we live. Just a shame that's all. Your baked goods were 10/10, really really authentic and tasty. Thanks very much for providing a great experience and we would definitely stay again another time.

An amazing holiday.

We loved it! The cottage was a home away from home. Jane made beautiful welcome cakes and bakes which was a lovely personal touch. The house is located in the most perfect position to get to the mountains, towns and coast. There is also a lot of opportunity to walk from the house, which we loved with the dog. The cottage is so homely and relaxing, it feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere. What a fab place to stay!

Very good, very clean, comfortable with everything you could possibly need.

The cottage is well maintained, clean, tidy, as everything you possibly need, it was handy having a toilet outside which was clean and handy to use if any one was using the shower or bath, having a pet had the freedom outside the property and you sun all day long

Had a fab week at Bryn derw lovely place with everything you need including some nice goodies on arrival cakes sausage rolls milk etc really nice also Jane the owner very helpful would definitely go back there

Very quiet with super comfy beds for a good nights sleep. Jane had laid out a selection of home bakes for our arrival which went down very well, she is a superb baker and her Welsh Cakes were especially delicious. We would have no hesitation in booking again. P.S. Stunning Sunsets as well.
