Three generations of our family had a fantastic holiday in the wonderful accommodation in the well situated position for the great beach.

We were so impressed that we booked for next but had to choose a different week due to a prior booking.Thank you cleaner and property owner for a very memorable holiday.

Clean and comfortable accommodation

This is our 3rd stay at Jacuma which speaks volumes, it is truly a home away from home.

Everything has been thought of, and it is in a great location. This was my first time booking with Sykes (previously via booking app), it was recommended by family as they also offer add-ons such as free cancellation & insurance etc, which gave me piece of mind especially when booking months before the holiday date. I will now continue to book with Sykes as they provide a great service & communication in the lead up to the holiday.

Excellent property, warm, comfortable and well equipped in a great location very close to the amazing beaches of Rhosneigr.

The property was lovely and clean.

The layout on one level was perfect and my 2 year old grand- daughter loved exploring and playing in the enclosed garden. The kitchen had everything we needed and all appliances were easy to operate. I loved the proximity to the beach and it was beautiful. We also walked into the village which was not very far. I have been to Rosneigh before but found that it was hard to find somewhere to park so the location of this property was brilliant. The driveway easily fit mine and my son's car, although do mind the white bollard! From start to finish we all had an amazing weekend and would definitely recommend to others.

The single storey house works really well for our multi-generational family. The driveway is easily big enough for two cars. The back garden is enclosed. There was plenty of hot water in the two showers, even when used at the same time. Comfortable beds. A good sized and well-equipped kitchen. Decent sized dining table with plenty of access room around it. No problems with the Internet, we could comfortably stream Netflix and sky sports. The only small issue, is that the sofas are a little cosy for 5 adult sized people but we didn't mind squashing in. The welcome pack was gratefully received and we appreciated the 3pm check in. Thank you.

We have stayed at Jacuma several times over the last couple of years.

So we are quite familiar with the property and what we can expect. We were a little disappointed this time as some things were not quite upto the usual high standard. On arrival there was a distinct smell of dog in the lounge area. Our first step was to open all the windows. We found one of the window catches was broken, and the handle left on the window sill. We were able to open the other windows in the lounge, diner and kitchen. I also bought a small air freshener that helped. There had never been any smell previously. There was also a problem with the fridge, it was covered in a thick coat of ice, which kept thawing and pooling on the shelves and the kitchen floor. The beautiful Hydrangeas have grown over the path making it very difficult for me to get to the garden. Carrying drinks out was also difficult. I also suggeated previously that a rubber slip mat is required in the main bathroom but there still isn't one and that is a safety issue. Having pointed out these negative issues I want to make it clear that I still love this property and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable and very well equipped property. The issues I have mentioned didn't stop us from having a fantastic holiday. We are most disappointed that we were unable to book it for the dates we wanted next year. I think perhaps the lounge carpet may need a wash and perhaps the sofas need a clean to get rid of the dog odour. The beds are very comfortable. We look forward to the next time we can book Jacuma.

Just back from a really lovely week at Jacuma.

We are a family of 5 ranging from age 10 to 85 and it had everything we could possibly need. A perfect location for Broad beach (and kite flying) in one direction and the shops in the other. We were very fortunate with the weather but the DVDs and games provided were still very welcome - the Wii and vast selection of games available was a huge surprise (thank you). Also the milk and wine on arrival were much appreciated. The lovely enclosed garden was perfect for our dog, we sat in the sun on a few occasions and I even got some washing done and dried! We wouldn’t hesitate to return to Jacuma again as it had everything for a wonderful family holiday.

Lovely bungalow nice garden.

Very comfy beds and nicely furnished. Just minutes from the beach. Messaged with problem with internet and owner Richard sorted it straight away. Would recommend it for a relaxed holiday. Plenty of amenities just a short walk away. Would return for another holiday.

This our second stay at jacuma a nice comfortable place to stay well equipped and a great location

In giving feedback, I'm really aware that I could be making it more difficult for me to book in the futue for ourselves.

This was our 3rd visit to Jacuma and we have a future visit booked for August 25. It's perfect for my husband and I. I have mobility difficulties so the bungalow makes getting about so easy. Everything is on one level and the shower room is ideal for me, whilst my husband uses the overbath shower. The Kitchen is very well equipped, and the levazza coffee machine means I don't have to go without a decent coffee. It is very comfortable, even with 4 adults, 1 teen and 1 younger child it is comfortable and not cramped. There is a washing machine although I haven't needed to use it. It's nice that they greet you with a few bits and bobs like Wine, cakes, milk so you can get a drink when you rock up. The bungalow is set on a very quiet residential estate and has off road parking. It is a short walk to the centre and to the beach. There is a small shop just on the main street a few minutes walk away. and it isn't too far to the nearest Supermarket. There are a few eateries within walking distance including Pizza shop, Fish and Chips. We usually visit some very nice restaurants. No where is too far away on Anglesey. The Description on the site is accurate. Looking forward to our next trip.

We LOVED our short stay at Jacuma even though we picked a lousy weekend!

It's very well placed and was lovely and clean. Two bathrooms is a big bonus and the shower was great - really strong pressure. The little doggy treats were a welcome bonus. The only downside was the mattress on the single bed in the room with the bunk beds - it was noisy and uncomfortable. Everything else was a definite 10/10 from us and we would certainly stay there again.

The bungalow is in a fantastic spot in Rhosneigr with close access to the beautiful beaches and village centre.

It is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The garden is lovely and a real sun trap. We had amazing weather! We couldnt fault the accommodation it had everything we needed. We visit Rhosneigr quite often and never want to leave, it's a special place. Thank you for a lovely holiday & the welcome pack, much appreciated. Our dog Duncan had the best time too xxx

Hello, We had a wonderful stay at Jacuma lovely and clean property with good size bedrooms.

The welcome pack was much appreciated, as was the large suntrap garden. The beach was a 2 minute walk away, shops about 4 mins away. Our old dog loved being able to chill in the garden. I like to watch the birds so put some seed out under the big Yucca type tree and it was lovely seeing all the different types of birds. It was great watching the planes in Rhosneigr made my week. Hope to be back soon. Thank you

We have stayed here before and loved it so we booked again - it felt fresher this time and the big positive was the EI-if upgrade so the kids were happy and I think there was a new smart TV as well

Everything was about the house was great and for us it was perfect.

The only thing that may upset some was that the wifi went out at least a couple of times a day. Lovely position, lovely garden and super house, thanks.

Lovely stay at Jacuma.

Very comfortable, quiet, close to the beach and all amenities. The Wi-Fi was poor and we lost it half way through the week. Some damp in the shower room. Other than those issues a very comfortable stay and would recommend.

We had a fabulous stay at Jacuma, everything was spot on.

Lovely enclosed back garden for our pooch to run around whilst we enjoyed the bbq.

Well situated everything you need on the doorstep and the bungalow was well equipped and comfortable would highly recommend

The bed was super comfy. If we had to pick fault, it would be that there was a musty smell in the kitchen cupboards, but this did deter from an enjoyable stay.

Jacuma is a lovely property, it's well equipped and had all we needed for our break.

It is clean and very comfortable. The gated garden was ideal for the kids to play in safely. The coffee pods are a life saver for me. I brought some but got the wrong type. The wifi needed resetting every evening. A non slip mat for the bath would also be a help. We would highly recommend Jacuma but fear the competition for booking un future. We have stayed here a couple of times as a couple and also with family, suitable for everyone in my opinion. The separate shower room suits my needs too. A perfect base for getting out and about Anglesey. We hope to visit Jacuma again.

The location was great for us as it was so close to the Anglesey Race Circuit which we were visiting and the Oyster Catcher was only a few minutes down the road.

We did spot a little beach within walking distance but didn’t have time to go. The property is relaxed and spacious and as a family of 5 we’d definitely stay again.

Stayed here 2 times now and will be back.

A great location and well equipped place overall.

The Wi-Fi was poor as often devices could not connect or it could not cope with multiple devices. As such, the Wi-Fi was well below any other property we have booked and with two teenagers they complained a lot. Also, the Freesat Tv box struggled to connect to the Wi-Fi several times and had error messages when it was turned on so the property would benefit from proper Wi-Fi and a smart TV. I did leave a message on the contact number about the Wi-Fi but no one came back to me.

The property was fabulous thankyou.

The little extras that were left was a really nice touch thank you again. The only thing one of the bedside lights didn't work in the main bedroom and we struggled with hot water. So bath and shower at times were cold. Otherwise we had an excellent time and would definitely like to go again. I celebrated my 70th birthday there with my children and grandchildren. Six in all and they all had a super time.

Had a lovely holiday, if I had to pick fault the bathroom with a bath is a bit tatty and the shower hose had alot of black in it, toilet seat is rusty.

valance on double bed had a lot of dog hair on, must have been from previous guests as our dog doesn’t shed any hair. These things wouldn’t put me off staying again I just thought I would mention them.
