Second time staying here, we love it.

The cottage has everything you need. We absolutely love the outside area, great to watch the planes from. Really comfy home from home. Welcome pack is a really nice touch. I'm sure we'll be back next year

Drain at back of the property flooded and smelled, door locks very stiff to unlock nearly broke the keys, light in main bedroom flickering like a disco, 4th step up very lose, the rocking chairs upstairs unsuitably, no cooking trays, teapot broke spout before we arrived, bunk beds need replacing as every time someone move the whole beds would shake, table upstairs the chairs need checking cause 1 was wobbly, not really suitable for disabled people nor dogs specially the stairs and no garden, we really did enjoy our stay the views was fantastic the beach was great, seeing the planes take off and land was fantastic to watch

The general standard of accommodation is good , clean and comfortable. Would happily return as we really enjoyed our stay .

The house was amazing!

Even having 2 dogs, we felt there was amples of room to move around. The views were stunning, so close to the shops and beach too, would certainly recommend.

Lovely comfortable property in a great location.

We enjoyed the upside down living and sitting on the balcony and watching activities on the beach/sea. It was great with those steep stairs that you had a baby gate at the top to slow our dog down - definitely will be visiting again.

We absolutely loved this property.

The layout was fab and the balcony is a great asset to the place. It was a little bit shabby but that didn't stop us sitting out and enjoying the views and the sunshine. Bed was comfy, everything was lovely and clean. Handy position for the beach, local bar and restaurant. Would love to return in the future

We really liked the place.

It was cosy and just what we were looking for near the beach. Loved the roof terrace when the sun came out. It was great it was so central. The front hall flooring as you entered did let it down a bit as there is signs of wear and tear. When it rained the water came through the letter box soaking the place. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Particularly the bunk mattresses. Throughout there is some need for some tlc eg some exterior cleaning and replacements of things like rusty handles etc.

Bonus the amazing weather, all week Such a fabulous House A couple of hundred yards from the beach. Perfect location. Right in the centre of Rhosneigr with many lovely places for breakfast lunch and evening meals. The balcony is perfect for relaxing and looking at the sea, jets, boats and people watching. Wonderful views from the lounge and dining area. Perfectly furnished and decorated. Comfy beds Fabulous shower in the shower room Welcome pack is a lovely touch. Can’t wait time my next stay, in fact I’m counting down.

Our visit to Victoria House was excellent.

Couldn’t fault it in any way. It is a very warm, welcoming place, really clean and well equipped with a lovely view from the sitting room and balcony of the sea. You get some incredible sunsets from there. It has lovely facilities and two bathrooms to use which is always a bonus. All the facilities are nearby for a seaside holiday. Shops and restaurants are very handy. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Having stayed there a few times before, we cannot recommend it highly enough.

What a gem of a house right in the centre of Rhosneigr Village - just a minute’s walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, shops and cafes!

From inside as well as outside on the balcony, there are gorgeous views over the sea and evening sunsets. We liked that the open plan living area is upstairs to make maximum use of the views. The house is really comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything you need and the host left a lovely welcome package of wine, cakes & milk for us. The 2 spacious bathrooms are really useful. We will definitely be back again as it’s a great base to explore the area.

Lovely cosy home with a wonderful relaxing deck with beach views.

Accommodation was spot on, very clean and everything you need for a break away. Perfect location for strolls around Rhosneigr , our favourite place for over forty years! Only slight issue was parking, a couple of locals were a bit sniffy about where we parked around the corner and actively angled their cars to block us returning there for the rest of our stay. Further down the road where we ended up parking the people were lovely and very chatty , hey ho you can’t win em all ! We hope to return and soon.

Owner very helpful. Would highly recommend it and would certainly stay there again.

It’s a wonderful house, amazing sunset views from the outside deck, great location, clean comfortable with great facilities, The stairs were much more awkward/steeper than we expecting even though that was flagged.

Communication with the booking agents to change dates was really poor though. We would definitely visit again.

This was an amazing little cottage.

The balcony sold it for me . So nice to sit outside in the sun and overlook the sea . Facilities in the cottage were fine . My husband did not like it that there was no coffee caffeteirre . However there was some kind of coffee thing. (I ain’t a coffee person ) . The staff failed to provide enough towels for 6 guests . However this was raised and Skye’s gave us a small refund. I would stay here again and would highly recommend it . Nice location .

We could not get radio or BBC 1 or BBC2 on the television.

- No signal Also we think the batteries in the remote could have needed changing. Disappointed that there wasn't a welcome pack as advertised. On reading guest comments many other thanked the owner for the generous welcome pack !! The sink in the bathroom was virtually blocked. Best feature was the balcony with the lovely views.

Very convenient main street.

location and a very short walk for the beach, bars and shops. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms and bright airy living room space with lovely views.... Unpacked the car at the front of the cottage then parked by the public carpark which was 2 mins walk away....overall a great stay

Place was dirty, not just stained but actually dirty - cutlery, cups, toaster, microwave to the point that we had bought food to cook and took it home as wouldn't use the kitchen.

Carpet on stairs filthy and badly fitted coming away at end of stairs dangerous given how steep stairs were - fraying at bottom too. Two people couldn't sit settee at same time to watch tv as soil pipe in the way so had to pull settee out to be used. BBC channels don't work properly - this has been given as feedback by previous guests. Parking is difficult and expensive - not as advertised (even taking into consideration time of year) . Windows filthy inside dogs nose kids hands clearly visible. Front door rusty and looks very unattractive although works ok. Bathroom showers acceptable. Toilet had not been cleaned properly in the room to the left as you walk in and seat was loose. Windowsills dirty - not just form them being open for a few minutes before our arrival - overall just uncomfortable to stay in due to lack of cleanliness. Felt like the cleaners had gone in and looked to see what they could get away with. Glasses in cupboards greasy some had food stuck on - kettle has food splatter on side as did sink in kitchen and large bathroom had grime in sink. Beds comfy and bed linen smelt clean thankfully. We had a fabulous time in Rhosneigr and didn't let the accommodation spoil our short break but very overpriced for what you get. Would not recommend.
