    “The property was presented well and is located in a good position for the promenade and a 15 minute walk to Rhos to the east and Penrhyn area to the west.”

    Bus stops are a couple of minutes away, especially handy for the no.12 Rhyl to Llandudno service which is every 12 minutes. The house is comfortable and suitable for a multi - generation holiday with type of rooms, range of ensuites, bath/shower rooms, sinks in some bedrooms, and a very handy downstairs toilet/utility room. There are constant reminders throughout the house that you are at the seaside, especially in glimpses of the sea from various points and in the dressing of the house. Contact ...

The biggest compliment we can give the house and its presentation is that every single one of us would be happy to return to Meadway.

The property

Meadway House is a superb, detached cottage set a short stroll from the coast in Rhos-on-Sea, North Wales.

The cottage has five bedrooms, two of which have en-suites, two a first floor family bathroom, a shower room and a WC in the utility on the ground floor.

The property can sleep up to 12 people in total.

There is also a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area, a sitting room with a sofa bed and a woodburner, plus a first floor games room with a football table and a sofa bed if required.

Outside, there is off road parking for two cars along with an enclosed patio garden area with furniture.

Just a short stroll from Meadway House will bring you to the coast, the small family-friendly sandy beach, the promenade and the excellent coastal cycle route.
