Meadway House

Lovely house with exceptionally large rooms.

Secluded garden with large hedges all round. Amazing little extras. So close to sea front yet very quiet location. Will definitely go again.

The property was presented well and is located in a good position for the promenade and a 15 minute walk to Rhos to the east and Penrhyn area to the west.

Bus stops are a couple of minutes away, especially handy for the no.12 Rhyl to Llandudno service which is every 12 minutes. The house is comfortable and suitable for a multi - generation holiday with type of rooms, range of ensuites, bath/shower rooms, sinks in some bedrooms, and a very handy downstairs toilet/utility room. There are constant reminders throughout the house that you are at the seaside, especially in glimpses of the sea from various points and in the dressing of the house. Contact with Joanne the owner was good throughout and she was able to address any issues or questions raised. The biggest compliment we can give the house and its presentation is that every single one of us would be happy to return to Meadway.

We had a lovely time staying at this comfortable holiday home and it had everything we needed.

The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms for our large party, which included 4 very small children. The enclosed garden was lovely with a large outdoor table which we were able to eat at given the excellent weather. It was in an excellent position being so near to the prom and the town. It would have been nice to have a mirror in the downstairs bedroom but we borrowed a portable one from an upstairs bedroom and there were no pizza trays in the kitchen which would have been handy (I had brought one as I've found most self catering homes don't have them either) We would definitely recommend this accommodation and would book this house again if we return to Rhos on Sea in the future.

Our 5th time here and it is perfectly placed for a fab holiday.

Everything you could want for.

May 26 Where do I start , this house is a gem the owners have provided everything you need the house was spotless, beds really comfy,well equipped games room this house is large with plenty of room for large family groups with the added bonus of a downstairs bedroom , within 2 minutes you are on the sea front plenty of shops nearby rhos as got a beautiful beach plenty of sand for children, i would recommend this property for your stay nice peaceful area but within reach of Llandudno by bus , our whole mixed age family have loved staying here .

Beautiful house with everything you will need for a break, TV fire stick, games room is amazing, the location is perfect, with lot’s of places less than 30 mins drive

Couldn’t fault it, great family house, comfy, home from home, quiet spot, but close to amenities.

Comfy beds. Gorgeous log fire and the big bath was fab. The younger kids loved the gaming room and enjoyed playing hide and seek in all the rooms.

A great place to stay with the extended family.

Lots of space to move around and the kitchen was well stocked with everything necessary for feeding us all. The heating worked well which was necessary for our January stay. We also loved the seaside theme throughout the house. The games room was a hit with all ages! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely weekend at Meadway House.

The house was perfect for our families needs and we were all accommodated comfortably. The beds were all comfortable, everything we needed was available and communication with the owner was excellent. The games room was great and we spent a lot of family time in there. Everyone from 3-75 used this room. We would definitely like to return to Meadway House.

We’ve just returned from our fifth Christmas in Rhos on Sea, and our third stay at Meadway House.

We absolutely love this property, and have already booked to return this year. It’s a lovely walk along the sea front into Rhos on Sea, with a great selection of cafes, shops and restaurants. The house itself is perfect for a large group of family or friends. The downstairs en-suite bedroom is really handy, with enough space, showers and bathrooms for everyone. Can’t wait to go back.

Everything was fantastic

The house was perfect for our family break away to celebrate a 70th birthday.

The host sent very detailed information before the trip about the house and surrounding area which made it easier for us to plan in advance. The house was clean, spacious and had everything you could need in the kitchen. Enough space on the driveway to squeeze 3 cars on, along with parking on the road outside the house. Beach front around the corner, with great walks in either direction. We would definitely consider booking this house again for family breaks away.

This is the second time we've stayed at Meadway House which proves how much we love it!

We are a group of friends and the house has everything we could possibly need to enjoy some time together. It's clean, comfortable, more than fully equipped and is in a great location for local shops, cafes and pubs and very near the prom for lovely walks. We'll be back!!

All in all a wonderful week at Meadway House.

We were a group of 10 for 2 nights and then down to 4 for 5 nights, celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary. We loved the seaside theme, the spaciousness of the house, all the bathrooms and the fact it was so well equipped. It was also very clean.The beds were very comfortable and we all enjoyed the games room. We also enjoyed sitting in the garden. The owners had really thought about everything to make our stay so enjoyable. Meadway is just round the corner from the promenade, an easy walk into Rhos on Sea centre and quick drive to Llandudno. We visited The Toad for a meal and that was excellent but make sure you book. We were sad to leave this wonderful house. Thank you for letting us stay at Meadway House we certainly made more memories with our family.

Meadway House gave us everything we need for a family holiday and more.

Fully equipped and spacious. The games room was a real winner particularly the retro games machine. The patio with large table seating 12 was well used as was the BBQ. The good weather helped, A stones throw from the sea and just a 10/15 minute walk down to the Rhos on Sea town centre and beach. Lovely welcome pack. All in all a 5 star property. Would certainly return here if we holiday in this area.

Good Well positioned house great location close to sea, nice main bathroom nice kitchen, 2 fridges on site good welcome pack, milk tea coffee etc supplied nice games room, good parking Bad Cobwebs in downstairs bedroom on suite sink clogged from previous occupancy, furniture dated possibly 1950s in places, limited WiFi upstairs.

This is our third time at Meadway and it gets better and better each time.

Plenty of room for a large group with enough bathrooms for everyone. Fully equipt with all necessities. The second fridge in the utility room comes in very handy has a drinks fridge. Excellent patio area with a very large outside patio set.

Had a wonderful stay at Meadway with all the family.

Lovely big rooms and plenty of space for everyone. The beds were soooo comfortable. The house is conveniently placed for lots of activities from walking on the beach, lunch/dinner in restaurants, watching the seals or going to the zoo. We would definitely recommend and would certainly come back, in fact the grandchildren didn’t want to go home!

We all had a great holiday at Meadway House, the house is amazing, so much space, my six year old granddaughter didn’t want to leave.

The house is so well equipped everything you need for a self catering holiday. It is in a great location, you can walk down into Rhos on sea in about 10mins, the sea front is just lovely a lot of money has been spent there. It’s just minutes away in the car, from the Zoo, Llandudno, Conwy and Gwrych castle from I’m a celebrity get me out of here. Thank you Joanne for sharing this wonderful house. Ps we have also stayed in Roma across the road, also owned by Joanne, another great well equipped property, slightly smaller if you don’t need all the space Meadway House offers. We will definitely return to either of these houses, we all love Rhos on sea.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at Meadway House.

We are 5 friends (1 couldn't make it) so we had so much room to spread out with a bedroom each. The house has all the facilities you could wish for plus it was so comfy. It's location is just a stones throw from the prom and a lovely walk into the centre with it's cafes, shops & pubs. A walk the other way along the prom brought us to The Beach Café, a new discovery for us but it has been there many years! A fantastic weekend away, wish it had been longer. Meadway House and it's location was perfect for us as a group of friends but is also ideally suited to families. Hoping to be back next autumn four our annual trip to Rhos on Sea.

A lovely large house just off the promenade.

Well stocked with essentials and a great games room. We all fitted very easily into the spacious and social loung. Very well positioned to see the local attractions like Llandudno and Conwy Castle. Our only problem was with the bins! Not the owners fault but the previous occupants left the bins stuffed to capacity. The Welsh system with several bins for different waste items was somewhat confusing for us - used to only two bins. Overall, a great property in a good area. We enjoyed our stay.

The host was very generous, leaving a cake for us. The property was spotless, the beds super comfortable, and a hop skip and a jump away from big skies, coastal walks and the beach. Perfect!

We had a lovely holiday here, all 9 of us.

the house was huge and the games room was the Children's favourite part. The sea is just over the road for daily dog walks and treasure hunting. Plus sea views from several windows. We had an issue with the washing machine and the owners were very responsive. This is the 1st holiday house that everyone has requested to go back to!

The cottage catered for all needs. Very comfy and plenty of space - there were 11 of us there and we never felt like we were under each other's feet! Would highly recommend!

Loved our stay with family at Meadway house.

Games room was a great plus, the kids loved it! Plenty of space and number of loos/showers… made getting ready in a morning for 6 adults, 2 kids and a baby a lot quicker/easier. Nice, quiet area…would defo recommend, only a 10min walk into Rhos-on-Sea. Lots of fab recommendations also left by the owner of things to do. Thanks for having us!

Stayed in the Medway house twice now and wasn't disappointed the second time.

Excellent facilities, the outside patio area is a bonus especially when the sun is out. All bedrooms are well equipped and the two ensuite and two bathrooms make it so much easier with 9 people staying. Beautiful position right on Marine Drive and a lovely walk into Rhos on Sea. Will be booking again.

This was a fantastic house, it caters for big groups,with lots of plates glasses etc.

the front room and dining room were big enough to comfortably fit our 12 strong party, with high chairs in the kitchen and dining room if required and travel cot. The games room was fantastic with darts, football table, retro games machine and lots of other entertainment, we had lots of fun in this room. The extra pull out bed was sturdy and comfortable. The bathrooms were all very well maintained. Big hallway and porch. Lovely log burner for winter months. Secure garden for kids and pets. A really big table and plenty of chairs out side which we made use of. Very short walk to the promenade, which was about 15 mins walk to the town centre beach etc. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay I would highly recommend

Lovely large home close to the sea and suited 4 generations.

lots of hot water and facilities. Beds comfy, and plenty of cups, plates, glasses etc. Huge dining room and enormous lounge, with plenty of seating. There were 11 of us staying and the house was perfect for us. The games room certainly a hit too with the 8 year old!! Outside space was brilliant to have some time chatting together and a few drinks. Lots of pans etc to self cater, and appliances too. All bed linen, towels and tea towels provided. It was great value for money. We were able to park 2 large cars and a mini off road. Very close to the beach and a short stroll to the huge sandy beaches, where one beach you could take dogs. We walked everywhere, local shops near by and we went to Hickory's for breakfast one morning, and had a take away one evening. Loads of information provided by the owners and communication prior to staying at Meadway was excellent. Everyone had a wonderful time.

My only criticism is that it needs just a bit of updating, especially the lounge. Saying that my family of 13 had a brilliant weekend.

Comfort is only one down because i found the beds too soft but that is just preference!

Meadway House was fabulous.

It had everything we needed for our break for 5 adults and 7 children. The children enjoyed all the space and especially the games room. The enclosed garden was great for the little ones. It was very clean and even had some goodies for our arrival. It was home from home and I will be definitely be recommending to family and friends. We would all like to return soon. What can I say other than absolutely perfect and Location is spot on very easy access to Rhos on Sea, Llandudno, Conwy, and Colwyn Bay.

We have been coming to wales for years and meadway is by far the best house we have stayed at as a large family. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can think of, with plenty of bowls, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery and utensils. there are plenty of bathrooms doted about, beds are comfortable. Very spacious and amazing for a large families. It’s definitely a home from home vibe. The games room is a fabulous added bonus and was throughly enjoyed by all the family. Garden is lovely, and is secure. We will be booking again and can’t wait to return.

What a wonderful house.

Location is perfect right off the sea front . House is comfortably furnished and there is loads of space. Also a big plus for families is all the kitchen utensils, sounds silly but is really helpful. The games room was a big hit with everyone and we all loved the retro games. House was warm and cosy and there were plenty of bathrooms dotted about . It was also good there was a bedroom and en-suite downstairs for anyone with mobility issues.

We had grandparents and older children (late teens/early twenties) on our holiday and this house catered for everyone!

Lovely and warm and comfortable; super clean and had absolutely everything we needed and more! Really well stocked with basics for our arrival by generous owner. Games room was best we’ve seen and kids enjoyed darts and wii. But there was plenty of space for us all to sit together as well. Really dog friendly with nice secure back garden and great walks along the front to the beach. House is in a brilliant location and Rhos on Sea a hidden gem. All agreed we will return. This house wanted for nothing and we loved it!

Great location and a very well equipped holiday house.

The property was warm and cosy, nicely furnished and was perfect for our new year's getaway with friends. The kids were kept entertained in the games room and the large lounge and dining room perfect for our party of 11.

This was our second visit to Meadway House and it was great to be back.

The layout of the house suited us all perfectly. We loved having big meals together in the dining room and the games room was a great space for the kids. The walk from the house into Rhos on Sea is my favourite thing about this house. Straight along the sea with amazing views and you’re on a gorgeous beach and lots of shops, takeaways and a handy Co op. We also followed the owner’s advice and walked to Angel Bay on Boxing Day to see the seals. Such a highlight. Will definitely be back.

Our only comment really is that nowadays we are all used to king sized beds, when you do change it might be worth considering these especially as one of us actually fell out of theirs one night

Meadway House provides spacious accommodation that caters for young and old.

The ground floor bedroom is ideal for those with mobility issues. Catering facilities are excellent and everything is of a very high standard. The large well equipped games room was enjoyed by all and would be especially useful if the weather is inclement. The owners were quick and helpful when responding to any questions and the welcome pack was a pleasant surprise.

We all had a great time, property was well located, clean and had everything we needed.

Wonderful spacious house, clean and well equipped and great location.

Games room was thoroughly enjoyed by younger members of our family. When we inadvertently locked ourselves out, Joanne was very helpful and sent somebody round with a spare key. A fabulous property which helped us have a superb holiday, thankyou.

OK overall, some dishwasher tablets and a couple of "basics" in the cupboard is usually helpful.

Meadway House is a lovely, spacious, welcoming base for a trip to the delightful North Wales coast.

It’s in a great location in a quiet residential street, just seconds away from the sea and a ten minute stroll along the prom takes you to the lovely sandy beach. The house offers everything you could want and more and I can’t wait to return in a few months’ time.

This was our second stay at Meadway and equally as enjoyable as the first.

The weather was not so good but the playroom was well used by our grand children. The sittingroom is just a great space to relax in and do jigsaws. Easter bunny made a visit and we all enjoyed ourselves especially a walk from the nature reserve to Conwy Castle.

What a wonderful house.

Loads of space , well equipped.. the kids loved the game room. Comfortable and the supply of basic foods ,milk , tea coffee etc and the cake was appreciated. Situated in a lovely area with easy access to North Wales and Anglesey. We only stayed 4 days . Next time we aim for a longer stay. We had a great family holiday

Great location and a lovely house which was comfortable and very well equipped.

Bit of a stretch for two cars to fit in the driveway though unless they are very small. Would be very happy to stay here again.

The quality of the furnishings were lovely.

However, the only fault with the property was the cleanliness. Basically, it did not look like it had been cleaned in a very long time. I do have photographs to support this. we stay in many cottages and always pay the extra for top quality and cleansing. This property fell well below this.

The house is stunning with plenty of space and great facilities, we really enjoyed the games room! The location is fantastic only a short walk into the main part of Rhos on Sea and a short drive to tons of attractions. It is also extremely close to the number 12 bus route; which are around ever 15 minutes and takes you from Rhyl to Llandudno. A brilliant place to stay we will hopefully return soon!

WOW!

I could not fault Meadway House. There were 11 of us plus a dog and it definitely meet our needs. The downstairs bedroom and ensuite was great for the old'uns and the games rooms was perfect for the young'uns and not so young'uns (space invaders and PAC Man). The kitchen area and patio were excellent. We were very lucky with the weather and spent most of the evenings soaking up the sun. An amazing house in a beautiful part of Wales. Make sure you check out the sun's sets.

We love this house and where it is.

It has everything you need. The only thing we don’t like is the big sofa bed in the front room you can’t really sit on it because the big cushions constantly slip off and being a family if 12 we all like to sit together but no one wants to sit on that sofa it’s so uncomfortable all the other sofas are fine but the big one is quite bad really .

All round an excellent property.

Clean, tidy, spacious and very well equipped. It is perfect for a large gathering. We rented Meadway House for a family occasion - 10 of us altogether covering 3 generations - and it never once felt overcrowded. The games room was a massive hit with the children. The house is well located close to the promenade, which provides a very pleasant walk along the coast into the centre of Rhos on Sea.

We originally booked this house back in 2019, and due to the pandemic our booking was postponed 3 times!

so we were very pleased to finally have our holiday. There was a total of 9 of us staying in the house 3 of them being children, we hardly saw them as they spent most of their time in the play room, which was a god send. The boys loved their little bedroom attached to mum and dads room. Everything was just amazing!! Our favourite rooms were the dining room, were we were all able to sit together and eat, and the sitting room, again enough room for us all to sit and chill and spend time together. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful place. Thank you!!!

Where do I start.

....an excellent very spacious well equipped house. Everything there to accommodate 11 people & a child. Even a games room!! The coast road was literally 2 houses away.... would recommend this house to anyone & everyone. The owner Joanne, sent a very informative email with places of interest to visit etc. We had a welcome pack of milk tea Welsh Oatcakes etc too. Lovely paved back garden with seating. There isn't anything negative about this property, location or amenities.

Great holiday home.

Stayed here a few weeks ago for my mums 70th birthday celebrations. 3 families; 7 adults and 3 kids. Rooms are huge. Games room was awesome (especially the arcade game). Would highly recommend.

It's a lovely place to stay and only a couple of miles to Llandudno.

A beautiful house for a large family, everyone enjoyed their stay, plenty of room for everyone.

The house is situated just off the promenade at Rhos and in a lovely residential area, walking is excellent along the promenade and into Rhos which is what we were looking for as we had our mum with us and she could manage the flat surface.

The house is ideally situated for visits to National Trust and our niece went to the Zip World Quarry which was an experience.

The house was very spacious for 9 people.

It was very well equipped everything you would need in a house. I have stayed in lots of houses over the years and this was the first with an iron and a hair dryer. Very clean too. Also they supply 2 towels to every person never had this before so i think they go above and beyond what is expected. Highly recommend this house.

Lovely big house with plenty of room for us all. Excellent facilities and a great base for exploring Conwy, llandudno, Betws y Coed etc. Would'nt hesitate to book again.

The house was comfy and roomy.

The games room and all the bathrooms/en suites were great. Plenty of cups/glasses, plates, dishss, etc but couldn't find oven trays but used grill tray so wasn't a problem. Great walks nearby and a few pubs near too. Llandudno not far in the car either. The milk & cake were a nice welcome. Definitely will be returning.

We had a family holiday here, the house was perfect, great location, and plenty of room for us all.

It was really well equipped and we found everything we needed. We would not hesitate to book and go there again.. In fact we already plan to. One note and this is not a criticism I chose this house partly for the downstairs bedroom as one of the guest has limited mobility and a grab handle in the shower would have been really helpful. Like I say no criticism as the house was not advertised as suitable for disabled., and we managed without it. Alll I can say is I highly recommend Meadway House.

Had a lovely relaxing few days away at Meadway House.

The property was very well equipped although the Cleaners had failed to provide enough hand soap and hand towels for our party of 4. Until we went shopping we had to go upstairs to the main bathroom or bring them downstairs to the utility room (my in-laws are elderly and could not manage the stairs several times a day. They did find the mattresses were uncomfortable and the step down from the patio doors was only manageable with help. Maybe a step could be installed? We could not find an outside light for the rear patio to keep an eye on our dog during his late night excursions! However these issues did not spoil our break and we would recommend a stay at Meadway and hope to return in 2021.

This is a lovely house which meets all the expectations you are likely to want.

Meadway House had everything you would want for a very comfortable stay.

They had thought of everything, whether you're staying in or wanting to have a picnic outside. The game room was fantastic, and brought out the competitiveness of most adults in our group. There's plenty of space to cater for both young and old in the group. I would definitely return and stay in Meadway House

As a large family of children with different ages we really enjoyed this spacious, beautifully decorated, super equipped, tip-top clean house and garden, nearly across the road of the North Welch seaside with its mountain bays from both sides with a local Co-op grocery (about 15 min.

walk) and a huge shopping center with all major stores in Llundudno which is only a 10 min. drive away. We had fantastic walks on top of little and great Ormes and a bit further to the penmaenmawr beach. It was a excellent experience for all of us!!!

Fantastic house, loads of room, clean, excellent location and plenty of things to keep you entertained!

Meadway is a large well equipped and very cosy house.

The owners made us feel very welcome. The house is in a good location for touring North Wales and the local shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. We would not hesitate in staying at Meadway in the future. G and J Sugden and family.

This house is perfect for bigger groups and so close to the sea with views from some of the upstairs windows.

Everything you need plus more. We were a group of 3 generations and we all.had a lovely time.

Very roomy house and something for all ages.

Quiet area and easy walk to Rhos on Sea town centre along sea front. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants. The Welsh Mountain Zoo was nearby and we spent a day there. Walked to the Little Orme to see the seals at Angel Bay. We were very lucky to have had wonderful weather. A great time was had by all. Many thanks.

We had a great stay at Meadway House.

The house was very well equipped and the owners had thought about everything to ensure a great stay. We all really enjoyed the games room and could have spent hours in there. There is a lovely area to sit out in but we did not use it as the weather was not hot enough, there was also a barbeque which we did not use. The house is situated in a great spot, so close to the sea. We spent most of the days out but was lovely to return to this lovely house and relax in the evenings. Our Grandchildren loved it at Angel Bay watching the seals in the sea. This is a perfect holiday home with so many things to do within an hours drive from it. We would highly recommend Meadway House and we hope to return again soon.

We had a great time staying in Meadway House.

The facilities were great and enjoyed our stay. Our only quibble would be that the dryer was not very efficient & the dish washer needs the filter cleaned. Otherwise a great location & beautiful house.

Fantastic weekend away with the family and dog which ticked all our boxes.

Wonderful location, great local walks and close by beach, shops and pubs. The house was ideal for a large group of various ages,with a well equipped kitchen, large dining room, comfortable couches and bathrooms for everyone . Everything was thought of, plenty of local information, towels, bedding, tea, coffee and even cake ! We loved the wood burner and the games room was an added bonus. From the moment we made the booking Joanne kept us fully informed and was extremely helpful. We will definitely return and would highly recommend.

MEADWAY HOUSE is a light airy well equipped property with a homely feel.

The games room is a great facility for keeping kids, big & small entertained. It is in a good location for accessing Llandudno by car and short walk into Ross itself. The perfect place for a family gathering and we would love to be able to revisit it again.

Communication from Joanne prior to the holiday was excellent. When we arrived the house was warm, welcoming and spotless. Prosecco and mince pies for New Years celebrations and milk for a welcoming cuppa. All the age groups had a really great time with plenty of fresh sea air and beach walks just around the corner. Fabulous location and the games room was a real hit. We would love to visit again.

All amenities were available and plentiful with a more than adequate amount of space to make us comfortable.

Our family of 3 generations (11 people) celebrated two birthdays over the weekend at Meadway House and loved every minute of it.

The house was immaculate and perfect. So close to the sea, easy walking distance to Rhos and a short car ride to Llandudno. Everything was handled very professionally from the booking to text messages from the owner prior to our arrival at the house. Our 3 year old grandsons were very at home with all the space the house provided. The sports room gave us all lots of fun and being able to all sit around the dining table for meals was a huge bonus. The weekend passed so quickly due to how comfortable we all felt. I will definitely consider rebooking when another occasion requires this type of accommodation.

WOW, the house was fantastic, from start to sadly leaving.

The location was great being so close to the sea and only a short, enjoyable walk to Rhos on sea, to the shops and pubs. The kids (and the bigger kids) loved it, especially the games room. The house is huge, great to eat and relax together, my only moan is that we could not light the log burner(I was so looking forward to this!) as the weather was so good! Thanks for helping me celebrate my 50th, a huge success x

Great house with everything you need.

Best holiday I’ve had with Ben my dog!! Lots of places to visit without driving. Beach walks every morning including performing seals. Will definitely book again. Loved it!!

Meadway House is exactly as pictured and described with large spacious rooms.

We had 3 generations of family ranging in age from 3 to 60 and there was plenty of space for all. The kitchen especially is really well equipped and lovely touch of cake and milk left in fridge for us. The games room was well used by all and is a great feature of this property. Full of boxed games as well as the bigger things and plenty for adults and children alike. The house is literally just off the seafront and a 10-15 walk to the centre of Rhos-on-Sea where there are shops, cafes, pubs, kids play area and paddling pool. Just 8 minutes drive to Llandudno and 10 minutes to Welsh Mountain Zoo. Would definitely recommend Meadway House and would return ourselves.

The house is lovely.

Plenty of space. We were supposed to be 12 but ended up with just 10. So we were able to spread out. The games room was well used and because there were so many bathroom/toilets no one had to wait. I think we would diffenently do it again. The downstairs bedroom was very welcome. And the extra bed you put in was very good too. Thankyou for the tea, coffee, and cakes on arrival. Very thoughtful. Was a 3 family meet up ,so house was perfect for our needs.

couldn't want for anything.even cakes and milk waiting in fridge for.when we arrived.House was spotless.Kids and adults made use of the great games room.All in all a perfect stay..

We had a lovely break at Meadway House, this was a 4 generations of the family get together and the house was perfect for us.

We loved the fact that there was a huge dining table to fit everyone around, the games room was a hit and the proximity to the sea was perfect. We will definitely be booking again soon.

A fabulous home which suited our needs perfectly.

It was well cared for and beautifully decorated throughout. We were celebrating my husbands birthday and it meant that our Daughter, Son, respective partners and children could all be under one roof-able to enjoy quality family time together. The house was fabulous with a large lounge, kitchen/diner and separate dining room on the ground floor. The games room was perfect for both adults and children alike. Would definitely recommend & would love to return at some point to do it all again!!

Very nice and spacious property.

Property in a good location a few mins walk to shops etc. Easy to travel to many places of interest within North Wales. Owner was very approachable and could not do enough for us prior to our stay. Highly recommended. Would definitely go again.

This is a brilliant property it's big roomy and only a short walk from town i really don't think there is anything else needed to improve this place They even provide a games room for wet play with with plenty of games to keep all age groups occupied We all completely enjoyed ourselves here Thank you

My family had a wonderful time at this property, it was ideal for a 4 generation family gathering.

The size of bedrooms with numerous bathrooms, large lounge and dinning room, and great play room works so well. Every room was clean, bright and decorated well. The owners made available stair gates, high chairs and travel cots which was a great help. The property has a great location for walking to the beach and Rhos on sea as well as a short drive to Colwyn Bay and Llandudno.

The bedroom configurations are great.

and three generations of our family fitted in, with everyone having the space they needed. The number of bathrooms also meant no queuing. The games room is fantastic, and I almost wished for rain as an excuse to use it more. We had a great sunny week in Wales. Highly recommend.

Lovely big property with room for all our family, 9 of us.

Great bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms , en-suite etc and super play room with lots of games for everyone. The retro arcade game was particularly popular. Location is great for Llandudno, Conway and surrounding area. Would definitely use this property again.

Meadway was a lovely property which was spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen.

It catered for the needs of 4 generations of our family. The games room was a bonus for us. Really enjoyed our stay at the property.

Fabulous house so warm & welcoming & spacious.

Games room was great for keeping the young & older family member's happy. Well situated for going out & about. A walk to Angel Bay is a must as there are seals there as we saw them & a new pup as well. Amber Falls is 30 min drive & a stunning walk & falls. Great fire to come in to. Contact from the owner was second to none from start to finish even when we rang to let her know there was a problem with the boiler within a day it was fixed. We loved the chilling feeling we all got later on after walks to Llandudno & crabbing in Rhos itself. We even enjoyed doing the dinning room up for Halloween as well as ourselves & the trick & treaters that came a knocking. Would book as a family holiday again as everyone loved it.

We have stayed in many holiday let's all over the country and meadway house is the best we have stayed in.

It is the first house I haven't had to clean before un packing.Our family's ages ranged from 27 to 75 and the house catered for all.The games room is fantastic.we all had so much fun in there.so much space for everyone.It is the best equipped kitchen too.The outside space is a welcome bonus.Our dog loved it.The house ,the location,the area,just everything was fantastic.We can't wait to go back.Best place we have stayed in.Thank you to Joanne the owner for letting the house.she is so lovely .from the Berry family in England and The smith family from Ireland.And a woof from spike x

I booked a mini break for the family for my Step fathers 70th birthday.

The cottage was brilliant it met all our needs including a downstairs ensuite for my Mother. The games room was an added bonus. Our German Shepherd loved her beach walks every day and it was close to all amenities. Lovely stroll to the pub that served good food. Dogs allowed in the beer garden only. Overall this house had something for everyone and the family have never stopped raving about it. They have recommended it to everyone. Thank you for sharing your lovely house with us.

Excellent property,met all our expectations.

House spotlessly clean on arrival, all rooms large and airy, games room well used by our 6 year old grandson. Kitchen facilities/cooking utensils were excellent and all of a high quality. All beds were comfy with crisp clean bedding on them. All the matching towels were lovely and soft. Good location. Penrhyn Bay and Llandudno just approx 5 mins away by car, little further on Conwy. Thank you for the cakes and milk in fridge on arrival, they were delicious. We will be back for another stay in this wonderful house in the future. Would recommend this property to all future holidaymakers.

The kids adored the games room, there was ample space for all 15 of us and the location was brilliant.
