Lovely accommodation, perfect location for Conwy .

Great Holiday Home, Spacious and comfortable.

We had a lovely week and so close to the beautiful town. Would recommend

The accommodation was clean comfortable and provided everything we needed for our holiday.

It provided a good base to visit other places.

Followed instructions to leave out bins, they weren’t collected.

Unable to use back sitting room has springs gone on settee. No instructions on using oven/hob/washing machine. No leaflets on things to do in surrounding area.sitting room fire had a sign saying danger (this is a problem that should be addressed straight away) we left 2 messages for owners to obtain key. I appreciate that they didn’t want an early entrance into the property but a short message to say they would text me the number would have made me feel there wasn’t an issue. And finally when chatted with chatbot I was informed that an agent would be with me shortly . I received an automated reply 24 hours later.

This house is in a perfect location, less than 5 minute's walk away from the centre of Conwy.

The house was comfortable, sofas, beds, even the outside furniture. Incredibly well stocked with kitchen equipment - in fact, the owners hadn't overlooked anything - even light summer duvets given the current hot weather. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners as we arrived and they were a lovely couple. The lockbox access was also very easy to use. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this property and will definitely be booking again.

This was our 2nd time at this lovely property The house has everything that you need for a comfortable stay and plenty of space for the 6 of us staying.

Spotlessly clean and in a very convienient location short walk into town. Will definetley book again.

Had a great holiday; the house had everything required, was a short walk from the facilities needed, had transport to reach other fantastic places to visit and had plenty of walks in the countryside right on the doorstep.

We had a lovely stay at Cadnant Park, the house was large and comfortable.

The street is quiet but it's only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Conwy. We will happily book Cadnant Park again in future.

Sehr gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Haus in schöner ruhiger Lage zum 5 min entfernten Zentrum.

Plas Mwr und the White Bakery sehr zu empfehlen. Ein kleiner Mangel sind die teilweise schlecht schließenden Türen und die Glaswand im Bad, Wasser im ganzen Badezimmer.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was lovely to arrive and find the house was cosy and warm, so we were able to quickly settle in and start our break.

Prior to arrival the property owner was easy to contact and very helpful. The house was very clean and comfortable with loads of different spaces to relax and we particularly chose this house because with four comfy bedrooms, everyone could have their own space. We would definitely return for another stay in future

24 Cadnant park was a lovely house.

We had everything we needed, even milk tea coffee with box of biscuits.The bedrooms were great ,beds were so comfortable.Plenty of room. Set in a quiet location, but only short walk into Conwy.. Anne the owner was really helpful . We traveled by train, local transport was really good. So much to explore lovely walks. We are hoping to return

Only thing lacking was instructions on how to use the oven, hob, central heating etc. We managed to work it out more by luck than judgement

The house was well located and comfortable. Parking was convenient and the house was easy to find. We had everything we needed for our family of 5.

The house is very well maintained, very clean and a perfect location, being a 5 minute walk into Conway, 10 minute walk to the Marina and a 5 minute Drive to the Golf Club.

There is off road parking for one vehicle which is really convenient as parking is of a premium in the area. Communication with the owner is good.

A wonderfully spacious house in a great location for our family holiday.

The standard of cleanliness was excellent and the owner very helpful and friendly. The house is a 5 minute walk from the town centre and the huge sandy beach a few minutes drive away, There are good road links to a variety of places for visits. We all enjoyed Conwy Castle, a trip to Anglesey, Fairy Valley and especially the Mountain Zoo.

Located within walking distance of Conwy town centre (which we thoroughly loved) in a very quiet area. Would definitely recommend and would hope to visit again.

We (4 ladies) had a lovely stay in this comfortable spacious property.

It was only a 7 minute walk in to Conwy Town where there was plenty of places to eat or just have a drink.

Lovely family home.

Two doubles and 2 single bedrooms worked well for our group. Perfect location for walking into Conwy and for driving into Snowdonia and other surrounding areas.

It was perfect for our needs (four friends who prefer their own bedrooms) but would suit a family too. Quiet and convenient location, just a short walk to the town centre where we enjoyed two superb meals, one at the Michelin starred Jackdaw, the other at the Erskine Arms.Useful to have the owner’s contact details - Anne was very helpful. Excellent value and thoroughly recommended - and hope to return to explore more.

We visited as a family of 5 for new year.

And it was the the most lovely trip, the house was beautiful great location for walking into Conwy and a short drive to llanduno. The house was nothing short of perfect. The beds were comfy, lovely and clean. Very spacious and even had Xmas decorations. We will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.

Fantastic house in numerous ways- Position-perfect for Conwy Town and wonderful starting point for walking.

House is great- clean, comfy and kitchen is so well equipped. Host- fab welcome pack and Christmas decorations. Host answered all queries immediately and was very accommodating.

Just stayed at Cadnant Park for a couple of nights with a group of friends.

. we found the house really warm and inviting.. the kitchen is great for an evening catching up round the large kitchen table.. it’s very well equipped with everything you need. The house is spotless and the front room is lovely and bright, and the settees are so comfy.. along with the beds. we all had a great night sleep.. We didn’t use the back room but again.. clean, and comfy, the house is in walking distance to the shops and bars.. great location to tour the area.. the garden is only small but it was too cold to sit out there.. the box of biscuits were a nice touch which we enjoyed with our cup of tea. We would definitely recommend to stay here..

We had a super stay.

Anne, the owner, checked in to see if we were ok. The house is very comfortable, with an excellent kitchen/diner and plenty of space. It is well sited for walking to local shops and restaurants - 7 minutes to a good Italian and a superb Indian/Bangladeshi. It was absolutely ideal for our requirements. One of the best cottages we've ever stayed in.

Spacious property set in quiet residential area within short walking distance to Conwy to walk the town walls, visit the castle, harbour, beach, marina and climb Conwy mountain.

Good choice of restaurants, we dined at Dylans, Eskrine Arms, Johnny Dough, Safari Spice, Alfredos and Mulberry (at the Marina). Good spot for a base to visit the surrounding towns and attractions.

This is a lovely, spacious house ,close to all amenities- the castle, shops, restaurants & park .

Ideal for families. Easy to get to Llandudno, Rhos on sea & surrounding areas .

Anne is so easy to deal with, the property is in excellent condition and very well presented.

The is plenty of room, and the location was perfect, a very short walk into Conwy, and close to the Marina and Golf club. This is our second stay at this property and will hopefully be back next year.

Cadnant Park is a great location, a short walk from the centre of Conwy but easy to manage by car.

The house is big - two sitting rooms with separate TVs and a kitchen diner + conservatory where we spent most of our time. The weather was a bit cool for us in July, but the heating was on when we arrived and the house was a perfect temperature. You'll struggle to beat Conwy as a location : a picturesque town with interesting shops and great for walking, coast and castles! Do try the artisan chocolatier just inside the town wall.

The house was in a very pleasant location, ideally positioned to explore Conwy and fantastic walks nearby up Conwy mountain. Extremely comfortable beds and a beautiful kitchen with all facilities you could possibly need. Given the chance we would love to stay here again.

Perfect location within easy walking distance of Conwy and all its historic buildings, restaurants and shops. On-site parking was a bonus as lots of holiday cottages in Conwy rely on public parking. Would have no hesitation in booking this property again.

Very comfortable cottage with everything provided: comfortable beds with crisp linen and soft towels, a fantastic, well equipped kitchen, high quality appliances and a relaxing lounge.

Conwy itself is a great centre with lots of good restaurants and little shops.

Such a lovely property, we spent the Christmas week here.

The house was decorated for Christmas with a great welcome pack. Kitchen is fully equipped, cooked Christmas Dinner for 6 easily. The whole house is very spacious, beds very comfy and hope to be back.

We had a fantastic stay at 24 Cadnant Road in Conwy.

The house was lovely and ideally situated in a quiet part of town only a few minutes walk from the centre of Conwy. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay, this time with the added benefit of the kitchen modifications.

It's a great house in a great location & we will look forward to our next visit whenever that will be. However I hope our commendations won't put the price up!

This was a really excellent holiday house in a quiet and peaceful location, but only a short distance from town centre shops and restaurants.

It was very spacious, comfy beds and modern well equipped kitchen. Lots to do locally, lovely beach although car park is small. Walk from house up onto Conwy mountain had fantastic views and we also enjoyed eating at the marina pub, again walking distance. We were a family from 2 years to 74 years and the property suited us all. The owner Anne was very friendly although we had no problems during our stay.

A great property, spacious and well maintained, excellent for a multi-generational family holiday.

Well positioned in Conwy, just a short walk away from the walled old town. A good beach (Morfa) is 5 minutes drive. The railway line to Holyhead is opposite the house, but in a deep cutting below dense bushes, so it was not a problem, and the neighbourhood was quiet and pleasant. We had a lovely holiday with plenty to see and do all within walking distance or up to a 30 minute max drive.

This house was an exceptional find.

The house had everything we needed and more, the location was brilliant for a walk to the castle and shops. The communication from Anne was excellent letting us know when the property was ready and also on our first evening making sure we were ok. Hope we will be lucky enough to stay in Cadnant Park again already missing it. Thank you Anne.

We had a lovely stay at Cadnant Park, the house is very spacious and now has a new modern kitchen.

Just a five minute walk into Conwy with all its amenities. Great to have parking although we also used local buses. Anne was a great host and easily contactable. The only thing we girls missed was a full length mirror ! We highly recommend this holiday let .
