Sea View Terrace

This a very centrally located one bedroom cottage.

Modern clean and well presented. The parking is "fun" you have to hold your nerve ,park as close to the cottage as possible as the street is narrow and more so when cars on both sides especially at the bottom/ start of the street , best advise is to reverse in to the street. The only issue we had and the owners are aware and dealing - the freezer part of the fridge was iced up.WiFi code on back of dongle

The stay in Sea View Terrace was realy nice.

What we realy missed, is a little outside space, to have a cup of Tea or Coffee and a parking lot for this flat. That are the only little points to remark, there for only 4/5*. Sleeping and Living areas were on point, maximum comfort (for a space that small). Bathroom and kitchen are modern and clean. Jana&Stefan (Germany)

Beautiful little cottage.

Perfectly situated within the centre of Conwy on a very quiet street, with parking right outside the cottage. 1 minute walk to Edward’s of Conwy and the Spar ,shops… restaurants. And literally 5 mins from the beach. The cottage its self is very clean and perfectly equiped for 2 people and our fur babies. We took our 2 cavapoos and they were perfectly settled and relaxed. (But please note .. there is no yard or garden) It’s not really a problem as the beach and a huge field and park is literally 5 mins away . The park is behind The Tourist info centre . The host was very friendly, I suffer with my back . This makes mornings hard for me to get going . I gave him a call and he was more than happy to give us an extension on the check out time . 9/10

As mentioned before there is a smell of damp when entering despite various air fresheners which were all empty The front door is difficult to lock and parking is a nightmare Cutlery was at a premium and glassware is all mismatched e g 2 wine glasses totally different Om the positive side upstairs is very well sent up and the shower room is excellent even if the stairs were a little difficult for us

The place was nicely decorated and in walking distance to everything in the local town.

I did feel the place was surface level clean, considering check in time was 10.00am and check in 16.00 I feel this is ample time to ensure the place is spotless following the previous guests. The place also smelt like drains, masked with a smell of cleaning products. The front door was also stiff to open.

Enjoyed our stay, very comfortable had everything we needed .

Cottage appeared unloved Parking was a nightmare Lots of bird muck on windows which had been there a LONG TIME so hardly any view !

Had to clean window frame upstairs before we opened the window …. Hadn’t been cleaned for a while ! Had to clean most kitchen equipment ( particularly the oven trays ) before use Poor description of kitchen Damp in the wardrobes Fortunately weather was fantastic !

1 Seaview Terrace was in a very central position but tucked away so it was quiet.

The accommodation was clean, modern, had everything you needed and a very nice spacious bathroom. Comfortable and cosy, just right for our short visit. The only thing parking outside the house was a bit tight, but we were lucky and were able to park right outside every time !

Very clean, warm and cosy, great location, very handy for shops/cafes/attractions, had everything I needed, great bathroom, description was spot on, maybe have a visitors book for guests recommendations?

Lovely cottage which was in lovely condition and superb location.

We love staying in Conwy where we can leave the car and walk every day from Conwy. There is parking outside the cottage which was ideal. A very quiet location too and views of the Conway estuary from the upstairs window. We would not hesitate to book the cottage again in the future.

Fab place!

Extremely clean, really cosy an modern and everything you need, location is fantastic walk within a few minutes to conwy to all the shops, entries, pubs. Parking is tight as we knew before we went so we parked in the car park for the majority of the stay which was a 5 min walk so no problem. Would definitely return and 100% recommend. The bed was huge and comfy which is always a plus when staying away, and the shower was great and powerfully, thanks again x

Had a four day break over Christmas, very central location everything you need is literally a short walk way.

The accommodation has everything you need and was spotless, comfortable warm and welcoming, what more could you ask for. I know people have said about the parking, we parked the car outside, one of the neighbours homes, with her permission, and didn’t need use the it again until leaving, as everything we wanted was literally on our door step. Will definitely return.

Stayed here before with my 2 dogs.

Very clean and well equipped cottage in the town centre just a couple mins walk from everything; shops, bus and train. Parking not a problem as long as you park directly in front of property. Front door lock is a bit sticky when locking up but you can eventually get it locked after a few attempts. Otherwise definitely stay here again.

Sea View Terrace is an absolutely charming, cozy cottage, very well maintained, with everything you need for a carefree and relaxing holiday.

Many thanks to Carolyn and Darren for such a gorgeous spacious nest . I spent a marvellous week there. If I ever plan to visit Conwy again, I would definitely happily stay in this lovely cottage .

Apart from struggling with the door key I found the cottage a warm comfortable place to stay.

Clean, nicely decorated, with attention to detail. The bed was a snug SK perfect firmness. Whilst the bathroom spacious complete with walk in shower. Kitchen workable, though for me the fridge was a little small to hold much vegetables but not a problem. Town centre a minutes walk away to a delightful array of shops. Bear in mind there is no garden or patch of grass if you have your dog with you otherwise totally recommend.

This is our 2nd visit and again was a perfect quiet stay comfy bed a fantastic bathroom and very clean The welcome pack again was a lovely touch thank you There is no parking allocated but again we parked in the street with no problem there are carparks 2/3 mins walk away so not an issue Only thing and a personal preference only would be a large soft floor brush would be easier than the one provided but that's me being picky But we will BE back Terry Janette and little 4 legs Ruby

Nice house, beautiful bedroom and bathroom.

A few areas in need of attention but this is to be expected when renting out. Parking was a nightmare and even driving in the narrow streets was tricky due to parked cars. We had a problem with the WiFi and despite contacting both owners (with very little response) and Sykes (who never even responded) we got no resolution which was not ideal when I actually had work to do. Just not good enough when paying £670 for one week. Due to lack of help from all parties I would not recommend.

It's a lovely comfy cottage the bedroom was really spacious ,everything we needed was there,thanks for milk and all other treats

Absolutely beautiful property.

We booked last minute but everything was arranged perfectly. Emails to confirm, details of property and key safe sent etc. Everything we needed was there. Nice fully kitted out kitchen - toaster, kettle, oven, grill, fridge with a small freezer, utensils, saucepan etc there was also a pack left with tea, coffee, biscuits and crisps (Very thoughtful. Nice touch) Upstairs is the wow factor. There's a huge super king bed (really comfortable) and a huge beautiful shower. Loved the bathroom ❤️ Everything is on the doorstep. Lots of cafes, pubs, shops and a fab butchers. There's a local Spar open till late every day. Just off the hight street, through the castle wall archway is the river. It's so nice there. Boat trips, ice cream and you can visit The Littlest House. There's lots locally - Llandudno, Anglesey, nice walks. We visited Aber Falls (well worth a visit) and Aber Distillery and cafe. Conwy is so beautiful. We really enjoyed our break. Thank you

This was a lovely little cottage was very clean.

and well stocked was warm on a night when you had the fire on has it was a bit chilly at night the bathroom was lovely we had a problem with turning it on I rand the number provided and Darren came straight away and fixed it there was nothing wrong with it with having athritis I couldn't turn it on but well done Darren was a lovely bedroom l wouldn't stay again for one simple reason the stairs both myself and husband were very unsure of them but I would recommend this cottage to everyone it was that nice

Fantastic little terraced cottage within the town walls just a couple mins walk from all the shops, amenities, bus and rail stops.

Very clean and well equipped. Ideal for a couple with a small dog or two. Parking can be problematic as the local residents use traffic cones (albeit illegally) on the road to try and stop tourists parking. Shouldnt be an issue as long as you park directly outside the front door. Otherwise a perfect place to stay in Conwy. Definitely will stay there again next time I'm in the area.

Thank you for a wonderful 4 days at 1 seaveiw cottage I think one of the cleanest most comfortable stay the bed especially comfortable and the shower room well can only say brilliant the WC with the extra hight an added bonus when bad on your legs No designated parking but you can park with care on the street but we parked in the NCP carpark 3min walk no issues Nice little welcome pack with milk in the fridge Kitchen well equipped with all you need for a snack or a sit down meal one suggestion possibly 1 more glass glass tumbler as there was only one Nice to see the recycling fully explained Our little dog Ruby made herself right at home plenty of places to walk her and 90% of Conwy pet friendly shops/pubs/bars All in All a perfect stay And will be back next year

We had a small problem signing in to the WiFi but got sorted without any problems.

Other than that we were very pleased with the cottage. Lovely and clean well maintained, great location. Bit tight on parking the car but fine. We had a great time and would not hesitate to book again the next time we are visiting Conwy.

Had a lovely few nights at Seaview Terrace.

The property is clean, modern, well maintained and had everything needed for a comfy stay. The bed and bedroom is a lovely, comfy and warm. The shower and bathroom is great. We thought the property could be improved with a small settee in the living room. It's well situated but, as others have mentioned, there is an issue with parking. It wasn't a problem for us as we could park for free in the council carpark a few mins walk away but could be an issue if you had mobility problems. Also, the owners are obviously having an issue with a bad smell, which was negated somewhat with 'Wiffaway' that needed to be running constantly. Again though, the lovely property more that made up for any inconvenience this caused us and shouldn't put anyone off from renting this lovely little home. Great stay, thank you.

Had an overall good stay at sea view terrace,however would have to agree with a previous comment regarding lack of sofa,we found the chairs particuly uncomfy.

the parking is quite an issue as it does not say in the holiday spec that turning your car around would be that awkward,lots of cars parked and sometimes people from the next street also park making it a very tight squeeze,surprised my car escaped unscratched.House however was lovely,clean and the huge bed and shower were fab.A mop would of been useful to mop up after my dog drinking from his bowl and a better explanation of refuse collection(says fortnightly)but doesnt stipulate what day or what to do with recycling,bottles and cans etc.

Had a lovely holiday in Conwy sea view terrace was brilliant i can't recommend it enough would definitely book again.

The property is very modern well appointed but should have mentioned there is no rear door and the parking is awful .

The property is not dog friendly.There is no rear door to the property and a 500 yard walk to the nearest green area .We have two dogs one which is elderly and a walk to an outdoor area 5 times a day was too much for her.Would not recommend this property .Tried to talk to Sykes cottage about this and they were very rude on the phone on the sat we arrived.

Lovely place to stay only issues would be parking could this be clearer marked, i was unsure where to park at first.

The other issue is the bathroom door the lock got stuck while my wife was in there and it took a while to open the door lucky i was there to help.

Lovely property, right in the heart of Conwy.

Well equipped, would of liked a sofa in the the living room for longer stays to allow a bit more comfort when staying in and no garden for dogs. But an absolutely stunning property and the owners really make the stay easy with great communication and a welcome box with essentials.

This was a lovely cottage.

Modern and well decorated. Close to shops and harbour. Short drive to other attractions, and we even had good weather after weeks of rain ! Advertised as a romantic retreat, but we were mother and daughter, and the big bed was plenty enough for 2 who weren't a couple. More cutlery is needed but that would be my only criticism .

House was beautiful and spotless, had a lovely stay.
