Lovely cozy cottage.

The bedrooms are great as are the bathrooms. It is very clean and tidy when we arrived and owner was there with detailed information, so very good on that side. Also, nice to have milk and bread and butter available as part of the welcome pack. The only down side is that the combined kitchen-diner-living room space is small. The TV is too small for the distance from the sofas and overall, while all the facilities are in place it feels somewhat tight for 4 adults. I think that for a family with 2 kids, it will be fine.

In respect of our recent holiday booking at Bryn Goleu, we found the property to be extremely well presented and it was a pleasure to meet the owners on arrival.

The position of the property, although up a narrow steep hill, commanded a fabulous view over Llandudno and in slightly warmer weather it must be a delight to sit out at and enjoy. With regard to the property itself we did however find it quite cramped for 4 adults. The main bedroom was well equipped and perfectly adequate but the second bedroom was very small and with 2 single beds there was no room for a chest unit/drawer space or a place to store put cases/bags (the bedside units had barely 6” square drawers). We felt the property was better suited to one double bedroom and one single and thereby 3 people not 4. The open plan area of kitchen/dining/lounge would then benefit from more space too with one settee (not2) and one armchair, as per your advertising photograph.

Welcome to the cottage from the owners John and Wendy. There was also a welcome basket of goodies for our stay. The cottage was in a good position overlooking the sea. The cottage was very clean and had everything we required for our holiday. The view was fantastic after the climb up a very steep hill. All in all we had a fantastic relaxing two week’s holiday and would definitely come again.

Lovely cottage, spacious and spotless clean, but for me personally a grab rail in one of the showers would have been helpful and maybe one by entrance to cottage.

.as cottage is on one level it will attract the elderly so these minor adjustments would I'm sure be helpful to most..Steep narrow hill to get there but view is worth it.

We enjoyed our stay at Bryn Goleu very much.

The property was perfectly clean and tidy and the view was lovely. The owners were very welcoming. The approach road to the property is steep and has a sharp left hand turn just before you arrive. We didn't find this a problem however.

My husband, 7 month old baby and I stayed at the cottage for 4 nights and had wonderful stay.

The cottage is located a short driving distance from the sea front and is located high up allowing for incredible views of the coastline. Whilst the cottage is very accessible with private parking, given the steep hill climb, it is advantageous if you have a car to get out and about. The cottage boasts a cosy, clean and comfortable stay with a wonderful private outdoor area; a real sun trap if the weather is on side. We had a lovely warm and informative welcome from John who gave us heaps of advice and recommendations. We would absolutely stay again- thank you for a lovely break.

Excellent all on the ground floor cottage, as my wife has mobility challenges, lovely sea view from the front porch seating area, owners could not be more helpful best briefing intro to a property we have had from Sykes Cottages, Easy access to Llandudno's great shopping facilities and just a 5 minute drive to free parking right on the front which is good walk into Llandudno centre and Mobility scooter accessible.

Cant wait to return next year.

Fabulous location. Spotlessly clean. Excellent organisation with a list of things to do complete with phone numbers and post codes. Great recommendations for food and sightseeing. The only ask from our stay would be a ‘starter kit’ of milk and biscuits so that we could have a brew when we arrived. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.

Immaculate cosy cottage in a peaceful location and yet only a 4 minute drive to the centre of Llandudno.

Lovely cottage very comfortable with everything you need.

John and Wendy made us feel very welcome and left us welcome gifts which we really appreciated. We found very useful instructions for all appliances. Also a list of lovely places and the post codes we could visit, we found this very helpful. We enjoyed the seating areas front and back where we could enjoy a drink.

We got clear information from John prior to arrival even allowing us to go in early.

On arrival we got a lovely welcome and introduction to the property. The cottage is beautiful with gorgeous views of the sea even in November. It is well set up with beautiful furnishings very comfortable.We had beautiful breakfasts in the house, the extra charge well worth it. Will definitely visit again.

An exceptional holiday cottage Highly recommended Bryn Goleu is a wonderful holiday cottage finished to a very high standard located in a peaceful setting with lovely views over the sea.

It is well worth the drive up a fairly steep hill! The owners, John and Wendy, have a natural and genuine warmth and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to suggest places to visit. We appreciated their thoughtful touches: the friendly welcome and being shown around the cottage, the hamper and the nightlights to illuminate the internal steps. Everything in and around the cottage is high quality and is exceptionally clean. The cooked breakfast that can be booked at the owners’ on site B&B is delicious. We would not hesitate to return.

Excellent cottage with super views overlooking Llandudno Bay & The Great Orme from an elevated position and so peaceful. An ideal place to relax, especially on the patios. Perfect location to explore and experience everything in North Wales. John & Wendy are, without doubt, the very best hosts you'll ever find. They have an abundance of knowledge on worthwhile places to visit which is extremely helpful when planning what to do. They go well beyond "the call of duty" to ensure you experience the most enjoyable stay possible and both are so friendly making you feel "at home" from the moment you arrive. The full breakfast from their adjacent B&B is one of the best.

The cottage provided a perfect, cosy base to return to after a day's sight seeing with easy parking, a peaceful location, comfortable beds and lovely views.

The property is beautifully furnished and well maintained by the owners, who were very welcoming and keen to ensure the comfort of their guests from the point of booking until departure. The patio areas would be lovely for catching the sun and relaxing during the warmer months but we would happily return at any time of year.

It is finished to a very high standard and contains all the required amenities for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was a pleasure to return each day to the warm,quiet environment and super views. The owners were very hospitable ,friendly and helpful and did everything possible to ensure we had a successful stay in the cottage and the area by providing local knowledge and advice about attractions. We benefitted a great deal from their recommendations. Similarly, we thoroughly enjoyed taking breakfast in their on-site B and B. A very convenient and reassuring arrangement .

The accomadation was of Avery high standard the position of the cottage was ideal for Snowdonia and the North Wales Coast.

To say that we had the most wonderful time in complete comfort ,is an understatment, the cottage is beautifully clean, comfortable and modern with quality furnishing and fixtures.

The hosts John and Wendy made us exceptionaly welcome and gave us a very pleasant stay, with lots of knowledge of the activities and surrounding area for walks and things to do with children.we were welcomed into their private house to bath the baby . TRULY FANTASTIC.

We had a lovely time there. The owners are really friendly and helpful, on hand if we needed anything during our stay. They recommended lots of things to do and places to visit, and even offered to take care of any clothes drying should we have needed it. They’d kindly setup a travel cot and high chair for our little boy before we arrived too. The cottage itself is great. It was absolutely immaculate, probably the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. Everything you’d expect is there, and the internet connection is super-fast, which was ideal as I had a little work to do during our stay. The location is perfect, just a few minutes drive from the centre of town, and if you fancy a walk you can be down by the sea in about 10/15 minutes. It’s midway up one of the hills behind the town, so the views are amazing, down to the sea and over to the Great Orme. It’s also not far from the A55, so it’s a good base for visiting many of the towns in North Wales. We will happily stay there again when we’re next visiting the area.

Bryn Goleu is a very comfortable holiday cottage.

The level of cleanliness is very good, and John and Wendy make you feel very welcome and even give you a welcome hamper! Bryn Goleu is in a very quiet, beautiful location and the 10/15 minute walk to the top of the hill rewards you with breathtaking views of Llandudno and Conwy. We really enjoyed our stay.

We would highly recommend Bryn Galou Cottage we hope to return in the future.

It suited our needs all on one level just 2 internal steps was well equiped and immaculate. John and Wendy are the perfect owners so friendly and helpful even helping with our bags . Loved being on the mountain sitting under the newly built pergola looking out to sea fantastic view. Very peaceful setting and just a short drive down the hill into Llandudno . Brilliant cottage in a great location with everything you would want or need.

There was four of us on this holiday three adults , one 10 yr old!

The place was situated up a hill , after our journey from cheshire we found the cottage extremely clean , all the beds very clean and we brought our own food to cook where we found all the required utensils for cooking with! The owners wendy and john had left a folder with instructions for oven and other equipment in the cottage which was helpful also a recommendation of a walk 10 minutes from the cottage with the most spectacular view over conwy and llandudno, which my son loved because he was able to catch 2 grasshoppers! we would all highly recommend this cottage and hope to return again one day, because the views were amazing and I personally loved sitting under the pagoda looking out to sea!

John and Wendy are the most welcoming and lovely hosts we’ve ever met, so lovely with our children too. The cottage was immaculate and has everything you need, it is at the top of a hill but don’t let this put you off, it’s worth it for the fantastic views. The location is perfect for visiting the attractions in north wales aswell as having some lovely walks from the doorstep. It was our first time visiting wales and certainly won’t be the last, it’s stunning. I would definitely hope to stay here again as our base i can’t recommend it enough.

Cottage is great, very well finished and equipped and very clean and very comfortable.

TV in every room not needed as the weather was superb, allowing us to enjoy the two outdoor seating areas. Location is quiet and very peaceful, with views as expected from a hillside location overlooking the sea. Strongly recommended.. Thank you Wendy & John.

My Son & I had a fantastic time at this lovely cottage situated on the hill side overlooking Llandudno.

The owners, Wendy & John made us more than welcome, as if they had known us for years. They may do in the future. The Cottage is perfect with first class fittings, decoration and furniture, three TV's would you believe. We had perfect weather but for those not so lucky a day in the cottage could be enjoyed. There are walks from the cottage, all with views and the town is minutes away. Thank you, Wendy & John, we will see you next year and hopefully many years to come.

Hosts John and Wendy friendly and helpful. Big hill and single road to get to cottage but worth it for the views and peace and quiet . Only downside. No pets

Bryn Goleu is the perfect place to stay, it’s very peaceful and the ‘thinking spot’ is amazing.

The owners go out of their way to help in any way they can. All in all, excellent.

This is by far one of the best cottages that we have stayed in North Wales.

The cottage was clean, modern and extremely well appointed. Its location was perfect and had fantastic views towards the sea. The owners - John & Wendy - were very friendly and did everything they could to make sure our relatively short break went smoothly and was enjoyed to the maximum. This property is absolutely fantastic!

We was greeted by the owner of the property on arrival and gave us an introduction to himself and the area as well as a very informative guide to Llandudno and the surrounding areas. We was left a very nice welcome hamper on arrival which definitely made a change to the cozy nights indoors. If you are in the area you should definitely visit this property, the weather was bleak but the fantastic property made up for it! 10/10 Would visit again.

A gem of a cottage with stunning sea and country views in a beautiful part of Llandudno.

Everything about the cottage is amazing and of a very high standard - the Smart TVs, en suite shower rooms, bedding and other features added touches of luxury and the best part was the views from the wonderful new gazebo, perfect for any weather. John and Wendy were excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Despite the feeling that you’re in the countryside, it’s just a very short drive (or downhill walk) to a lovely neighbourhood with an artisan bakery, shops, deli, cafes etc, a pleasant playground and park for the kids, the beach, lido, ice-cream/cake cafe, promenade and a delightful farm. Those with reasonable/good fitness can walk back up the very steep hill too and you’ll be rewarded with those stunning views! Newly renovated, this is one of those places that will sell out super quickly in months to come.

A breath of fresh air.

A beautiful cottage away from the hustle and bustle with views of the sea and hills. A great base from which to explore the surrounding areas and then an even more perfect place to sit and relax in the evening. Thanks for your warm welcome. We have just returned from a very relaxing week at Bryn Goleu.

The cottage has recently been converted and everything is brand new. Very comfortable, nothing negative to say about it. Fanastic views of the coast line and sunsets. We sat out on the patio every night but the gazebo that was being added will give another very private place to chill. John and Wendy very knowledgable about local area and places to visit. Also lovely welcome basket on arrival. Would definitely return. There is a steep road up to the cottage, some guests did walk up from Llandudo but other people may struggle

Bryn Goleu is a beautiful holiday cottage, situated in a secluded spot on a hill above Llandudno, but just a 2 minute drive from the North Shore Promenade- which you can see from the property.

The cottage gives you everything you need, and is decorated and furnished to a very high standard, with excellent patio areas to the front and rear. The owners, John and Wendy, are very welcoming lovely people who can’t do enough for you in their efforts to make your stay memorable. Ours certainly was!

John & Wendy were the perfect hosts with a property to match.

This cottage is a gem, it’s like being at home, but on holiday with everything on hand. We arrived to a basket of supplies and a tour of the property from John, explaining where everything was. Breakfast was also available from their B&B, if required. The views from the cottage overlooking the sea & surrounding area was spectacular. If was a pleasure to stay at their cottage, they have done themselves proud, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will be returning later in the year Five stars, brilliant.
