Park View

Unusual for this country, the weather was amazing.

For that reason, I have to say that wished we could have sat in the sun in the garden, but that space was made very clear to us that it was a private space not to be used by us. The property was very clean and the park opposite was excellent for exercising our dog

I brought a brand new in place of the one I was reading. Nice, quiet & chilled. Perfect. Hope to stay here again

Lovely house, ideal situation across from the park,very quiet.

Everything you could need from all the appliances,to books and games. Spotless clean,with large rooms and always a welcome pack of Welsh goodies,you are made to feel very at home. We will be returning,this was our third visit.

Very spacious and modern apt.

In a quiet location with a lovely park opposite. Close to local shops etc. And nr to seafront. Was a very narrow driveway but was warned. Also the garden was not secure so having dogs was not very safe as open to road. Also privacy in bedroom and living room was a problem as huge windows and no blinds etc. In summer would imagine gets very warm as well as south facing. Generally a nice clean modern spacious apt. And very well equipped with nice view.

Excellent place to stay alongside a handy park for our 2 dogs.

Good welcome pack and the house was beautifully decorated for the xmas festivities. Slight problem with the boiler which was rectified very quickly.

We love the flat, it's like home from home. Very comfortable. Ideal distance for getting into Llandudno and also central to visiting lots of other lovely places such as Rhos on Sea and Conwy. Will definitely be going again.

A stunning holiday let , spotlessly clean , pretty and peaceful location.

Apartment was very clean but a few small stains on living room carpet.

With being dog friendly is great but dogs tend to mark their territory. Toilet seat really needs replacing as every time you sit on the toilet the seat moves to the side. Shower is great but very slippy as no bath mat inside shower tray. I'm disabled and it was very difficult for me to stand with out slipping. Everything else is catered for and a very nice place. We love parkview it's in a lovely location with the park across the road for our dog mojo to walk around and local shops and restaurants if we need, it's enough to westshaw beach and Rhose on sea which we love, the apartment is homely and clean and always a welcome pack , the lovely neighbour marge is lovely and very helpful

This property is in an ideal location, near park, shops, seafront and bus stops It is large and well equipped also perfect for couples ( no climbing!

Lovely new kitchen installed since we last visited.The property is very well looked after.

The flat is comfortable, warm, clean and situated in a quiet location in central Llandudno overlooking the park.

Now has a brand new kitchen stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and shops as well as visiting other attractions and towns of interest. We have stayed there before and have already booked to visit again. Thank you

Excellent position to walk everywhere so near to the prom and the park across the road is lovely. Warm, comfortable and cosy flat.

Had everything we needed and in a good location.

Only criticism is that there was a very strong smell of dogs which was there the whole time. Some dog hair on kitchen worktop. A little more dusting wouldn’t go a miss

Park view is a lovely, comfortable, and clean accommodation.

It as everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Great shower, comfortable bed, and the tv and internet works well. There was a welcome pack of, wine, bread, butter and milk on arrival which was lovely. We liked the property and location so much that before we left we booked the same week for next year.

This flat is ideal for couples It is spacious, well equipped and has a great outlook It is in Craig y don, just a short distance from town but has shops of it’s own and a good bus service Lovely walking along the prom and in the park

Very nice property, good position slightly out of the town and just off the sea front, well maintained and clean, all the facilities you need, home from home as they say , ideal if you have a four legged friend with the park literally over the road , welcome pack a nice touch, would recommend, and go back if we visit the area again.

there is nowhere to hang washing outside so have to use the drier which during the warm weather seems such a shame Being able to open the french doors in the dining area for fresh air would be of great benefit but difficult to do so when you have a dog as the garden is out of bounds

The house was perfect for a short stay, very clean, comfortable, and the heating was fantastic.

Located in a quiet area, we were able to park in front of the house for most of the stay. Its about a 25 min walk to the pier, but walking along the sea front so that was all fine.

Excellent venue no complaints All facilities are a very high standard like power shower, pots and pans in kitchen, dog blankets, cosy bed.

Easy explanations for electrics good neighbours. We have visited before and will again. Thanks for the welcome pack but we left the wine.

Comfortable warm apartment very close to the centre of Llandudno.

Perfect location for visiting lots of places of interest without travelling hours in the car. The owner provided milk, butter, hot cross buns, bread and wine for us on arrival which was a very nice surprise. Thank you

The flat was spacious and well equipped; especially amazing to have a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, and two fridges and a freezer .

The owners left a very generous welcome pack, which was most kind. It is in a good location, and has a lovely view across the park on the other side of the road. The lady in the flat above was friendly and kindly. The only thing we really did not like is the fact that it smelt of dogs, and there were dog hairs on some of the cushions. We are not dog lovers, so this was really offputting for us. Dog owners who stay in these places should not let their dogs sit on the furniture.

This property was immaculate.

Clean, warm, relaxing and comfortable with plenty of home comforts. The bed was so comfortable. the shower was a great blaster, perfect after a sweaty run on the prom. Couldn't fault anything here. Probably the best apartment we have staying in whilst visiting LLandudno. Will be back in a few months hopefully, although its already heavily booked for next year.

This was our fifth stay at this lovely property.

Facilities have been upgraded over the years. Very comfortable and this past visit we appreciated the efficient central heating! Location is great with easy access to the park across the road and a short distance to the promenade and sea.

Easy access to all amenities and sea front. Had a problem on first evening with the shower, but owner came immediately and it was fixed the next day.

Fantastic place to stay,very quiet but near enough to walk into town,a good 10/15 minute walk.

Every thing you could wish for is provided from a welcome food pack to a fabulous large bookcase full of various authors. Large fridge freezer,washing machine and drier,good iron and ironing board. The rooms are very large with two reclining sofas in the lounge and separate large dining table in the dining room. A very comfy,lovely decorated and (new) carpets throughout. Will be back again and will recommend to my friends .

Had a lovely week at park view the place is gorgeous proper home from home feeling about it, it was clean comfortable and the bed is to die for wish I had that back at home the garden is beautiful sitting at the dining table watching the birds wash and feed was so relaxing and Marge upstairs is such a lovely lady don’t think there’s one thing I’d change about the place and buster really enjoyed the park right facing it .

Once again we felt completely at home and hope to return.

Spotless spacious well equipped in excellent location near to shops and amenities.

The owners have thought through all you might need and easy to contact with quick response. The park is a great asset to dog walkers as is the neighbour upstairs who offers local guidance. The welcome pack was practical and extensive. We will stay again.

Such a lovely cosy and spotless apartment right on the doorstep for shops and seafront will defantly rebook really enjoyed your stay.

The place is always lovely and clean, very welcoming and homely. The lady upstairs is friendly and helpful. Fabulous location close to everything you need, and a very nice welcome pack when you arrive. We have stopped at few places before this is most definitely the best

Park view is very comfortable, a real home from home.

It is meticulously maintained and the owner keeps up to date with improvements.

The property itself is lovely.

Very clean and you want for nothing. Fab location, just a short walk to the promenade. The back garden belongs to the lady upstairs who is a dog sitter. Had we been able to let our dogs out into the garden the place would have been perfect. Having said that, there is a park opposite which we used. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much and thank you also for the wine etc.

Lots of noise from lady upstairs who's a dog sitter so lots of comings and goings. Not good when trying to have a peaceful break.

This was our fifth visit to the property,as always we felt at home with all the comforts.

one or two items need a little attention I noticed someone has swapped the scissors and that some of the pans could do with upgrades. But all in all a great time and we look forward to returning.

Very clean and mostly comfortable.

I found the bed uncomfortable but I laid a pillow on the mattress which gave more comfort. Everything else was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped, home from home. The echo dot was a bonus!

Although it is away from the town centre it is a good residential location with access to local shops and cafes.

It is a short walk across the road to a lovely park ideal for children and dog walking. Easy access to the promenade and a little further there is a retail park where you will find NEXT, M&S, Primark, McDonalds, Costa and many others. The property has everything you need to make your holiday comfortable and relaxing. There is good roadside parking with easy access to main holiday routes. A great place for a Llandudno break.

The property was lovely, quiet and clean.

The location was great being quiet yet shops and restaurants only a few minutes walk away. It’s the most spacious holiday let we have ever stayed in and the kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals and was very clean. The shower was amazing! We had amazing weather and were able to try different beaches each day : )

The apartment comes well equip and it’s very clean inside, the parks directly opposite the property so it’s idea for you’re pet. The owner is very welcoming, and the neighbours are very friendly and helpful. We will be returning next year for our 3rd visit.

Maybe a small extra thing would be a stool or something similar in the shower room for your clothes . Property is convenient for the promenade sea front ( 5 minute walk ) and the park is just over a quiet road .

Everything that we could possibly need was provided (and more).

The accommodation was very well furnished to promote comfort. All internal facilities were as new. It was in an excellent position for all our requirements, ie. beach, local park, restaurants and shopping. Car parking was always possible. Owner was very helpful if needed and neighbour very friendly. This will always be our choice of dog friendly accommodation in Llandudno.

This apartment is very comfortable with great picture windows overlooking the park.

It is well equipped even dog bowls are provided if you forget to bring them. We received a very generous welcome pack. The garden is not enclosed so dogs cannot be let out without being on a lead. We would certainly like to visit Park View again.

Close to shops, restaurants and pubs but far enough from the main town. The park opposite the property was excellent for the dog. The welcome pack including tea, coffee, milk bread etc was a really nice touch. We'll definitely be back.

We love the property and location. It's is just a short walk to Llandudno Town centre and it has local shops around the corner. Our dog loves the park and beach front so this is the perfect property for us. The owners always leave a little welcome package too - very thoughtful. We've even booked again for next year!

We loved the apartment it had everything we needed and more.

The gifts were a nice touch and so was the bread butter and milk that was left. We took our dogs with us and although there was a park opposite, there was nowhere secure to just let them out for a comfort break so gates on the drive would be a good idea. It certainly didn't spoil our holiday though.

We have had several stays and we find it comfortable, in a good area and very comfortable and quiet.

There is a pleasant park opposite, ideal for dog walking, and the seafront is 5 minutes walk.

Kitchen very well equipped in a very quite area 15 minute walk to town centre. We received a lovely welcome pack of bread,butter,milk,mince pies Coffee,tea bags and truffles was not expecting such a nice welcome pack. When in this area again will definitely book again, at this time of year lot of places to visit are closed next visit will be summer

We have stayed here several times as we like the location and the property is comfortable, well maintained and you feel if there was a problem the owner would sort it.

We wanted somewhere to celebrate our birthdays which are on consecutive days as with Covid still fairly high and one of us being extremely vulnerable we knew just going out for meals wasnt really an option.

Park View was perfect. It is spacious, with everything needed and more for a holiday. The cleanliness was second to non. It is quiet, comfy and warm just a short walk from the sea front, and for us about 10 to 15 mins walk from the town. Having views of the park opposite was lovely . The wine and other goodies were a nice surprise and very much appreciated and enjoyed, thank you. Unfortunately we could only stay for 3 nights, but will certainly be back for a week in the future as there are so many places we didn't get chance to visit this time. Thanks again for giving us a great break.

We had a lovely holiday.

The property has good sized rooms and met our needs in every way. It is well equipped, everything we needed and made for a very comfortable stay. Having such a good park right on the doorstep was nice as we could walk our dog every morning. We met a lot of local people during our walks and it made for an enjoyable part of our holiday. Neighbours were very friendly and helpful. Park View is highly recommended by us. We will be returning I'm sure.

It's been a delight to return there. Everything was great. Plenty of room for two people although this was the first time we'd stayed without a dog.

Was equipped very well. Quality of furnishings was excellent. Very close to a park to walk the dog. Good proximity to both beaches and local amenities. Excellent choice of supermarkets, all within walking distance (Asda, Aldi, Iceland and Coop). Location excellent for exploring further afield (Conwy, Bangor, Camarthen, Betws y Coed, Colwyn Bay and Rhyl).

Our every need was catered for.

The accommodation was excellent and extremely comfortable. Everything provided was pristine and many things obviously brand new. A lot of thought had been put into furnishing this apartment. The situation in Llandudno was perfect. near to shops, the promenade and the Park just across the road. We enjoyed our stay so much that, whilst there, we booked to return.

Surprisingly spacious and comfortable for a one bedroom flat, beautifully fitted out and furnished with quality items.

Located next to the park ...... perfect for dogs and within walking distance or very short drive of all that Llandudno has to offer. Will be staying here again :-)

Fabulous location, especially for dog owners.

Really lovely neighbours. Super clean flat wirh everything you could need. The only improvement could be for the radiators in the dining room/kitchen to be bled as they are not hot at the tops.

Excellent accommodation.

Lots of space, even when my son and his family visited us for the day. The only drawback is the lack of a garden, but there is a lovely park directly in front of the flat and the seafront is not faraway. I would definitely book this accommodation again.

The equipment at Park View are of a very high quality.

The location is ideal in a very quiet street,and within a nice stroll to the town centre and local shops.

The features listed on your website for this property include a Garden/Patio and Off Road Parking.

The Garden/Patio belongs to another property owner and may not be used by the occupiers of the downstairs apartment that you are letting. Your website says there is Off Road Parking but the details left for occupiers in the property tell you not to park on the drive and request that you park on the road outside. Your website also refers to a front gravelled area and from the picture of the property you might assume that you could park on it, however the area is not large enough for anything bigger than a very small car and has heavy planters placed on it (probably designed to stop guests from parking there), and in any event the difference in height between the drive and the gravelled area would almost certainly result in damaged being caused to the underside of a vehicle attempting to park there. The bathroom has a very unpleasant smell. This is probably due to the fact that the toilet waste pipe has no seal on it ??.

Park View is a perfect place to stay if you want comfort and a great location.

The flat is very clean with lots of little home touches. In the evenings it was very warm and cosy without any noise so you could really relax and unwind! Facing the flat is a park and the promenade is just a short 5 minute walk. For convenience there is a Co-Op and boots pharmacy just around the corner. I stayed with my young children and the flat’s location and home from home feel ensured they loved every minute of our stay. We will certainly be returning!
