Park View

Apartment when first getting there was like wow this is gorgeous, but then after putting things away etc new found a few things we thought would of come as standard as in a a kettle that worked with the lid popping up every few mins making it a pain to boil the kettle!

No lock on bathroom door which normally wouldn’t be a problem but when staying with your mother in law became problematic! And the 2nd bedroom door didn’t shut in frame which again was an issue as my MIL was staying in that bedroom and her dog kept getting up and just going in the room! We ended up coming home on the Wednesday as the upstairs apartment had kids and a dog the first night and they couldn’t keep quiet and was awake most of the first night! And then another family came later in the week and tried to get in the ground floor apartment so had to try and help them to get into there apartment which wasn’t a issue just felt bad for them asninthinknthey thought they had the complete apartment both up and down! And they had a little one, and because of the heat that’s one one the reasons we came home early and there was no shade for the dog we had

Brilliant, garden is a sun trap and hot tub a bonus

Looks amazing on the pictures but on closer look there were some flaws ; no lock on the bathroom door and the bedroom door didn't even close.

Twice we weren't able to park on the drive as there were 2 cars already parked.

We really enjoyed our family stay 2 adults, 2 Children & Our beagle at Park View, Fab location, childrens park right on the door step, dog friendly too.

Close to shops, town center 10min walk, Not far from Llandudno pier & attractions Apartment was clean, very spacious & modern, free wifi, lovely enclosed back garden with great hot tub, always a bonus. Love what the owner has done with this property. Tip, if wanting to order a take away can recommend full house chinese.

The kitchen and bathroom was to a high standard. The bedrooms were a great size. It was very spacious I would definitely recommend to friends or families. The location is perfect nears all the shops and amenities. There is a park opposite which is great if you have dogs or kids.

Great apartment, good location for the sea front and town centre, well equipped, absolutely spotless, warm and cosy.

Beds could have been a bit comfier, but better than many we have stayed in. Lovely, helpful host, thank you Bethan. May suit people with reduced mobility depending on your needs, as you enter the apartment, there is a very small shared hall, you turn right into the apartment, up a small step, it wouldn't be suitable for scooters and probably only small folding powerchair if you could lift it in, it's all on one level once you're in and easy to move about in a powerchair. The leisure centre is near to the apartment, I used the facilities there, as I couldn't use the bath, which I knew when I booked, but with a shortage of accessible accommodation in Llandudno, this was a good option for us and we would definitely stay again, thanks for a lovely holiday.

Pro's: Location.

..close to Llandudno centre... Local park outside the house(great for our dog)...off road parking... very spacious accommodation...large hot tub. Con's: just little gripes...ie bin recycling (no information as in what days & what goes in what bin. Bit of maintenance needed...ie hot tub jets not all working... radiators needed bleeding (water noise in bedroom)

Very well appointed property, lovely location.

Our dog had a ball in the garden and the park. Bethan was very helpful recommending local eateries and we found a lovely hotel which was dog friendly and served very good food. All in all a great place for a short or long break.

Modern apartment, spacious and immaculately presented.

Very well equipped and tastefully decorated; suitable for those with mobility issues. Located in a pleasant area and convenient for accessing shops, restaurants and promenade. Highly recommended.

So comfortable, love the garden and hot tub. Great place for walks, seaside and relaxation! Can't wait to come back again!

Superb accomodation that wants for nothing.

Spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable and in a very quiet area, this is in an ideal area to explore Llandudno and the wider North Wales area. it is also within walking distance to shops, pubs and over the road to a park. I highly recommend Park View and will be looking to return soon.

Lovely property in a fabulous location.

We were blessed with a full week of sunshine and spent most of our time outside on the patio. This was lovely and quiet except when the Airbnb next door was occupied by couples swearing and shouting at each other and playing loud music until very late in the evening. If you are planning a stay here I would also suggest taking an extra blanket for the beds as the quilts are paper thin and a couple of extra toilet rolls might be useful. I sound like I am being really picky here but with just a little more thought about the comfort of guests this property would easily be a 5*. The park across the road is a huge bonus if you are taking a dog with you. My dog refused to leave on the last day and sulked all the way home. A lovely week's stay.

Absolutely loved our stay at Park View.

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary by a dip in the hot tub! The location of the property was perfect for our dog as we walked him in the park opposite the property. We did have a problem with the heating on second night but a quick message to the owner resolved things. We will definitely be back at some time.

We had a fantastic stay in Llandudno.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location. Less than 5 minutes to the beach and there’s a lovely park with a play area just a stone’s throw. We all loved the hot tub, which was ready to go on arrival and spacious! Bethan was a great host and very accommodating. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

Had a lovely relaxing week here.

Excellent, clean, ground floor apartment, situated in a nice quiet area with easy private parking, and a fantastic hot tub. Five minutes walk from the beach and in easy reach of the shops, pubs and cafes in Llandudno. I will most definitely book again when back in the area.

A lovely property in a good location.

A couple of issues whilst we were there but dealt with promptly. We would definitely consider going back if we were to visit Llandudno again.

first time in north wales and wowza on arrival this property is location location location it has everything on your doorstep entering the house it was very clean and well done out large living room/kitchen leading out to the lovely south facing garden all enclosed as well with false grass and a hot tub of which we used a few times after our long walks etc the bedrooms are large and spacious bathroom big as well and all very well done out even the neat cute utility i found the parking on the drive very easy as it’s is large enough for two cars for both upstairs and downstairs also has a space on road outside the house we also found it very quiet while sitting in the very large garden in the sunshine the promenade is fabulous for long walks and very wide but beware of the seagulls closer to the fun fair attractions as they will steal the whole of your ice cream etc the cable cars are great and the drive around the cliff edge other places are the watkins path, fairy glen sonowdonia train and we loved betws- y -coed lovely little posh village with shops and restaurants pubs very nice along with walks to waterfalls etc also sandy beaches close by 15min-20min to beaches by car with the smallest house it the uk to visit as well with a castle close by very nice zip world is a must for adrenaline junkies and go below into the slate caves was very interesting 5 hours but well worth it but wrap up as cold inside the mountains with excellent views and loads more around there is a retail park 2mins drive from the house with a large asda as well also a local co op 5 mins walk at end of street the pizza shop and chinese and indian takeaway are all excellent even the artisan bakery WOW with local cafe bars also there and only 5 mins walk to the promenade with the beach so if you are looking to visit north wales think this property believe me park view ground floor is the one even our pooch loved it the only thing i would ask for is more more utensils etc for baking esp also some plastic wine glasses and beer glasses as well esp for the hot tub so please please fill those cupboards one more thing ,we will be back as not enough time to visit the other waterfalls and explore the mountains walks thank you for our wonderful stay at your property keep up the good work that you have put into this !

What is there to say about this to property except WOW it was not just the general high quality of the finish that made it so amazing but also the small little extras like large range of utensils and pots and pans and little nick backs like coffees teas and washing up tablets.

the property was extremely homely and very close to the main town of Llandudno which we visited many times just for a walk on the beach or visit the arcades we felt at home the entire time of our stay and have already booked our next visit Thank for an amazing trip
