“The location of Mor Edrin in Criccieth is excellent, being located in a quiet road with easy access to the beach and also the high street.”

It is also a fantastic base for access to Snowdonia with Beddgelert only circa 20 minutes away by car. It is also a fantastic base for access to Snowdonia with Beddgelert only circa 20 minutes away by car. I know that it can happen to any home owner at any time, but unfortunately we arrived at Mor Edrin to find a note from the owner confirming that the boiler had broken. The electric immersion heater worked well enough for hot water but the lack of central heating on a couple of colder days left the bedrooms feeling a bit cold and damp. The bathroom suffered the most as there was lots of condensation when the bath/shower were used. Also, with no heating or electric heated towel rail available in the bathroom, the towels had to be tumble dried every day which, while not being a real hardship, did mean that you had to remember to allow 30 minutes a day to sort them out. While all of this might sound a bit negative, I would add that my family and I all agreed that we would have no hesitation in returning to Mor Edrin when the heating is fixed. The location and the wonderful garden were absolutely superb.

Thank you for the positive content in your feedback. Some other good news is that the CH boiler is fixed, and CH radiators can be on as needed. Even the Welsh weather is playing ball, and is warmer, after a few cooler days while you were here. Owner Mor Edrin. Property Owner
