The property is excellent and in a very good location and we would definitely it.

The host needs to ensure that bags for the rubbish and food bins are supplied. It is disturbing when a gardener arrives without warning when guests are trying to enjoy the gardens on peace.

Mor Edrin was really, really lovely.

Clean, tidy, great space, nice to have parking. Really well-equipped with a nice garden, this was very comfortable for 4 adults and 1 child. And the location was also great.

Mor-Edrin is close to amenities and beach both within walking distance.

It’s warm and cozy albeit a little tired in places, there is everything needed for a relaxing stay. Lovely garden which was safe for our little dog. We enjoyed our stay very much and will stay again, if I can make one suggestion add a larger smart TV to your lovely large lounge.

Our third vacation at this lovely bungalow, because it feels like home.

We had a wonderful week's holiday at Mor Edrin.

Very lucky with the weather for October, which was a bonus! Lovely bungalow with everything you need. Fabulous secure garden for our dog, Belle, too! Nice and quiet area with close access to the beach front walks and town. Highly recommended! We can't wait to stay again! 10/10 :-)

It was absolutely beautiful the only one concerned thing I would say is there were a few stains on the setees and cushions apart from that everything was excellent we would definitely go back

This was one of the best equipped holiday homes we've ever stayed in.

The weather was fabulous for our week and we enjoyed the lovely south facing garden. Our dog also had a great time exploring the area. One small thing - we couldn't find any deckchairs or sun loungers at the property, which would have been good! Still worth 5 stars though! It's only a short walk to the beach, and we found the useful short cut to the High Street.

Very good communication and the minor issue was promptly resolved. ……..(I’d say it’d be a good idea to update your information to say that there is a dishwasher in the property - this was a pleasant surprise) ! This was our first visit - and our Chocolate Labrador Ambers first holiday by the sea - she enjoyed her walks - and runs - on the beach. We were very lucky with the weather for this time of year. We all very much enjoyed our stay. Thankyou.

What a gem!

Wished I had found this property years ago. Everything you need and a pretty garden to enjoy the sun. Clean and comfortable. Home from home and a few minutes walk to the Marine beach and coastal path. Lovely.

Great location and Criccieth is a beautiful town. We all had a great holiday and definitely book again.

Everything we required was within the property, although the weather was not always the best we enjoyed what Criccieth and the surrounding area provided.

Bungalow.its got everything you need garden brilliant for the dogs.brilliant to go to different places every day.took the dogs for their daily swim every day,then went to visit different places. Would go there again.

I thought the property was described really well in the advert; we loved being so close to the beach and the town, it really was the perfect location for us and our two teenagers.

The only thing I would say about the property is that it could probably do with updating somewhat, in terms of aesthetics. We did find that it had everything that we needed in order to have a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would definitely stay again in the future. It is such a beautiful area with so much to do and places to go.

It’s a smashing bungalow, its location is great and close to the beaches and shops on the high street.

Also a lovely private garden and large driveway. The area is quiet and all the neighbours / locals are friendly and helpful. The only criticism really is that the bungalow needs a good deep clean and decorating. Stains on the carpets and chairs and paintwork tired. Just a note also, it would be good if the gardener could knock on the door or warn us he was entering, slightly strange to be chilling out and then someone walks in. Great stay though and we all enjoyed our week away.

A home from home with everything on hand that you could possibly need.

Fabulous location with easy access to beach, shops, train and with a castle just around the corner. Secure enclosed garden for our dog and ample parking space also very much appreciated. Already considering booking for next summer. We had a great holiday, thank you.

Lovely little cottage with everything you could need.

A short walk into town or to the beach, great base to explore the Llyn peninsula. We didn't quite have the weather to be able to do everything we wanted to do but we'll be back in the future if we decide to return to the area.

Really enjoyed our stay, very cosy clean and warm.

So quiet at night and great location. Loved the garden and conservatory. Open fire was lovely at night. Would definitely return.

We stayed at this beautiful bungalow over New Year.

The bungalow was totally as expected, and was home from home. The place was always lovely and warm and we never had to touch the heating. Beautiful enclosed garden which was perfect and extremely safe for our dog. The area was very quiet which was perfect to relax and unwind with the beach and amenities only around the corner along with lovely walks. I would totally recommend this place and can confirm we will definitely be returning as soon as we can this year.

The bungalow is in an ideal position for visiting the sea front and also town centre in Criccieth .

The bungalow was clean comfortable and very peaceful . The garden was a good size and great for the dog . We had a very enjoyable week in a beautiful area .

It was a fantastic place to stay with two young children and would definitely recommend to others. A two minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the castle and about 10 minute walk to the lovely Dylan's restaurant. Cricieth is a great base for exploring North Wales. Diolch!

the two single bed squeaked when turning over and getting into beds.

apart from that the cottage was clean comfortable and well equipped plenty of cups etc it was close to center (once we found the short cut) plus in a quiet area .Would stay there again no problem.

Great property with plenty of space and everything you need for a great holiday.

An enclosed back garden for children or dogs to safely play with a great backdrop and a urprisingly close to the waterfront and Criccieth Castle - 3 minute stroll at best!

Lovely property close to the beach sited on a quiet back street with easy access to the village, local community garden and restaurant, ideal.

No problems with anything at all, plenty of off road parking, lovely big garden. We'll be looking to re-book

This is my third time here.

Everything was very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable and the property is in a quiet location making sleeping easy. The beach is very close by and only a very short drive to the High St.

We had a good week at Mor Edrin.

Great location just a few minutes from both beaches,castle and town centre. Great fish and chips at Paddy's Plaice. Plus really nice kebabs from Pizza place in town. Excellent bakery and butchers. Very quiet estate. Maybe too quiet for some? It is in the middle of a retirement area. Great for us and those that like the quiet life. Very dog safe garden- even for the smallest dog. Totally enclosed. Kitchen was very well equipped. Lounge was fine. Sofas ok. Beds comfortable if a little old. WiFi was good. TV reception patchy if the wind was blowing!! The TV isn't a smart one. It has a Chromecast attachment which requires an app. A bit frustrating and fiddly- especially if you're not tech savvy ie me!!!! I would suggest the purchase of a proper up to date Smart TV which would make things a lot easier. Not a major issue though is the weather is fine. Unfortunately the heating was in the process of being converted to gas from oil and it was chilly at times- especially the bathroom as you couldn't dry your towels. Alternative electric fires had been provided. Lots of safe parking. Would we return? Probably yes if we were visiting criccieth again. FYI Criccieth is a lovely seaside town but is very quiet with no amusements, funfair etc. Which we loved but other than pubs and restaurants there is very little night life. Recommended

Have stayed in this lovely bungalow several times.

Very clean and comfortable, lovely safe garden, walk to beach and town. Off road parking, great for unloading car on arrival.

The location of Mor Edrin in Criccieth is excellent, being located in a quiet road with easy access to the beach and also the high street.

It is also a fantastic base for access to Snowdonia with Beddgelert only circa 20 minutes away by car. I know that it can happen to any home owner at any time, but unfortunately we arrived at Mor Edrin to find a note from the owner confirming that the boiler had broken. The electric immersion heater worked well enough for hot water but the lack of central heating on a couple of colder days left the bedrooms feeling a bit cold and damp. The bathroom suffered the most as there was lots of condensation when the bath/shower were used. Also, with no heating or electric heated towel rail available in the bathroom, the towels had to be tumble dried every day which, while not being a real hardship, did mean that you had to remember to allow 30 minutes a day to sort them out. While all of this might sound a bit negative, I would add that my family and I all agreed that we would have no hesitation in returning to Mor Edrin when the heating is fixed. The location and the wonderful garden were absolutely superb.

As soon as we walked in it felt like home from home.

Spotlessly clean and very warm,we had to turn the heating down before we could light the fire! I booked it because we have our first ever puppy and I wanted him to experience a real fire and also needed a secure garden. The Prince of Wales was very welcoming and my granddaughter said she had the best steak ever there! The beach is only a stone’s throw away,we were brave and let the dog off his lead for the first time ever,so he,like me,would go back tomorrow if we could!

Lovely bungalow, a real home from home.

We used to live in a neighbouring village, and wanted somewhere homely to stay while we visited family. Ideal location close to the high street in Criccieth, with a variety of shops and amenities. Very close to the beach which was great for walking our dog. The bungalow had everything we needed during the stay. It was clean, warm and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and it was handy to have the washing machine and dryer in the garage. The rooms were a good size, and there was plenty of local information available for those who don't know the area. There's a lovely secure back garden, and plenty of parking at the front. The neighbours were friendly and we were already aware that this is a safe area for early or late walks/runs in the dark. We'd definitely rebook when we visit family again.

Very nice garden!! We had a lovely Christmas,we appreciate the welcome Welsh cake! They can improve with Netflix ,dishwasher and BBQ facilities will be great!

This bungalow is in an excellent position for enjoying Criccieth whilst retaining the need for quietness and privacy There is excellent parking ,a very private enclosed garden and it is within easy walking distance of Criccieth town centre or the beach If you choose to travel to the surrounding areas you are in a nice central location We loved the sandy beaches ,promenade walks, friendly cafes.

We were blessed with lovely weather but the bungalow is very cosy and clean and our holiday would have been equally enjoyable had we needed to stay indoors We will certainly revisit

The garden was lovely and safe for our dog Meg . Plenty of places to visit .Good restaurant s and local shops ...the costal path and beach s are amazing ...highly recommend this holiday

The property was on a lovely quiet road with next to no traffic which made for a peaceful nights sleep, it is near to the local park, the train station (no noise though) two pubs within walking distance and five minutes to the beach.

Although the decor was a little dated everything worked fine and were all functional, the conservatory and garden were lovely. All in all we all enjoyed our stay, 4 adults one child and a dog, in fact so much we have booked Mor Edrin again for next summer.

The bungalow was comfortable and well located.

It was close to the seafront and to the high street, and was as described. We would certainly stay there again. One small point, others who had stayed recenlty mentioned a "welcome pack", which we did not receive.

Really good to have been able to visit Mor Edrin Criccieth after our stay was deferred from last April.

Extremely well equipped property. Great off road parking

Mor Edrin is a comfortable, spacious and convenient bungalow, close to the sea and the shops.

The facilities (especially cooker, hob and microwave) and the decor are a little dated. Criccieth is a quiet seaside town. We especially enjoyed Dylan's restaurant, Castle Fish and Chips, and Cadwalader's ice cream. Criccieth is a good base for visits to the Llyn Peninsula (especially Llanbedrog beach and Aberdaron), Snowdonia, Portmeirion and Harlech.

It is kept very clean and tidy. The double bed is very soft and sinks in the middle. Television is a smart tv however it has no connection to the internet which means it is only a free view television.

Bungalow was very clean and comfortable.

This was our fourth visit, and we have already booked for next year.

A great holiday home for us as we have a toddler and a baby.

Really well equipped, clean and the garden was amazing-we played in it everyday. It had everything we could have needed and is close to the beach, chip shop, High Street and the playground. A bit dated inside but we would definitely return.

The cottage was lovely and came equipped with everything advertised and so much more.

The extra little touches like the pint of milk and fruit cake on arrival made it really special for us. We all loved the garden and with the cottage being so close to the beach we spent a lot of time there.

Everything about the bungalow was excellent.

However it added to our dismay leaving on Monday our third day in a AA breakdown vehicle due to problems with the car crankshaft. Local garages were unable to help us

We really enjoyed our stay in the spacious, quiet bungalow with a good sized , safe garden for our dog to enjoy and I enjoyed using the washing line as we had amazing February weather.

Also met the very pleasant neighbour. The only reason it hasn't got 5stars is because on arrival there wasn't a scrap of loo roll.

The cottage is in a lovely quiet location close to both beaches, and with a wonderful large garden.

The little breakfast room was delightful, and the whole cottage spacious, well supplied with all one would need, and beautifully clean at our arrival. We will return and would recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful location but close to the lovely beaches of this super little town.

This was a very homely bungalow, situated less than 5 mins from beach, it had everything you needed for a perfect stay, my only recommendation’ the chimney may need cleaning as was starting to smoke a little with open log fire and tap in kitchen sink leaking a little.

I would highly recommend Mor Edrin to others.

Ideal position, spotlessly clean and well equipped.

Lovely garden. Only drawback was an unpleasant damp smell in one of the bedrooms, and my daughter didn't like to sleep or leave her clothes in there. I left a comment in the Housekeeping book.

The bungalow was very comfortable and clean and perfect for a family.

It was well equipped and there were little extras like lego, a football, DVDs and books.
