Lovely clean, comfortable home.

Lovely view from the lounge. Ideal bungalow and garden secure for our 2 dogs. As one of our dogs is elderly and struggles with steps and stairs she was happy to get in and out into the garden with no problems. This was our second visit to this property and would recommend it highly.

Bryn Hafod is a lovely bungalow .

It is set on a very quiet housing estate . Parking on the drive is straight forward . A long metal fence is available to keep doggo safe . The bungalow has 3 large bedrooms which are very comfortable. A very large wet room was well used by us. The living room is bright and comfortable with no clutter thankfully ( Why do some owners fill propery with ornaments ) The kitchen has everything you need . Good contact with owners . We throughly recommend this bungalow to others .

Absolutely loved our stay here such a beautiful cottage in a beautiful area well maintained with a secure garden for our fur babies.

All the facilities you need beds are super comfy and such a lovely welcoming basket thank you! Close to Conway and Llandudno with gorgeous views would highly recommend staying here! Would defo come again next year thank you for such a wonderful stay

A very well equipped and comfortable cottage with an enclosed rear garden for the dog.

It is also within walking distance to a dog friendly pub with good food. If we are in the area we will re-book this property.

Quiet and peaceful location. Great base for a holiday in the Conwy region and away from the hustle and bustle of Llandudno but near enough to access the facilities, if and when needed.

Lovely bungalow in a quiet residential estate and was a great base for exploring the area.

Nice welcome basket including milk, would have liked some pet things such as dog bowls (I forgot to bring a water bowl) but great to have throws for the sofas and garden very secure. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we were visiting the area again.

Restful lots to see and perfect bungalow

This is the second time we have stayed at the bungalow.

Well appointed, well equipped, clean.

Cozy and welcoming. We immediately felt at home. We were supposed to be in gran Canaria this week but we couldn't fly for health reasons. We booked our stay here at very short notice and we didn't miss the canaries at all!

Very comfy property really clean and tidy , very dog secure due to expandable gate attached to the garage, lovely and warm with great heating system, nice welcome pack on arrival thank you to the owners Eric and Vanessa who also contacted us on arrival to say have a great week.

Would be better if the fridge freezer was full size especially if it’s a two week stay.The bungalow is in a brilliant area only a short trip in to Llandudno and in the immediate area every major grocery store you can think of including take aways , KFC,McDonald’s, also minutes frame the A55. We are back in January for two weeks and really looking forward to it . It is on a very quiet estate with no road noise giving a peaceful stay.

It was so close to being really good but for a few small things.

Both of the twin beds had slats that collapsed, the TV was on the way out with lines across the screen and with only 5 mugs and a party of 5 adults we were putting on the dishwasher as instructed too often.. However there was a lovely welcome pack including dog treats and was perfectly situated for days and never travelled for more that 20 minutes. These small issues can easily be resolved and we will certainly consider staying there again. The most dog friendly we have stayed in.

We had a great stay at Bryn Hafod.

Comfortable and clean. We had a lovely welcome hamper left by the owners. My husband, my mother in law (who joined us for one night) myself and our two Beagles would recommend this property and would book again for sure. Lovely location and gorgeous views.

The accommodation was very clean comfortable.

Had everything you needed for a lovely break. The only thing we missed was a light in the back garden when letting the dogs out as it was dark by half 7.

Property is really home from home and provides all that you need to enjoy your holiday.

The king sized bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of hanging space. The lounge was cosy and has lovely settees and armchair. Amazing bathroom with enormous shower and lashings of hot water. Attention is needed to the kitchen taps and oven needs a good clean. We would return to the property when we return to the area.

On arriving at Bryn hafod, found the bungalow to be spacoius, ideal location to explore the area, however improvements are needed, lights required up on the back garden ( pitch black at night) investing in new garden furniture not the mix n match plastic chairs no cushions not cleaned, advertised as dog friendly but not secure needs a proper fence/ gate put up at the front of the property ( not a wire make do clipped to the wall) only one tea towel provided and 1 waste bin bag provided , garage is used as owners storage not ideal unusable , we found it to be expensive for basic.

Had lovely break.

Bungalow very clean and homely with everything we needed. Very thoughtful and generous welcome basket. We used public transport during our stay, which was very convenient. Lovely quiet road with scenic outlook. Stayed with our 2 dogs who made themselves at home. Fully enclosed garden. Only negative was the side access to get to the back garden. Although the large collapsible metal guard provides security for letting the dogs out, I feel it would be preferable to have a more solid and substantial gate across the open driveway to give better peace of mind and further privacy. That said, we had a brilliant stay and will definitely be booking again for next year. Many thanks.

Quiet residential area . Well equipped. The weather was superb all week which is always a bonus.

Bryn Hafod was spotlessly clean, equipped with all you needed during your stay. Really comfortable beds and plenty of hanging room. Gorgeous walk-in shower in a very large bathroom. Would not hesitate to recommend it

Very comfortable, felt like home. A wonderful welcome pack, was very much appreciated and the dogs loved their treats too.

Bryn Hafod is a beautiful house not too far from Conwy Castle.

It is situated in a quiet residential area. It is very clean, very well kept and has everything you need in a holiday home. There are instructions for use of their appliances and lots of information about surrounding areas to visit. The owners kindly leave milk and a basket of treats for humans and the dog if you bring one. There is a supermarket nearby, a good chip shop and the Castle View pub serves amazing food. Owners Eric and Vanessa have thought of everything and are very helpful if you need anything. I would highly recommend this house. This is our happy place! *****

We loved our stay at Bryn Hafod, it was one of the best cottages we have stayed in.

Clean, comfortable, well equipped and situated a lovely welcome pack including doggy treats we will definitely be staying again.

The cottage was excellent, all the comforts of your own home.

The arrival basket was ideal for us and our dog who enjoyed the treats. Ideally situated for travelling and good public transport that was a short walk away . We also met the owner and suggested a radio for the cottage would be a good addition. Low and behold on the same day Eric turned up with the radio. The weather was excellent during our stay which was an added bonus and we are looking to book again for next year. A really relaxed stay.

Absolutely beautiful peaceful property with everything you could possibly need, a home from home!

Due to one of our friends working, we did not have a car, but managed to get around using local transport.

This was our first visit to this beautiful bungalow it was just perfect There was everything you could need It was decorated throughout to please everyone the colour scheme and soft furnishings were lovely The bed was so comfortable I’m now researching the mattress to purchase one for home They had thought of everyone We will certainly return to Bryn Hafod in the future

Bryan Hafod was very clean, comfortable and cosy It was equipped with everything we needed down to a water bowl and treats for our dog The welcome basket was greatly appreciated especially after a long journey It is ideally situated for exploring the area with Conwy and Llandudno being very close by.

The best holiday home we have stayed in.

A lovely , well kept property, situated perfectly to explore North Wales. Close to all local amenities, with good views from the living room. The owners left a welcome gift, and even provide beach towels , aswell as bathroom towels. The only negative thing I can say, was that the pillows were too firm for me , but that's just a personal preference . We definitely recommend Bryn Hafod to other holidaymakers, and hopefully we will be returning.

Lovely well equipped bungalow in a great location for exploring North Wales.

Several supermarkets close by along with a lovely local pub - Castle View Inn (short walk form bungalow) and easy access to the main routes for travel. Welcome basket and milk in the fridge was nice as well as dishwasher supplies. Eric dealt with an issue we had promptly and communicated well throughout. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay again in the future.

We have stayed at many holiday homes in deganwy over the years and This has been the best one yet .

The attention to detail the owners have put in place is a credit to them . Every thing you could need was in place and well documented. Thank you to them and the welcom basket was very much appreciated. We will definitely be back as soon as we can get a booking.

A fantastic stay, cleanliness was five star, welcome basket was excellent, something for everyone even goodies for the dog and milk in the fridge, hosts provided dog throws for both settees.

Use of the washing machine was brilliant . Excellent views from bungalow, plenty of places to visit. Weather okay for time of year. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and hope to visit again soon.

Such a well equipped rental home, cosy and bright.

The only problem for us was the position as it was just too far away from our walking routes. However, we would highly recommend this property.

The owners give very warm welcome , providing a welcome basket with an assortment of food &drink. They had trimmed up for Christmas which was wonderful on arrival. They had provided everything needed for Christmas, including 2 lovely gifts under the tree. The owners take pride in their property & it shows . Lovely area to stay next to Conwy & a short drive to Llandudno. We would definitely stay here again & would recommend Bryn Hafod to others. A big thank you to Eric & Vanessa for welcoming us .

Lovely bungalow in an excellent location

This is one of the best holidays cottages we have stayed in.

The owners have thought of everything and unlike some places that permit pets the standard of finish is really good. We had a lovely week. The smart TVs were a great touch for the evening and couple of rainy afternoons. The area is super with lots to do. The garden is secure for furry companions and a beautiful sun trap for lazing in the afternoon reading or eating outside. The kitchen is well appointed with all you need and more besides. We'll definitely be back!

Fantastic accommodation with everything you could ask for.

Really felt like a home from home and the welcome pack was delightful. Excellent secure garden for the dog meant I could let him out without fear of him disappearing or wandering off. We have stayed in a lot of self catering properties and I can say this was one of the best. Even the weather was kind!!

Bryn Hafod is a credit to the owners and we would highly recommend it.

Sykes cottages, however, did not impress us quite so much. The directions they sent to us guided us around the estate instead of using a direct route to the property and on arrival the directions told us to go to number 12. When we couldn't access the key box at this property we contacted the owners who told us that Bryn Hafod was next door (number 10)! Apparently Sykes Cottages have been told of this error previously and haven't changed the directions!

If needed supermarkets , petrol station easy reach. Conwy & Llundudno very short drive for restaurants. Spacious bungalow well equipped. Welcome hamper was lovely. Large grassy park few streets away to walk your dog.

It was bright of a high standard very comfortable . The welcome hamper was a lovely surprise containing all local produce. The master bedroom was very spacious The king size bed was extremely comfortable. The twin bedroom was also very well appointed. One of the best holiday homes we have ever stayed in.

Everything was perfect. The place was spotlessly clean and Eric and Venessa were really helpful and kind and gave us milk and eggs which were very much appreciated! the location was perfect! We will definitely be back!!!

A lovely welcome pack, far more than expected.

We felt at home as soon as we arrived, lovely & warm, presents under the tree, even one for our little dog, who unfortunately did come with us as she died a couple of weeks before, but her present was greatly received by our friends pooch. Everything we needed to cook our Xmas Lunch. We loved the shower, it was easy to operate. Thank you Eric & Vanessa for your attention to detail, especially at Xmas

Very well furnished and nicely finished of with accessories. The basket of food was great. The garden was ideal for the dogs and a little Sun trap on sunny days. The bungalow was in an ideal location for visiting the local sites.

It was lovely to find such superb accommodation, with every thought put in place, including a very generous welcome hamper, which included eggs, butter, milk, cheese, welsh cakes,coconut macaroons, bottle wine.

...all furnishings were of a high standard....hair dryer in every bedroom...tv's in 2 of the 3 bedrooms were an extra bonus...the views from the bungalow were glorious...can not fault this holiday accommodation....
