Property location excellent for discovering North Wales.

Was really quiet with only the sound of the steam train going by. Great accommodation with all that you need. Lovely touch with welcoming gift of cake, wine and milk. Beds very comfortable and lovely spot for sitting outside in the sunshine. Overall would recommend and would book again if we are in North Wales.

Property was very spacious, comfortable beds, slept so well, Lovely outdoor area very private and quiet.

Great location for visiting all tourists attractions so many beaches to choose from. Our stay was topped off by having amazing weather all week, we stayed from 10th July and loved it. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at Y Beudy, very comfortable and clean accommodation , it’s very spacious with everything you need , we were two couples and both bedrooms having en suites was ideal , the wine and milk was a nice touch , we would use again

This place is a real gem.

We loved our stay here. From walking through the door we knew we'd made a great choice. The cottage was beautiful and really spacious with everything we needed. We made use of the secluded patio and the lovely furniture provided. The location was easy to get to and all the places we visited were within a short drive away (Portmerion, Anglesey, Snowdon, Welsh highland railway and amazing walks). Will definitely visit again.

The house was exactly as described, in a great location with good parking, spotlessly clean and very well furnished and equipped.

The beds and bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed, along with good en-suite shower rooms. Heating and hot water were also good, all contributing to a perfect stay, in a lovely setting.

It was exactly as it appeared on the listing. The beds were comfortable and the showers were excellent. Having two bathrooms made a real difference. All the appliances were easy to use (washing machine, oven, toaster etc). We really enjoyed the little garden. The property is really well appointed for exploring North Wales. We felt really content and at home - thank you! The welcome gifts were also a really nice touch. I’d highly recommend a stay at Y Beudy and wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

The property is just perfect.

It's so peaceful, cosy and comfortable. We had a perfect, relaxing post-Christmas break! We got lucky with the weather too as the snow really went for it after we left!

Beautiful, real home from home.

The kitchen was extremely well equipped, the underfloor heating meant we were lovely and warm. The two en-suite bedrooms were excellent. We were travelling with friends and it meant we weren't waiting to use the bathroom. The owner was most friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault our stay at all. Would certainly return.

We all had a lovely time at Y Beudy, such a great accommodation set in beautiful surroundings.

We recently spent a weekend at Y-Beudy.

The weather was not very kind so it gave us the chance to relax and unwind at this beautiful property. Y-Beudy is very thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It's warm and comfortable and beautifully furnished. Wynn and Rhian were very kind and welcoming. We would love to return and explore the area in kinder weather but would probably be tempted just to stay inside!

Everything was perfect. The cottage was well equipped, very comfortable and clean. It is clear that they go the extra mile to ensure guests have a good break. We are hoping to come back later on in the year as it’s such a wonderful location for walking in Snowdonia.

Fabulous location.

Very close walk to the Welsh Highland steam railway and there is a path that runs along side the train line so we walked into Caernarfon. We enjoyed the Llyn Peninsula and lots of other beautiful places. The Cottage was fabulous and very clean and has everything you need. Enjoy.

Welcome treats were much appreciated. Great location for exploring the beautiful Llyn Peninsula and really convenient if you are walking up Snowdon on the Llanberis Path. Wonderful sunsets from the patio a real bonus.

We had a lovely stay at Y Beudy.

The cottage is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and ideally located for exploring Snowdon and the surrounding areas. The cottage is equipped with everything you need and there was milk cake and wine waiting for us when we arrived which was much appreciated. The two ensuite bedrooms are large and comfortable as is the lounge kitchen area which has large patio doors opening on to a nice little patio area. There are a selection of games books and puzzles if you decide to have a day in and a large parking area right in front of the cottage. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and will definitely book again if we come back to the area.

This was a really lovely cottage.

Finished to a high standard with everything you could need for your stay. The location is lovely and quiet and very close to Caernarfon. We had a really restful week and we’re made very welcome. Anyone visiting Caernarfon should visit the Crown public house. The food was amazing and really good value for money. Will definitely return.

The owners made us feel very welcome and left us some very acceptable welcome goodies. The kitchen was the best equipped we have ever had in a holiday home and the attention to detail throughout the property was first class. We hope to return soon.

This cottage is lovely, it is spacious, bright and airy.

The only issues are that more pillows are needed and the beds are a little uncomfortable.

So clean, comfortable, and quiet, but near to good eating places and not too far from shops. Well placed to visit North Wales coast, Anglesey, and Llyn peninsula. Very friendly and accommodating owners. We have booked to go again, need we say more?!

Y Beudy is spotless, well looked after and has everything you will need to be comfortable on holiday. Very comfortable beds, great showers and the best sunsets from the patio. Really nice to be able to see the Welsh Highland Railway trains rushing past through the trees. Really good, quiet location but close enough to everything you will need. Lovely owner who was not intrusive, but easily contactable with great communication. Would love to stay again in the future - thank you for helping us have the best holiday.

Y Beudy is such a beautiful place to make your home for your holiday period, with everything provided that you could possibly need, with wonderful extras too.

The toot toot of the steam train passing as you enjoy your breakfast starts your day perfectly, whilst your evening closes with the most beautiful sunsets viewed from the patio seating. Bliss. So much to see in the surrounding area being only a few minutes drive from Caernarfon, and 15 minutes from Anglesey. The Great Orme is a well worth visiting and is just a little further being a 45 minute drive. Book now before you miss your chance!

The property is just gorgeous.

Every detail from appliances to the wonderful colour coordination thought through .So peaceful but easy to get to places to visit.The owners were so friendly too.We really felt rested and didn't want to leave

It was superb. The place has a really luxurious feel to it. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more. The shower was great and the Wi-Fi worked really well. We would definitely stay there again.

Having used Sykes cottages for several years and had some lovely holiday cottages Y Beudy is the best we have stayed in!

Rhian and Wynn gave us a warm welcome, thank you. The location was beautiful and very peaceful yet very handy for visiting the area. Everything in the cottage was first class and all needs were catered for, nothing was overlooked. The underfloor heating was an added bonus, so cosy! All in all I would give Y Beudy 5 stars and we'll deserved too! ❤

Y Beudy is a beautiful place, situated right near the west coast, with lovely beaches to explore, it is also very close to snowdonia.

The barn is very big, new and modern, overall a very very comfortable place to stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The back garden has beautiful views of the sunset almost every evening. Really recommend this place.

Y BEUDY was very comfortable spacious and nice deco,we found it a good location to visit Criccieth etc,and the local beach good for a stroll.

overall we enjoyed our stay;the weather was kind to us but sun and monday was very hot,we would recomend this place to anyone,the host was very kind and sociable,and the property was Super.Raymond

Great stay, had a fabulous week, good weather was a bonus, lovely owners, It was lovely to open sliding doors to patio and sit outside for breakfast, lots of things to do, a good amount of leaflets to choose places to go.

It was lovely just to chill out and not do much, we will be back, we love North Wales
