What guests are saying
Lovely house, renovated to a high standard with everything you need for your stay, very comfortable bed.
Outside area is safe and secure for dog's and children. House is ideally situated to access the rest of the island however, other than a local pub there is nothing close by to entertain on an evening. Chris the homeowner is friendly and always available to answer questions. Was really grateful to him for ordering a door stop for the kitchen door, as it was prone to slamming when front door was opened. Really enjoyed our stay.
Our stay here was just perfect!
Cannot speak highly enough of Chris, this was our honeymoon and we arrived to find a bottle of champers and other goodies, so kind and thoughtful! Always on hand for any queries and full of info for where to go. We found a gorgeous secluded beach 5 mins away. We have 2 german shepherds, one of which is anxious/reactive, the house was absolutely perfect for them, completely secure garden and Chris even added extra fencing before our stay as I was worried about the height of one part! If you have a reactive dog this is THE place to book with - we’ve had a few disasters on previous hols that stated they were good for reactive dogs so we always ended up coming home a few days early but this was the first one that lived up to everything it said - our week just flew and we were a bit sad to go home
From arriving at the house to departing.
Our experience was nothing but positive. The house was beautifully presented, the beds were so comfortable and the house offered everything we needed. It felt home from home which is exactly what you need. The bathroom was pure luxury. There was a shop a stones throw away which supplied above and beyond and the pub next door was friendly and the food was beautiful. Not expensive either which is a bonus. The house was in an ideal location. Quiet and not to far from other locations. We will definitely be back. It was perfect to recharge our batteries from our busy working lives. Owner Chris was also on hand for anything we needed and to offer recommendations. I can't praise our experience or the house more!!!!
