Description

A spacious, detached cottage, located down a long drive, next to the owners’ 150-acre dairy heifer rearing farm, with a slightly elevated aspect in the pleasant village of Llanfaethlu, near Church Bay, Anglesey.

Offering stunning views both inside and out of the surrounding countryside and distant views of the bay, this Llanfaethlu cottage makes the perfect base for family and friends wishing to explore the north coast of Anglesey.

This Anglesey cottage is eco-friendly, using the latest in Biomass heating technology and solar electric panels with underfloor heating, and boasts four stylish bedrooms, one offering an en-suite shower room.

There is also a family bathroom, where a Jacuzzi bath provides the perfect spot for unwinding after a day of exploring the island, plus there is also a convenient ground floor wet room.

A well-equipped kitchen with a dining area forms a central hub to this lovely holiday cottage, whilst the sitting room is home to a cosy woodburning stove for those cooler autumn nights.

Kick back and relax in the bright and airy summer room, boasting a bay window to frame the distant views of the sea.

Outside, the garden is child-friendly, with the patio enclosed with a glass balustrade, overlooking the lawned garden.

A short walk across fields leads to the local village pub, with an excellent reputation for serving delicious food!

The coast is easily reached by car, providing access to some fantastic, secluded sandy beaches and coves, along with access to breathtaking clifftop walks.

A delightful Llanfaethlu cottage to enjoy with family and friends, all year round.

From Courtesy call before our stay and during our stay nothing was too much trouble.

The cottage was perfect and home from home, great size for 7 adults. I would definitely recommend visit to Porth Trwyn beach to watch the sunset. Its definitely a cottage we will go back to.

Pleasant property what let it down was the cleaning or lack of.

Drawers had stuff in left by previous guests. The freezer even had food left in it. Apart from the cleanliness the property is comfortable although the double bed in the main bedroom has seen better days. Location is remote but not too difficult to get to shops and places of interest.

Ty Top is such a lovely place to stay.

It’s our second time here and we loved it. The kids enjoy the freedom, being on a working farm is always interesting to see what’s going on. It’s a really relaxing place to stay. It has everything you need too.
