Nice quiet cul-de-sac close to a good short dog walk.

Nice clean property with everything you need. Had a great week there.

Very clean bungalow,fridge, cooker, microwave all spotless,great secure garden for our Sandy, lovely view from lounge window and in a lovely peaceful area,Kevin sorted us out with more bath towels,we will be back next year .

Have stayed here before and it is the perfect place to unwind owner popped in to say hello and called later in week to cut grass by arrangement weather was mixed but no problem property is perfect for our blind dog and will book again later in year nice and handy for trearddur bay and beach look forward to another visit

Our second holiday this year to this lovey little bungalow which had everything we needed.

In a very quiet peaceful area. Handy for local walks and visiting other areas. Kevin called soon after we arrived to check everything was ok and if we needed anything. Easy 40/45 minute walk into Trearddur bay. Two mile walk/ drive to the White Eagle which serves great food. Hopefully we will return next year.

Good location for exploring Anglesey.

Tucked away in a little corner with a lovely view. Property immaculate. Unfortunately that is the end of the good stuff! Mattress - uncomfortable, could feel the springs. Sofas similar, could do with new ones. Knives struggled to cut butter! Most things tired and old. Hoover a health hazard - taped wire's. There was no welcome pack… bring everything. Usually, I find that I leave things as do other guests, but I left nothing, as I arrived to nothing - not even a pint of milk to make a drink after my journey. We were left 1 bath and 1 hand towel for the week - thank goodness for the dryer! There were no instructions for the heating and the control was locked - could not turn it off or on. Finally, and most concerning was the unexpected arrival of the owner as we were unpacking the car. I assumed it was to vet us! Who then proceeded to tell us to make sure we washed up and left the property clean. I wanted to load the car and leave the property and it left me feeling uncomfortable for the remainder of my stay. We usually book cottages around 3 times per year, and never have I ever left a property unclean. I booked this property on viewing previous reviews. I would not book this property again

We've stayed here before, but this time it was cooler and we couldn't get the central heating to work,also if it rains at night there is very noisy dripping coming from the outside rear of the property which causes much disturbed sleep.

Best feature is the quiet and peaceful location.

Lovely bungalow very conveniently situated to Trearddur.

Very clean and well equipped, Kevin the owner popped by shortly after our arrival to welcome us and make sure we had everything we needed, he was very nice and friendly. Perfect secure garden for our dog. Would definitely recommend this accommodation, and would stay here again.

lovely clean bungalow in a great location, fabulous coastal walks on your doorstep round the inland sea and the variety of bird life on the marshes was amazing, never seen so many, bosco the dog had a blast on the hikes and on treaddur beach, he didnt want to leave, we had to bribe him out of the house when we left.

Everything as stated, nice quiet location and very clean and ideal for dogs.

Mattresses not of great comfort.

When the weather turned bad we couldn't have the heating on as the thermostat was locked and the boiler not accessible.

As a couple with a dog, we found the property comfortable clean and in a good location for exploring Anglesey.

Good walks from the door and within a short drive. We met the owner on arrival who helpfully explained the area and the property. There are supermarkets at a retail park a short drive away in Holyhead. A very quiet and enjoyable break.

This bungalow was ideal for my wife and I celebrating our 58th Wedding Anniversary.

We were welcomed by the owner who explained where everything was and also some local places to visit. Handy local walks for our dog along the boardwalk and estuary beach walks. An added attraction for me was the air show provided by RAF Valley. The Sea Shanty Restaurant in Trearddur Bay was our favourite.

We loved our stay at "Anneddle".

It is a very comfortable bungalow with everything you need for your break, even down to the dogs bowls. Very well equipped, beautiful towels and bed linen, comfy bed, loved it. Well tended enclosed garden, a lovely area. Definitely going back .

I’ve had a wonderful stay at Anneddle.

The property was just right for what I wanted. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. It is also a good location as the water front was easily visible from the lounge and full of wading birds.

Absolutely beautiful place set in amazing surroundings, facilities close by so no worries about travelling miles for things that may have been forgotten.

Clean and tidy, dog friendly and well maintained property, quiet on a night and just about all you could need for a fantastic holiday. The owner was really nice and very helpful, a total pleasure and grateful thanks for a lovely stay.

What a lovely property.

Like a new property. Very clean. Lovely layout. Just a very short walk and your by the sea. I would recommend this as a great relaxing holiday break. So peaceful except when the Jets fly over which is still great. Owner was very helpful. No complaints

An excellent bungalow in a great location.

A lot of thought has obviously been put into kitting it out- e.g. two dog bowls available. Basically anything I wanted was where I'd expect it to be and everything was good quality and well maintained. Dryer makes a loud beeping noise when it's on, which might be worth looking into as we didn't want to run it overnight because it was so loud outside the house (couldn't hear it from bedroom though).

Amazing place to stay.

Really well appointed with everything you could need to make your holiday perfectly relaxing. The host is really nice and helpful and managed to give us some new insight into the local area that we didnt know - despite us visting Valley and Trearddur Bay many times!! A real gem of a place and we cannot wait to return.

Very clean upon arrival with all the necessary things you need. Loved waking up with the French doors out to the garden. The owner popped round after arriving to give us some handy tips and info about the area. Agree with others the mattress need replacing. Thank you.

This is a gem of a cottage.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Lovely back garden which is a real sun trap and is very secure for our dog. Walks to enjoy from the door. Will definitely be booking again. 5 stars to the owner Kevin.

Kevin came to greet us shortly after our arrival and was extremely helpful.

The bungalow was superb , clean and with all possible amenities with an enclosed , sunny garden which was perfect for our dog. No complaints whatsoever.

Lovely area,lovely bungalow, nice size for us two,good place to park our car right on the drive way, quite area, near to the Valley village,Treaddur bay and the penrhos shopping area with a very big Tesco, Morrisons, Aldi Farm food s, and quiet a few others shops as well plus Holyhead town , we have been up these areas about 11 times now ,love it , Happy holiday s Guys, hope to be back again these year Hywel x Carole

Very comfortable bungalow, all facilities as described close to all local amenities

We had a very comfortable week at Anneddle which is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, only two minutes walk from a boardwalk forming part of the Anglesey coastal path.

The property was as described on the website and was thoughtfully equipped for all our needs. The owner met us shortly after our arrival to ensure that we had everything we needed or wanted to know about the area.

We have had a lovely week the bungalow was very clean and warm We agree with others sofas and mattresses could do with replacing.

But will not stop us from returning. It is in a perfect area easy to see all of Anglesey and quiet location. Thank you

The only issue, which we have made the owner aware of, was that the duvets were too thin for the time of year.

However, as there were only two of us in the property we were able to double up. The accommodation was spotless, very well equipped, warm and, from our point of view, in a brilliant location. Perfect for walking large stretches of the coastal path.

Nice little house in a nice area, with a lovely sun trap garden.

Clean, bright and tidy, it had everything you'd need. The owner visited us on our arrival, his welcome was less then warm, more like a warning to look after his property, which we found a little insulting. We have always tried our best to leave proporties as we found them.The sofas were uncomfortable and the matteresses/beds were bad, which we mentioned to the ower, who said you can't please everyone...rude!

The property was very clean and comfortable.

Everything that you would need is in the property. We were fortunately able to meet the owner , who introduced himself to us, and was very welcoming. The views from the property are beautiful and you are able to visit a lot of places from this area. Lots of lovely beaches and walks for the dog. We would recommend this property. Very clean and tidy property, excellent location and very good facilities

The owner came to see us and he was a gentleman!

He said how the previous occupants had left the cottage in such a state and how it had taken him ages to clean throughout, it was a truly fabulous place to stay and so peaceful and a place we will be back to as we always go to Treadurr bay and this place was a lovely walk to the bay.

Patio doors in the bedroom is the only way from the property into the back garden.

It would be good if the Patio doors had some stickers on them at various height's to help ensure no one walks into them when closed. Our dog did just that and hurt themselves. It could also quite easily happen to a child. Also be good if there was an outside light in the back that could be switched on / off with a switch (NO PIR). Other than that we had an enjoyable stay would recommend to anyone.

The location was perfect and we really enjoyed our holiday so near to lovely sandy beaches and coastal walks.

Lovely location.

Beautiful beaches and woods to walk in. We even swam in the sea. Cottage was clean, tidy, nicely furnished and well-equipped. Would have like a couple more mugs and also a garden umbrella as it was so hot! Garden was enclosed which is great, it meant the dog was safe. Owner came to say hello and was available if needed, but we had no problems. Really enjoyed our stay, thanks

Bed was super comfy and the sliding doors in the main bedroom open straight into the garden which is nice. Great facilities and had everything you needed for a week away . Very clean and warm and comfy The owner was super helpful and close at hand if you need any help

The property was perfect, warm, spotlessly clean and uncluttered.

There were no issues and, for a dog friendly property, there wasn't any trace of dog hair or smells from previous doggy occupants. Our stay was peaceful as the property itself is situated on a quiet cul de sac. One of our party described it as "a home from home". It is a great base for touring Anglesey, as Trearddur Bay and Rhoscolyn are only a couple of miles away. It was also lovely to spend some time sitting in the garden with a brew, watching the jets flying over. We would definitely stay again.

would have been 5 stars if central heating had worked properly despite call to owner had to put heater on in room to keep warm on occassion--not very fuel efficient!

! toilet flush was held together by cloths peg and had to be reset on occassions otherwise very good and surrounding area was lovely nice walks close to bugalow

Great location with lovely walks from the cottage

Just got home from a fabulous week at Annddle this was third time lucky as had to move twice due to covid.

Definatly worth the wait ,the bungalow was spotless in a lovely position very quiet with nice view of estuary. For us it was wonderful as we could watch the RAF planes fly over and into Valley which we love. The garden was secure for our dog and a sun trap late into evening. The area is handy for your shopping with three large super markets two miles away. South Stack is a must as are the small coves going to it. The owner met us as we arrived very friendly and helpful. Thank you for wonderful holiday we will be back soon. Lynda ,Mark and Ted.

We have been extremely comfortable in this cottage.

It was very clean and tastefully decorated throughout. It was ideally situated for our purposes and we would highly recommend this property. In fact we are booked in for two more holidays next year.

Annedelle is a delightful detached bungalow in a lovely location over looking the estuary.

On arrival we found the property to be extremely well cared for and clean, with everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The extra TV in the twin bedroom was great for us, as it meant our 17 year old had his own space in the evening if he wanted. The owner Gavin was welcoming and met us briefly at the property to explain a couple of things to us. This is our tenth stay in Anglesey over 5 years, in various areas around the island, we found this to be one of the best as it had great walks for our Labrador around the estuary and also to Trearddur Bay and Silver Bay (Rhoscolyn). I would highly recommend, we had a fantastic stay.

The bungalow was exceptional in every way.

Very clean and tidy on arrival, and well equipped kitchen - could not find fault!

On the way home from our holiday the owner phoned us up accusing us of stealing his towels, we were horrified by this as we always take our own towels wherever we go, he was very rude and later that evening sent a text to say it was crossed wires and that he thought his wife had left them and visa versa so no towels were actually left for us anyway.

He didn't have the decency to phone us and apologise just a short text to say it was their mistake, which is a shame as the property was lovely and we would have stayed there again but not now with such a rude man as landlord!

We loved our stay at Anneddle and thoroughly recommend it to anyone visiting Anglesey.

Its very comfortable and everything you want is there and its spotlessly clean. Everything has been well thought out and we had no problems whatsoever. The owner, Kevin, is always on hand if you want to know anything and was very helpful. Lovely quiet spot and very private. Would have no problem recommending this property to anyone.

Nice bungalow recently refurbished with a well equipped kitchen and a pleasant well maintained enclosed rear garden ideal for dog.

Wine and milk in fridge on arrival was a nice touch and the owner visited on the first day to check everything was OK. Double bed very firm and in our opinion would benefit from a mattress topper to help to make it more comfortable.

A little oasis of peace and relaxation in a busy world.

The location was perfect for the dog as he loved the walks only minutes away and the enclosed garden. The Bungalow was beautifully decorated and the owners thought of everything, dog biscuits and a bottle of wine on arrival. The new fence in the garden added an extra touch of privacy. The owners are nearby and there to help if required. We’d book again.

This bungalow was very comfortable and warm apart from the beds which were very uncomfortable.

It was situated in a very nice location near to the estuary. The garden was enclosed which was great for the dog. I would have recommended this bungalow if it wasn't for the beds.

I have nothing but praise for the way Anneddle was presented and equipped for our one week stay this December.

It was warm, comfortable, spotlessly clean and provided with everything we needed for our family get-together for my son's birthday. A real home from home. The owner met us on our first evening and explained everything to us about the property and gave us some great ideas of places to visit, places to eat and walk the dog etc. Nothing was too much trouble and after our long journey to get to Anglesey, it was reassuring to meet face to face with him and to know that if we had any problems he lived nearby. The area itself is lovely and quiet and at the end of a cul-de-sac adjacent to the estuary which you can walk along on a boardwalk through the marshes and reed beds. Great for our dog! Within a short drive there are some lovely beaches and good walks along the coastal footpath. The retail park at Holyhead is about a 10 minute drive away where there are supermarkets and numerous other shops for the day to day necessities. For our stay on Anglesey, 'Anneddle' was superb and again my thanks to Kevin and Jen for letting us stay there and being flexible with the arrival day. In addition, Sykes cottages were great throughout and after the booking process, with regular emails and information that made our preparation that much easier. I would not hesitate to recommend Anneddle or Sykes Cottages in the future.

The house was spotless clean and very comfortable. On our first night there the owner popped round and was very helpful and told us not to hesitate to contact him if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this holiday home as a place to stay in the area. We are hoping to return for a full week next summer.

The location was ideal for visiting local views,Historical Buildings,Beaches etc The details for travel to the cottage were excellent and upon arrival the fridge had milk and Wine for our use.

The cottage/bungalow was spacious,clean and provided every conceivable extra required for days in and out such as well established kitchen and cooling bags for travel.Central heating was also available if required. The garden is peaceful,secure and has adequate seating and eating area. The holiday was enjoyed by all the family and would be recommended to friends etc.

We felt at home from the minuet we arrived, lovely and cosy. Brilliantly clean too, Lovely owners and we can’t wait to book again! Only thing we would change is the bed was extremely hard but can’t say anything negative as it’s each to their own on comfort preferences. Sad to be home now after a fab week, thanks again. A bit isolated.

Nothing was mentioned about continual jet fighter practices which went on several times daily , extremely noisy! Directly overhead, fortunately not during the night.

Well equipped bungalow in a great spot.

Lovely places to walk with a dog nearby where a large variety of bird life can be spotted. Main roads nearby to get around the island and get to places back on mainland North Wales. Owners of the property were very helpful. Enclosed garden is excellent for dogs and is quite a sun trap! Certainly recommend this property.

The bungalow was well equipped and spotlessly clean.

Great enclosed garden for our dog and even a hose pipe to wash him off after a day at the beach. In a good location for getting out and about around the Island. An excellent week's holiday.

We had a lovely holiday the only thing stopping us giving full marks was the settees were to small and not comfy.

Everything else was spot on, could not fault it lnfact we would definatley book again if the furniture was replaced

Anneddle was very comfortable - it was well kitted out with everything that is needed for a home away from home.
