Ty'r Enfys Bach - Upper

The property is in a glorious position with views out to sea from all windows.

It is very compact, but well organised and feels more spacious than it is. The beds were comfy, bathroom and delightful bath very welcome. The kitchen is exceedingly well-equipped and the washing machine was very useful - though we had to be a bit creative to fix up a line to dry things outside. The views from the kitchen table were lovely and as a result we made little use of the lounge. I'm not keen on leather sofas and it was difficult to sit to play games, despite using a make-shift coffee table. There was some lack of clarity about parking, which was possibly down to the workmen who came in on the first morning to conduct building work on the ground floor. They unfortunately created a lot of noise - which meant that our daughter (left in to study while we walked) couldn't work. However, this was resolved by the owner on the next day and was not a problem after that. However, it was disappointing that we were not warned about this disruption.

We had a lovely well needed break away the property was nice warm comfortable and clean,amazing view.

there was building work in the downstairs flat but apart from that it was great.we would definitely stay again and recommend the property.

A warm, spotlessly clean and comfortable property, with a home from home feel to it.

Great location for exploring the coast without the need to drive anywhere, or to just relax in the property to recharge the batteries :). There was building work going on in the downstairs apartment, but that will not stop me from visiting again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this lovely seaside property.

The location is absolutely perfect - just a short stroll from the beach, with stunning coastal views that made every morning feel special. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing break. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making the space welcoming, from the thoughtful décor to the little touches that made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the waves - so peaceful! Thank you for providing such a beautiful and well-maintained place to stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and will definitely be recommending it to friends and family.

Fantastic location but let down by the peeling paint in the living room and bedrooms.

Extremely uncomfortable mattress’s. Metal single beds that are falling apart. All windows need cleaning inside and out including the Juliette balcony. Outside old broken solar lights and other rubbish is strewn about. The downstairs apartment is unoccupied and is in very poor condition with broken windows and old shed that has fallen apart and derelict. Be wary of the advertising photos as they must be years old and do not reflect the current condition of the property.

Flat has everything you need for your stay . Plenty of walks from the door with shops and cafes nearby . Plenty of places to visit and the coastal path to walk

The main thing about this property that sets it apart from others is the location .

It’s within walking distance of all the facilities in Trearddur Bay and there is parking. ITS A GREAT LOCATION TO STAY! It’s warm and comfortable and very clean inside. The accommodation is a little dated but this is a small detail. What I would like to see is a bit of tidying up outside , it might not be your rubbish but there is a lot of stuff dumped in the parking bay and a broken down shed (the picture on the details depicts is far differently than it actually is) it all looks a mess . Even if it’s not your rubbish try and get it sorted it was a negative point for us during our stay. Having said all this the property price maybe reflects all of this. Gill please have a tidy up outside.

The apartment was brilliant.

It was in a perfect spot close to Trearrdur Bay for amenities but walking straight out onto the coastal path was a great bonus.Everything we needed for a comfortable stay.I hope to come again.

Beautiful and clean apartment.

Everything there that we needed. Could not find the dishwasher ? and the TV remote was temperamental. Definitely would like to stay again as the views were stunning. Thanks Helen

Enjoyed our 4-day break and the location.

I would reaffirm access to the property is challenging for anyone who struggles with steps (my parents are relatively old, and father has had several knee operations. The steps and rocky slope access to the property were OK, but we had wall to wall sunshine, not slippy conditions). Out door table and chairs need replacing unstable, paint peeling.

Great apartment with fabulous views.

Well looked after by owner and caretaker who lives locally. I guess access could be an issue with very young children and older people as the steps are pretty steep. Lovely welcome pack and good ideas for eating out should you wish. Kitchen however is well equipped.

Communication between ourselves, the owner and the caretaker was good.

The upper apartment had sensational views, it was comfortable, very clean and welcoming. It was well kitted out and we really appreciated the welcome pack. Access to the upper apartment was marred by the neighbours in the lower property by blocking parts of the path with their belongings. Their dog roamed freely and came to us when we sat outside. He was a lovely dog, but someone who is nervous about dogs, may feel anxious. We had a brilliant holiday. Thanks.

We are just back from a lovely week here - what a fantastic location!

We could scamper across the road to the little bay opposite for a morning dip in the sea before nipping back for showers, and Trearrdur Bay is only about 10 minutes walk away. On first arrival, the property looked a little tired on the outside, with a broken letterbox and cream paint which looks a bit shabby compared to all the white painted buildings around. However, it was a fantastic property. It's so well equipped, with plenty of little additions such as beach towels, blankets etc, a brilliantly fitted out kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. There's loads of storage for clothes and bags etc too. The neighbours downstairs (who live there), were quite noisy on Saturday and Friday evenings, playing music and talking loudly, but we didn't hear them at all the rest of the time. We'd certainly rent this property again, it was a perfect location and really easy to travel around the island and visit loads of the lovely coves and coastline. Thank you!

Great location. Coastal walks from the door. Very comfortable flat. Well eqipped. Glorious views from windows.

The cottage's position across from the beach is spectacular.

The cottage is very comfortable and the cleanliness was top notch. Having 2 parking spots was a plus. The only negative was the next door house which obviously the owners have no control over.

As they haven't a walk in shower, a hand rail for getting in and out the bath would be very helpful, everything else spot on, perfect location, we had a lovely relaxing time

Ty'r Enfys Bach was in a perfect location where it was possible to look out to sea and even hear the water lapping against the shore of the very nearby cove.

It was also just a short, very pleasant walk to the main area of Trearddur Bay and its eateries. The accommodation was lovely. Maritime theme tastefully applied, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. I don't think there was a speck of dust to be seen. I was completely reassured as to the hygiene and cleanliness of the property. I couldn't fault it and would definitely stay there again and recommend Ty'r Enfys Bach to anyone looking for a North Wales/Ynys Môn escape. Thank you for maintaining this lovely place to such a high standard.

Our third visit here and so good to be back.

Drove through awful rain to get there. Opened the front door, lights were on, apartment was warm and cozy, James Bond on the TV and a wonderful welcome pack. What more did we need? A totally relaxing week and the weather was good to us. We hope to be back again.

We had the best weeks holiday here.

It was spotless. Everything we needed was to hand. Really thoughtful to leave us some treats too. The house was perfect for us. The location was outstanding. A much needed break away. We will definitely be back.

What a wonderful base for our week away in Anglesey.

The flat is cosy and homey with a coastal vibe while at the same time giving plenty of space for us to feel relaxed in. There are magnificent views of the sea from every window and a short walk down the garden path brings you on to the nearest cove. We were able to be outdoors exploring the rock pools any moment we the weather allowed. A fantastic spot to stay.

Had a problem with the fridge, spoke to the owner Gill, next day fridge was replaced by Gill and her husband John, pleased with the quick response.

Ty'r Enfys Bach is a great apartment for being close to the sea and rock pools, the beach and lovely walks.

There is someone living below, but you really wouldn't notice and it was no problem at all as you have complete privacy. The apartment is not large but it was exactly what we needed for a family of 4 and to be honest we didn't spend that much time there. We bought our small boat with us and there was ample parking for our car and boat. We had a lovely two weeks there, very relaxing.

So clean and nicely decorated. 2 off road car parking spaces. Decent sized bedrooms and living Room. Views of the sea from all windows. I'll definitely stay again.

Cleanliness was not good we had to bleach everything in kitchen - washing up bowl dish drainer etc.

Mat in bath had not been cleaned and had mould under. Furniture in lounge not very comfortable and DVD player we couldn't get to work, furniture had not been cleaned under very dusty under chairs and settee.

The place was very comfortable although a bit cold.

The position of the property was perfect and we really enjoyed the sea views at breakfast. Bed was very comfortable and the cottage was well equipped. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly. We are going to be regular visitors to this property!

Cottage in need of a good clean and general maintenance.Some windows would not open. No where to have hang washing other than small line direct!y over all the waste bins. Plus side amazing views. There was wine and Welsh cakes left on arrival,which was very nice

Had lovely time could do with rail to help get in n out of shower love rainbow cottage the views are fabulous the cottage cosy n well equipped t the neighbors were friendly and let us park at the back as one of us just had hip replacement a d I have bad knees which made it easier the staff at Sykes are the best so helpful and polite Ty we will be booking somewhere again September and again next year Ty Julie x

Second visit here because it is in such a beautiful location and good facilities.

Property could do with a freshen up. Particularly the sitting room rug which was particularly dirty and off putting and really should be binned.

The apartment is indeed in an elevated position with sea views.

The rooms are divided optimal, the furnishing reminds to Greece. We are walking enthusiasts. To explore the Isle of Anglesey Coastal Path is worth doing.

Anyone who likes the photo of the cottage will not be disappointed.

The cottage offers a lot of comfort and above all the stunning views of the sea and the coastal walks from the doorstep. Only a big cooking pot to cook a family portion of pasta would enhance the kitchen. We enjoyed our holidays very much and recommend the upper cottage very much.

Key collection very poor when should have been so simple due to lack of communication from owner, as she stated "Sorry my phone died" 3 hrs after arrival, thankfully managed to get through to agents who found necessary code.

Flat was in a great position and was very comfortable.

..views from windows were excellant However,let down by hygiene Towels were stale and all needed good wash before we could use them The drying rack in kitchen had black mould on it The 1 tea towel had seen better days!! Apart from that,would return again

The views from this property were absolutely stunning and would have made up for any shortcomings in the accomodation, but there weren't any!

We were extremely happy with the cottage and the wonderful location, you can view the sea from every window, that is quite unique!

The kitchen was beyond fully equipped that I have ever seen before. The bed was very comfy and the lounge very relaxing. It was fantastic to watch the sunset whilst we had dinner each evening. I would recommend The Little Rainbow House, and will probably book again at a later date.
