The accommodation was great clean, greatly fitted out kitchen and warm.

The only two things that let the apartment down were……. 1. The beautiful view from the lounge window was obstructed as three of the four windows overlooking the water are blown and contain condensation which was very disappointing. 2. The floor in the kitchen needs seeing too as the are a couple of places where the floor is extremely spongy ie. If i had stilletoes on there would be no doubt the heel would go through. The location is fantastic and we had a good week, thank you ✝️

Very comfortable accommodation in a convenient location.

The owner had worked out our needs well and equipped the kitchen, bathroom and other spaces thoughtfully. Once we got our heads round the roof lights and blinds, we found the heating lighting and ventilation easy to manage. We did not need the stairlift, but with a disabled member in the group it was nice to know it was there in case of difficulty.

Beautiful apartment, clean and well equipped- kitchen better than mine at home!

Main bed a little too soft as it has a memory foam topper but that is a personal taste as we prefer a firmer mattress. Lovely soft towels and good quality bedding. Beautiful views over the estuary and as we had all weather conditions it made for ever changing scenery. Only issue was low ceilings which is to be expected in an attic conversion
