“Very nice looking property from the photos but we were disappointed that quite a lot of negative comments going back months have not been acted on.”

Directions are very poor, nowhere does it say that the entrance to the drive is in Bryn y Bria Road! Still no battery in the kitchen clock, only 5 wine glasses, no prosecco glasses, no table mats, no visitors book, no welcome pack, pillows very flat, uncomfortable mattresses, no starter pack for the log burner, house was very cold on arrival as heating was off, very clinical look to the house. What is the point of writing reviews if nobody takes any notice of them. This house would be better in ...

This house would be better in the warmer weather as there are plenty of sitting areas outside but in the winter would benefit from the heating being on for arrivals and kindling, firelighters and matches being provided for the log burner. Agree with other reviewers, great view and location and plenty of space but could be so much better
